They are now under new ownership, and it shows. The service was always good, but the new owner has really cleaned up the office area and made it feel more welcoming. He was also very honest with me about the fact that what I needed done, had to be done by the dealership. When he easily could have done the service needed and had me tow my vehicle to the dealership for the computer reset portion.

North East Service Center has the big truck experts you need. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Be sure to check these guys out, and North East Ford in Millerton. Helping customers with vehicle needs on both sides of the river!

This service center is an excellent place to get your vehicle serviced or tuned up. They are all very friendly and informative, which is welcoming for people who don't know much about issues with their vehicle. Tom the service manager is always willing to help us whenever we come in, and quickly gets our vehicles in so that service appointments don't last all day. Although the office is small, it is plenty comfortable with a large TV to offer entertainment while waiting for your vehicle. I would highly recommend that anyone have their vehicle serviced here rather than other chain locations or dealerships with service centers. My wife and I have had our two Ford vehicles frequently serviced here for almost a year, and we have enjoyed our experience each time!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Amazing group, they fixed our motorhome brakes the same day and got us back on the road for our holiday when no other company would even look at it for 2-3 days!!!! Highly recommended!!!
