This repair shop is top notch. Lisa is friendly, very efficient and knows exactly what to do. She is compassionate, knowledgeable and doesn't give up. If I could give 10 stars, I would. Bring your vehicle here if you want it fixed correctly and without the run around. My car would not pass inspection for over a month despite many attempts. Lisa worked with me everyday and never gave up or had attitude. Thank you Lisa for being so helpful to us.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection

Fantastic crew! I have been going through them for many years and not one complaint! 4 tires were cheap and I get a 70.00 card for a rebate!

Update: After returning, this time for work on my braking system, I was refused service due to them no longer installing customer provided parts like they did before. This changes my review from 4 stars, down to 2 stars. Other than being nearby, this was the entire reason I chose to do business with this shop before. Therefore, I would no longer recommend this shop for that reason alone. They may still be a good fit for other people's auto repair needs, but not mine.---Original review below:---Overall, a good shop with fair prices.I had bought a muffler system and needed it installed, a straightforward, easy job. We had some minor communication issues between the front desk and the technicians. It took a day to call me back with an estimate. The lady who I spoke with on the phone must have been different than who I spoke with at the desk when I dropped my car off because I received a call a few hours later with some confusion about what type of work I had asked to be done on the muffler.They're busy, it's a minor issue, but I only give 5 star for near perfection. Quite a few local and State Police cars are often parked there, so the work they do seems quite reputable if the police choose this shop for repairs.They've earned my business however, and another chance for me to update this review.

I honestly could not say enough good things about this place. Absolute life savers that will go out of their way EVERY TIME to provide excellent customer service. You can not beat a family owned shop like this. Customer for life!! Thank you guys for all your hard work on my horse trailer and truck. Ramsey's(Sanzones) auto repair is one of the best, if not the best in the Valley area. I have brought multiple vehicles there and the service is always a one, and the repair costs are always as estimated or less, they always call if there was is a problem or they find something that might need attention. Would highly recommend them

This place has never steered me wrong. I get quick and professional service at a fair price. A heads up though they do charge more if you use a card so if you can afford it then pay with cash.

My sister took her car here and absolutely regretted it. If I could give less than one star I would. The woman in the office smoked the entire time and they also smoked out in the shop which is connected without a door so her car reeked of smoke when she left and couldn't get the smell out for 3 days. They overcharged her on labor pushed other things to get done on her car that she didn't want to get done and they did them anyway and charged her for it. It is illegal to smoke and businesses in New York State and I don't know how this business is getting away with it. I hope that they get fined. Word to the wise, anyone looking up this business, do not take your car here do your research and find a more reputable car repair shop.

Just started bringing my vehicle to these guys. Excellent work, nice and friendly, right upfront about everything. Great service!!! They fixed my Cadillac very fast. The were jammed,packed and still fixed my car a day early. The best customer service for an auto shop!
