Semi deliveries: 495 exit 37 Turn Right on Roslyn Rd 3 miles turn right on Clinton ave, tight corner but you be alright.

Great prices. But don't ever go there to pick up parts. You will be waiting in the lobby all alone for an hour. Looks like they make all the employees write reviews. Very rude employees in the office saying he probably came for a $12 part.... make them deliver!!!

I worked here as a Dispatch Manager. Absolutely terrible place to work and I wish that position upon no one!! Its a revolving door. They hire and fire people all the time for the smallest reasons, or they make your job absolutely miserable until you quit that way they don't have to pay you unemployment benefits (which is the route I chose). They even forced me to fire good people for reasons that I didn't agree with at all!! The only people who work there on a steady basis are the managers that have been there for years... (by the way, all of the positive reviews on here are posted by them). The owner, Mitchell, is great but he's not very involved when it comes to how the employees are being treated and the Gen. Manager, Fred, is a complete a**hole. Worst job I've ever had, hands down. Steve and Ilia were the only competent and respectable managers there.

There price range on autobody parts are very reasonable and they have a wide range of different accessories as well the only negative is they tend to mishandle the parts in the warehouse so a lot of parts come from the warehouse already damaged

Great place to work. We are one big family of hardworking people. Upper management is very involved with the day to day operations. If you re not willing to work hard or learn, this is not the place for you!

We have been using them for a few years great service. Drivers are always on time they come a few times a day to drop off parts always in great condition. Never had an issue with them.

Terrible company DO NOT APPLY for them, I had a guy who works there who goes by the name Rashid who kindly contacted me 2 hours after I applied, I was excited; we both scheduled the interview for August 11th, which was a Friday. The time was set for 3:00pm. Friday comes and I was leaving work headed to my interview, but then I noticed I was going to be around like 20 minutes late. I didn't want to seem like I was rude so I called Rashid's extension to ask if I could show up 30 minutes later, but he didn't pick up his phone. However, I spoke with someone else working there, I can't remember the name. That guy kindly told me that Rashid WAS'NT EVEN IN and that he wants to reschedule sometime next week (already unprofessional). Well I didn't bother, I said "Okay, we could do Monday at 9:00am" That was his earliest time. Monday comes I'm up and ready, took me like 30 minutes from my house to get there all dressed, but for the life of me I couldn't find the entrance to the building so I called his phone and he still won't pick up. I waited like 10 minutes, no answer, so I left. I sent him an email saying "thanks for wasting my time and gas" and then he had the nerves to say "I don't know how I wasted your time the original interview was set for 3pm on Friday but you called and rescheduled and didn't show up" But YOU NEVER SHOWED UP on Friday, what are you talking about? You never even reached out to me to let me know you weren't going to be in, oh that's very professional :) And not even like 10 minutes later after all this, the job posting was no longer up on indeed from which I applied to. Look man if you didn't want me to come in anymore, you could've just contacted me and at least lie. And the place look run-down.

Fun place to work. If you work hard, you will get raises. You see some 1 star reviews for people who quit or were fired.

Worst customer service!!! Don t bother calling or visiting this place. Complete garbage. Called 4 times and got hung up on not even helped. Would give zero stars if I could.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE i dread having to call up and speak to the dumb people at the front desk.. always and issue.. sometimes you call and they just put you on hold and hang up.. sometimes parts dont come till a week later
