Another inspection and oil change in the books! Comfortable waiting area with tv and reading material. I appreciate the printout with photos identifying areas inspected. Having a reliable car repair/service shop locally is greatly appreciated! Thank you West Main Auto Repair!

Stopped in announced as I was test driving a vehicle and the guys were super helpful and saved me from purchasing a vehicle that had a lot of problems. They made time in their busy schedule to look over the vehicle and give me feedback. It was my first time there and they treated me like I was a regular. Honest, helpful and great customer service. Such good people. Thank you!

I was very pleased with the service. Everyone was nice. One of the guys let me know about my registration, and took care of my inspection, even before it was due. Really liked it there.

In the past, I've waited an hour or more for just an inspection. Today I received an inspection plus tire rotation in half an hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!

I was shocked at the Service and Care I received for an oil change.5 Stars all the way.I was greeted with a mat in n my drivers side. Tires all pumped up. Service is great as usual . Office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The scheduling is always on schedule. The mechanics are also very good at what they do. JOB WELL DONE. Ozzie - the answer to the vehicle inspection and the safety inspection was for two vehicles. Al did a good job getting both of my vehicles in first thing in the morning and one right after the other so there wasn t any waist of my time. Super job. Great experience. The shop I used to go to shut down so I ve been looking for a new shop my grandfather recommended me to Foor s auto and I m not disappointed one bit. Friendly staff, reasonable prices compared to other places that s for sure. They keep you posted on what s going on as well. They even reached out to me a couple days later after they worked on my car and made sure everything was good. Foor s auto is my new place for my car. Highly recommend. I took my vehicle to Foor's to have it serviced and checked over, they gave me a 47 point checklist with pictures and condition of my tires, brakes, pads and other things too numerous to mention, I was pleasantly surprised with the care, attention and time they gave my vehicle. Scott and his staff just became my new best friends, they just could'nt do enough for me, the prices are reasonable, the staff is very professional and friendly and most of all I have all the confidence in the world in Scott and his staff and have found myself a new home for my vehicles to take to be repaired, You won't find a better Place to go too'''' It's one stop shopping ans they can repair just about anything.Service: Auto maintenance

Foor's Auto Repair was recommended as a place to take my classic car for an overheating problem. Don personally took ownership of diagnosing and providing options for repair. He laid out the options and explained the advantages and cost of each to help me make an informed decision. He also made sure the car was stored inside at night and kept me up to date as to when the part would be in and the fix completed. This was my first experience with Foor's and I highly recommend them for all your service needs. Great job to all the Foor's team.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Foor s does a great job! They all did a great job. Took my car in the night before, and they had everything done by 4pm the next day. They have a location on West Main St in Mohawk and easy access plus have qualified mechanics, office staff, and very well organized. Like that the shop messages when vehicle is complete and the diagnosis whether, good, okay or bad. Followed up following day to make sure everything was still working as it should. Left my car overnight so it could be worked on first thing in the morning. Received a text by 10:00 it was ready! My car actually looked better than when I dropped it off! I have always had great results and reasonable pricing at Foors! I took my vehicle to them for my annual State inspection and my check engine light was on! They found the problem and the light went out. I had to drive for over 100 miles to insure that they corrected the fault and would be able to pass the annual inspection! I return for the inspection tomorrow! I highly recommend Foors as they are very courteous, knowledgeable and reasonably priced! I have had a multitude of problems that arose with my car in the past couple weeks and after dealing with Foors, they are the only ones I will bring my car to from now on. I called multiple other shops in the area and Foors was the only one that would get me an appointment without booking me out astronomically. (All other shops quoted 3-4 week wait times, and my car was DOA.) Their prices are fantastic, their work is precise, and they are extremely knowledgeable. They allowed me to outsource a part that was on warranty and fixed the problem with relative haste. I also had my air conditioning checked and was able to fix that in one day. Not to mention that I have taken my car to three other shops to fix the check engine light, they all told me that they have to trial and error for an evap code. Foors took it in, diagnosed it, and already is planning to have that taken care of as soon as the part comes in. I couldn t be any happier with their services and dedication to customer satisfaction. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Auto maintenance

I had a tire losing air badly. I stopped in, they took the car right in, found an old rusty nail in it and plugged the leak. Tire pressure is the same after 2 days & 180 miles of driving! Great job guys!!

They were so nice!! So I blew my Serpentine belt on the I90. Monday morning I called at 7am and they quickly got my truck towed and fixed in less then an hour. Im so greatful as I was trying to home for my grandfather's funeral. NAPA auto carcare center always go above and beyond to help customers. I'm so greatful to every person employed at this mom and pop shop!! Bravo they will get all my fleet buisness from here on out. Al is very knowledgeable guy. A true craftsman!!!
