James C., Miguel A. and Goce J. were extremely professional and helpful. I arrived about a half hour before closing and they didn't hesitate to get my car in and work on it. They offered services other than what I need but were not at all pushy and I appreciated their input and expediency of service.

The service was awesome. I didn't get any names but I arrived early and was greeted with very welcoming energy. This is my first time going to that particular location in Mineola but the service was excellent!

My husband and I came here about 20 minutes ago to do an inspection for the car. We arrived from the back but it looked like they were completely closed- couldn t see anyone inside (see through shop and it was around 4pm when it shows they close at 6). So I turned around and exited from the side of the building. One of the guys from the shop (middle eastern/hispanic slim guy with a beard) comes out of the shop and starts yelling at us saying they re open and can do an oil change in a hostile way. My husband explains to him that we are not here for an oil change, we re here for an inspection. The worker proceeds to AGAIN yell at us aggressively that all they do is oil changes. My husband again says yes I understand but we re not here for an oil change, we re here for inspection. The guy continues yelling and then states how they don t have inspection stickers. This has been the WORST experience with this location. We ve been here before for oil changes and we ve never had any issues with any of the employees here or with service. The other guys here have been awesome during our last visits. After this incident we will never come back and continue going to the Floral Park location because at least their employees are PROFESSIONAL when it comes down to customer service. This man either clearly has no concept of customer service or he s clearly on some type of drugs because of the way he was interacting with us (I wish you were able to see his face throughout the whole interaction). My husband was so aggravated, we ended pulling over a few blocks ahead and called the shop to speak to a manager regarding the matter because of how rude that man was. If the man couldn t hear my husbands response, than fine, but it s the TONE of HOW you speak to people (he was by the door of the shop the whole time while we were about to pull out from their lot). All the man had to say was I m sorry but we unfortunately don t have the stickers for the inspection. If you want to call back the shop later this week to see if we have it, you can do that . Needless to say, if you want someone to treat you as a human with respect when you re paying for a service, this is NOT the place. Other Jiffy Lube locations have better service than this location. At least you won t be treated like this. We only came here since it was on the way of getting home and they were open later than FP. If you re going to keep continuing having your employees treating YOUR customers like this, you probably won t have too much business for long.

Don t go to this place. My advice is based upon this experience. First they sold me a high price synthetic oil which is over $100 then they told me that my car s oil pan s nut is stripped and I am leaking oil. BTW, I never saw any oil spots under my car. They also told me that they use a machine to vacuum out the the oil. Then why was he under my car trying to open the oil pan nut? How did he find out that my nut was stripped when he uses a vacuum to remove the old oil. Obviously a trick to sell you more stuff. The short goatee fella did not want to tell me his name. Watch out here.

I did not make an appointment, but I did call ahead to confirm that they would be able to do a NYS inspection before I went. Had my NYS inspection and oil change done here today. It was done quickly, efficiently and staff is very professional and courteous. Highly recommended!

Not sure what happened to this place, i have been coming in here for since 2018. Staff changed for sure so as Service. Came in for inspection told me to wait. So, i wait behind car on the line, i wait for 1.5 hours. Then when my turn cane to pull up to get inspection. They tell me oh there are someone before you. From, no where they bring another car and let me pull back out and wait another additional 30 mins before i can pull my car and get inspection.

Pretty quick and squeezed me in. Up sold more changes to my car and paid more than I wanted. Didn t reset the electronic reminder inside the car so I had to figure that out myself. Paid a little more than I expected for oil (over $100). But inspection was only $10.

Very honest. I thought I needed a fuel injection but the mechanic knew exactly what it was (an exhaust leak). They couldn t fix that there so I drove off. Really appreciate the honesty and not being over sold. Will be back when I need an oil change or any other service they can provide.

On 7/31/23 at approximately 5:20 PM, I arrived to Jiffy Lube in Mineola. As soon as I arrived one of the technician s (short older man) started to yell at me with a negative attitude. I was barely pulling in. I pull in and he doesn t even ask what service I need and demands that I pop open the hood. I noticed his bad attitude right away and I asked why he had such a bad attitude with me before I came out of my car or said a word. He proceed with a terrible attitude so I decided to go into the office. A young male technician was inside the office. He was somewhat pleasant but still unprofessional. I complained to him about his co-worker and he did not even acknowledge my complaint (ignored my complaint). I also noticed that the young technician s friends were hanging around inside and out of office (not professional at all). I paid with card and I requested my receipt to be e-mailed to me. He did not e-mail me the receipt which prompted me to forward an e-mail. The receipt has not been forwarded to me as of this writing. I have been going to Mineola Jiffy Lube for years bringing different cars for service. Needless to say, I will not be going back. Poor employees cause loss of customers. And no, I don t want any discounts, refunds, etc. I will find another place to bring business to.Service: Oil change

In the middle of winter, I was in and out of there in 10 min while on the phone with an insurance company trying to sort somethings out. These guys (Christopher and Miguel) made my day with how quickly they were able to complete the service for me. I only decided to come here because I've been to other locations in the past and was happy with their service too and this location is on my way to work.They didn't push any unnecessary things to upcharge me like some other companies do (HINT: Mavis). Didn't have the filter needed to change my oil. I ran to the parts store quick so they could do the oil change foe me as I had a trip I needed to go on. They hooked me up with a great discount, and had me on my way in no time.

I started coming here last year to get my inspections done. They don't do inspections everyday so you'll need to call in advance to see when they are doing it. My only gripe is that I went there a few times during the days they said they were doing inspection, but they ended up not doing them. But when they actually do it, it takes a reasonable amount of time.

I arrived early Wednesday, and there was no line. Had oil and brake fluid changed, tires rotated. All done quickly and efficiently. Had my invoice sent to my email so that I can use it to get a gift card promotion for getting synthetic oil. So worth it.

Super nice and accommodating. I was in and out within 20 minutes for a quick oil change. They also help me realize that I needed to get my brakes fixed. They also offer discounted coupons on their website.
