ANTISEMITIC-INAPPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR!!! Customer for many years. I have had XPEL Paint Protection Film applied to numerous vehicles however I am never returning. I had full vehicle film installed on a 2023 Lamborghini Urus last year and paid $8,000. Last week(1/4/2024) when picking my 2024 Lamborghini Urus the invoice was $11,600!!! Same vehicle, same job, $3,600 increase (not informed until after the job was complete). When I questioned the owner, Eddie Kehaian why the price went up 45% in one year, I encountered a five minute disrespectful, antisemitic and prejudicial rant ending with a statement, and I quote" You're a cheap J3W just like the rest of them". Against my better judgement and feeling bullied, threatened and intimidated, I paid the balance in full and walked out. This is one business to stay away from!!******Addendum: 1/27/24: Just when I thought that you were as low as it gets by calling me a cheap Jew; which by the way you have now admitted and confirmed in your response. I guess your feelings towards the Jewish community is now out in the open. I m not even going to address your accusations of racism, etc. as you and I know this is not true. Your staff and I have always had a respectful and terrific relationship. The numerous lies in your response won t fool anyone. Do not spin this any other way. Additionally as you know, I ve always paid full price for your services. Telling me that I ve always gotten a discount is certainly not the whole truth. Adding 20% to a job and then taking it off on the back end doesn t sound like a discount to me. Your pricing has always been high but fair, and I ve always paid it; however on this job your greed got the best of you. A $3,600 surprise added to an invoice after the job was completed sounds like bait and switch to me. I paid $8,000 for my 2023 Urus and $8,000 for this 2024 Urus. The dispute on my credit card is for $3,600, the amount you tried to scam out of me. Also, I have already moved on to a new shop where ironically three to four of your previous employees have moved to also. What does that say about Detailing Dynamics? Your respect and professionalism towards your customers and staff is pathetic.Gary Stein

Absolutely perfect. Looks like I just drove off the car lot. I have never had anyone be able to get every piece of German shepherd hair out of a car like this. Pricing is very reasonable and well deserved

This place is definitely a hidden gem. The hardest aspect in any detailing business is meeting people's expectations. Detailing Dynamics goes above and beyond. Matt is respectful, honest and straight forward. From start to finish, this guy does not disappoint. You will never come across someone soo passionate and humble until you meet Matt. The turn-around was quick, full transparency every step of the way. I was at a loss for words once I picked up my car today. Detailing Dynamics did an excellent job wrapping my car with paint protection film, scrape guard and did a custom vinyl side stripe which came out perfectly, exactly how I wanted it. Eddie was great and they took such good care of my car, considering how high end some of their clients are, I was really happy with how much attention they gave to my car. Would highly recommend them for any vinyl or PPF work. Overall great place and fair prices.

This is typical of the guys at detailing dynamics, nothing but perfection and treatment of my car like its their own. Fixed my xpel door PPF and then water spots and then recoat the entire car with xpel ceramic. This is nothing short of spectacular. They will never sell you what you dont need and Matt's E39 M5 is awesome.!

Had PPF installed on the entire front, rocker panels, A-pillar, and shark fins on the rear fenders. Ceramic coated the entire car and wheels. Replaced a damaged section of my vinyl stripe, and added lettering to my front splitter. And had Sliplo added to bottom of spliiter. Was told it would take about 4 days to complete, was done in 2. Car looked great when I picked it up.P.S. Went back there today(1 month later) to have them take care of a few small bubbles that developed in the PPF on the bumper. They took care of it in about 10-15 minutes. Also had them add another strip of Sliplo under my front splitter, for which they didn't even charge me.Service: Ceramic coating

What more can i say than Detailing Dynamics is nothing short than amazing! I've heard going here you will get the best of the best treatment and they certainly delivered. Matt was a pleasure to work with. I had paint protective film installed and a ceramic coating applied to my tesla model 3. DD is the best in the business. I did a ton of research trying to find the best shop in the tristate area and it led me here. I have been using them for years and have had them do full ppf, ceramic coating, paint restoration, and window tinting on 3 vehicles. The work is truly amazing. Matt, Eddie, and staff are extremely knowledgeable, professional, and have a tremendous amount of pride in what they do. The absolute worst experience. Eddie is a pompous business owner with a very bad attitude. He overpriced and does mediocre work. Even guys like Salamone who have been throwing money at him for years use different people now. Ask Eddie anything about the process or god forbid you ask him about his pricing, and you ll see his round face get red and he gets super defensive and aggressive.I d be willing to bet he gets super defensive and even dismissive about this review.Honestly, DD is nothing short of overpriced for mediocre to sub-par work. If you re rich and don t know any better, this is your place.

I brought my 2017 corvette stingray to Detail Dynamics. I had my windows tinted at 35%. I also needed one fender re-wrapped with Xpel paint protection and my newly installed splitter wrapped as well. First off, this shop is like an operating room. It is a sterile, super clean environment which will turn out perfect jobs. The employees and technicians are top shelf at their craft and take great pride in their work. The prices are very fair for the quality work you are receiving. Eddie and Matt, the owners are super great guys. They took me on a tour of the shop. Which again was beyond impressive. They treat you like family. They work on million dollar cars and any car you bring them. If it s important to you, it s important to them. My experience with Detail Dynamics was nothing short of perfect.Service: Window tinting

Owners Edward, Matt and their team of highly skilled techs did an exceptional job on my newly acquired car - which involved paint correction, full xpel wrap, and some customization.As many of you are aware, DD has a well established reputation for excellence and their presence is known throughout the country. They came highly recommended on countless auto enthusiast message boards, and their shop is filled with some of the most exotic and expensive cars i have ever seen. Their shop is spotless and the services they provide is unlike anything i have ever seen as well.Edward and Matt treated me like a long time customer, and took care of my car with care like i have never witnessed before. Their eye for detail, the quality of the workmanship, and the value that I received is nothing short of world class.They are passionate about their work and it is readily apparent. I will most definitely be returning and highly, i mean highly recommend anyone who owns a car and cares even the slightest bit about it to speak with them.After my two hour trip back home, my young children, who tagged along, said one day they look forward to having Detailing Dynamics work on their cars...

Ed and his team are first in their class When you know people who take their Bugatti and Ferrari to this top notch business, you know your in good hands.I picked up a customer car to heading to California, this Porsche was detailed to a mirror image, they take pride in their work and the owner is a great person with and incredibly friendly staff If you want it done right the first time, take it here.100%

I recently moved to Long Island to finish out my career. I'm a true car enthusiast and was looking for a one stop shop to service my vehicle. My Boss discovered Detailing Dynamics and suggested that I check them out. Let me say this, This shop is amazing. Not just because of the work they do, but how kind and generous the staff was. Extremely professional. I can spend my money anywhere but customer service is most important to me. I was expecting the usual, get a quote at the door and move on. I was also reluctant to even come visit the shop because they service top of the line vehicles and my vehicle is somewhat average. I was also expecting a bit of arrogance. Certainly not the case. Eddie is a true gentleman and very kind. Gave me a tour of the shop, explained to me the type of services they provided and brought me to his office. We discussed what goals I had for the car and was willing to work with my budget. I left from there and spoke to my staff and now Eddie has 3 more future customers ready to come visit. I came here to repair some poor work from another shop. I fully expected them to have to redo the work but Eddie and his team did an amazing job correcting the issues and taking care of me. I am more then impressed. Looking at the other cars in the shop, there is a reason why all the Ferraris go here. Eddie even provided a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the work. There are many detail shops on Long Island. Some are good and some are not so good. In my opinion, Detailing Dynamics is by far the best. I have brought 4 cars there over the last three years and every job was outstanding. I am so happy I have found this establishment. Everybody was so nice to me. I got grade A service from this establishment. I bought my car with 3 miles on it drove it for over a month. Took it here and my car look better than when I bought it. I did not buy a high end car. I have a minivan and they treated me as I had an high end vehicle. I got superior service. When okok first arrived here I saw all the high end cars here I thought I would be laughed out of this place. Everyone here show high class service. I lost the nervous feeling when I spoke to the secretary. Sorry I am bad with names. She made me feel at home while waiting 2 minutes for the owner. I believe it is Matt.. Please excuse me if I got the name wrong. When I recieved my car. My wife was so impressed that she enjoyed the 20 minute ride home. When you see your car in the daytime you see nothing but perfection. You say to yourself that this is money well spent. I got the ceramic coating on my minivan. But hey money is money so I invested to making protecting the paint. Now here this I took my vehicle back to the dealer yo return a rental vehicle people was in awe looking at my vehicle on how it shined. Also be advised this establishment offered me a loaner but I decline for my own personal reasons. Their car was in excellent condition. But I already reserved one from the dealer. Anyway the moral to the story they enhance this low in vehicle. I am very hard I came here. I really like to give everyone here a 10 star but I only can give them a five star. If you want a really great Detail for your car this I'd the place. Trust me. Also they do professional tinting. I saw they put one on and man they were very thorough with what ever they did. Believe this was my first time here I am taking like I was always coming here. Well I will always be coming here for now on. Thank you everyone. I am really happy you made my wife happy. Happy wife and happy life. One thing I left out. They was reasonable. I think I said enough.

Every time my 10 year old car goes into this magical place in Long Island, it comes out looking newer than when it was brand new. These guys are the best in the planet, period. If the Nobel Prize or Academy Awards made a category for cars Detailing Dynamics will win every year. There are people who ships their precious million dollar treasures to these guys from overseas- that means something. Trust these guys.

Want to thank Matt and Eddie at Detailing Dynamics for the awesome work they did on my Challenger Hellcat. This is by FAR the best place on Long Island to take your car to for any detailing, protective film like Xpel or color wraps. I have had my last few cars done here and they are hands down the best and also the coolest guys you ll meet, real car guys, they ll bring you in and give you a tour of there impressive facility and talk to you about all your options and you ll get to see some unbelievable cars in there, there s a reason why all those cars are there. Thanks again guys.

After exhaustingly looking for the right place for ceramic, Clear wrap, dent/ding repair - I found the Holy Grail.They treat every car with exceptional care, regardless of make / model.
