Excellent experience from start to finish. The salesperson Billy was super accommodating with my schedule and very helpful with all my questions. He was able to get me exactly what I wanted super fast even though it wasn't on the lot initially. Christina in finance was also great to work with. She explained everything clearly and moved me through the process very quickly and easily. All around I would highly recommend working with Audi Mohegan Lake and specifically Billy & Christina.

This review is for Audi Mohegan Lake s service department. Extremely disappointed. I took my car into have winter tires mounted and balanced. Firstly, they overcharged me by $100. Decided that they want to change their originally quoted price, after I drop off and receive the car. Second, I received my car back with multiple scratches that cannot be repaired on the rims from the mounting and balancing. There are deep gouges around the edges of all of the rims, and deeper scratches on the black painted surfaces. It seems carelessness was used when the work was performed. Thirdly, I made the appointment to wait at the dealer while the work was performed. I dropped the car off at 9am and didn t receive it until 1:30 pm. Surely, it does not take 4 and a half hours to mount and balance 4 tires. Completely unacceptable and will never be returning.

After having a positive experience with the service department, I decided to trade in my car for a new one. Dealing with Jeff in sales was excellent. He was responsive and reasonable at all stages of the process. My last Audi dealer in the Boston area was the complete opposite. They had no time for me. Good salespeople are responsive, not pushy. That is Jeff.

I really hate leaving bad reviews, I feel it reflects poorly on everyone in the company instead of the one or two people that are the cause for the bad review. There were a couple of really helpful salespeople here. However, my service advisor for my first, and only experience at Mohegan lake Audi, was difficult to get ahold of, did not seem like he genuinely wanted to help, and treated me overall, not so well. I typically go to Audi Albany, everyone there is so extraordinarily kind and helpful, so I was shocked by the way I was treated at Mohegan Audi. I had to go here because I go to school nearby and this was the closest Audi dealership. I popped my tire, the same one I have sadly popped before, I have road hazard coverage thus, my tire should ve been covered. Instead, I had to go back and forth for a DAY to talk to my service advisor about how to proceed with my car. I had to get Audi Albany involved because my Mohegan lake service advisor was not listening to me, taking me seriously, or trying to help me. Eventually my tire was fixed and I decided to just take the hit and pay for it (even though it should ve been under warranty). My service advisor told me my car was ready and said the tire I popped would be left in the back of my car so I could take it to Audi Albany to attempt to be refunded (warranty). When I got to Mohegan Lake Audi to pick my car up, I checked in the back of my car and the tire was not there . My father and I made the workers go find the tire, luckily they did and I thank them for that. However, this should not have been necessary as my service advisor said it would be in the back of my car. This whole experience with Mohegan Audi, but specifically this service advisor, made me, a young female, feel as though I was being messed around with. As though they did not take me seriously, and they did not actually want to help me get refunded for something that was under warranty.Like I said before, not everyone at this dealership treated me with such disregard. However, I spent most of my experience being treated poorly, thus, I will be reluctant to return or recommend this dealership.

Very pleasant experience getting my recall done. Ed , was very helpful & commutative throughout the whole experience & to mention it was done way quicker than I thought it would be. I have also been here to test drive cars, it was quick, easy & they know what they are talking about. Very friendly staff to add on top of it all

The service was fine. I was disappointed that tire rotation was not part of the first service. The first service is not until 10,000 miles which is the perfect time to rotate the tires. Part II After I express my disappointment regarding the tire rotation Customer service rep Ed invited me back and did the tire rotation free of charge. This is great customer service and is the reason I will continue using Audi Mohegan for all my car needs.

Billy the salesman was amazing. He was very professional. Wasn t pushy at all. Explained everything and even gave me a little discount on some of their dealer fees. I would highly recommend this dealer. It was an amazing experience. Everything went smoothly and best of all, no surprises.

My salesperson was Jeff Sharif . He was very professional and made the whole experience stress free at the Mohegan Lake Audi location. Gave me some input on the financing of the vehicle that made sense . Kristina in the finance department was very pleasant and professional and also made our experience stress free. I would definitely go back to Mohegan Lake Audi

First and foremost, love the car. The side bolsters of the sports seats are a little narrow and a bit painful, but the A3 is otherwise dreamy. Billy was great, affable and patient with us as we made up our minds. The only reason we docked a star was because the taxes on our contract were initially wrong (due to system syncing issues ), which would have gone unnoticed had my partner not been paying attention. Also the final paperwork was given to us in a plain, ripped, letter-sized white envelope, and the manual was in a cardboard sleeve. Not a huge deal, but even Nissan gives papers in a folder and the manual in a nice sleeve. On these small details we expected a little more from Audi. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Very pleased with this dealership. Drove over an hour to be there, and I drove home in my new car yesterday thanks to Jeff!! He was patient with us as a friend and I talked at him for part of the day.lol. Also bonus he sent us to a great sushi place for lunch while he finalized the paperwork! Thanks again!!

Service department - so far, not impressed. Brought my car in for service - Daytime Running light failure. the initial repair lasted about 40 minutes, and the light went out again. Service manager gladly took a second look at the problem, and thought it was fixed. that repair lasted about an hour and a half.NOW, I am attempting to contact the service center to find the best way forward, the Service Center number did not answer, and I was on hold for at least 3 minutes before a real person. Asked for the Service Manager - no response.I can understand the repair needing additional attention - I cannot understand the lack of customer service.

Decent car selection which is the only reason for any stars. I was unimpressed with their sales department. I was interested in two used cars but apparently they didn t feel like selling a car that day. No negotiation even though comparable cars at other dealerships were selling for less. I was a serious buyer with cash and a 900 credit score that they let walk out the door. Good news is that I ll be picking up my new Audi at another dealership on Friday. Thanks for not wanting to sell a car that day.

The service center at Mohegan Lake Audi was up to par again during my recent 60k mile service on my 2018 A6. The attendant at the Service pull through was polite , professional and checked me in right away. My service representative, Basim , was assisting another client so Ed stepped in to finish my service order process. All my service requirements were completed in a timely manner. This is the 3rd Audi I have purchased at this dealership and have always had professional, courteous communication with all representatives of this facility.

Thanks to Audi Mohegan Lake I had a flat tire fixed in a day and my AllRoad drives like a dream again! While I didn t make it into work this past Tuesday, I m grateful it was just a flat,And I sat comfortably at the lounge tables and got work done on my laptop, as they fit me into the schedule without an appointment. I m very appreciative for Jeff, Cris & Ed for welcoming questions and making my day go smoothly!

Fantastic experience. Great salesman, Billy was easy to work with. Emailed me a proposal and a few back and forths and we had a deal. When I picked up the car, everything was ready and in order. Kristina the finance manager explained everything extremely well. I purchased the extra term protection. This is my second Audi but my first experience with Audi Mohegan but not my last! Would definitely recommend this dealership.

Internet buyers beware, dealership post one price online then tries to slip cost in for certification even though the listing was for a certified vehicle. They also wasted my time by initially telling me they were willing to negotiate the price and then later in the process telling me it was a firm price in the quote. This was even after I explained that the initial audi rep assured me the vehicle had wiggle room in price after I told him I did not want to waste my time if they were not willing to negotiate. So, not only did they not honor their initial agreement to negotiate, they also attempted to charge more than the internet listing.

Working with Anthony and the team was an absolute pleasure and it was nice to go back to them after we moved out of the area many years ago. White glove service from the moment he fielded an inventory related question to the day we picked up our new Q4 Etron Sportback. We never felt pressured and Anthonys ability to manage this deal from 60 miles away via calls and texts was impressive. We WILL be working with them on our next vehicle when it s time to trade in. Mack and Ed in the service department were amazing. My car broke down over new years and they took my calls on a Holiday weekend, fixed my car and set me up with a beautiful loaner. Any time I seek to purchase anything I come ready to "buy what I want". On Presidents day, Feb 19, 2024 a young blood by name of Vincent Perez or "Vinny" walked up to me to help. I explained in detail the "Q5 Sportback" I wanted to upgrade to, etc.Vinny was trying to sell me the regular popular models Q5's (that I already had) in stock and bragging that he sells more off. Only had 1 Sportback in stock that I test drove but NOT thrill about the exterior color. Mind you I did my homework before coming to this location to purchase because it said it had this vehicle there (misleading advertisement). Customer service is everything to me. While waiting for Vinny on one occasion, I decided to sit at a the round table and contacted a closer Audi dealership that said they have everything I am looking for so I headed to Audi Englewood and purchased my baby there. Vinny told me things I did NOT want to hear or never even provided me other options for the "now", not 14 months later. It would be great if you listen to the customers needs not what you think is best for the customer. That's how you loose a good $ale.

Great service as always. Two recommendations I would make is to have more slots avalible as it seems you guys are always booked out a month and half minimum and second have more loaners avalible. Some of us only have one car and it s extremely difficult to be without it.Despite those issues I have to hand it to my service advisor Sim who goes above and beyond in fitting me in and works out alternatives such as pick up and drop off service. He always pushes my vehicle through and has it completed earlier than anticipated. Can t thank you enough for that.
