My daughter has brought her 2014 Jeep there a few times, while she was at Colgate, and they've always given excellent service and repairs. Good turnaround times and nice prices. We're both happy.

Excellent! They really helped me out big time! My engine light was flashing and I am new to the area and someone told me about this place and I am so glad they did! It was fixed immediately at a very fair price and they even fixed my hood latch for me! I'm grateful for them and relieved I have a place to go in the future!

Called them a week ago to see if they do car inspections and a guy answer the phone told me to drop my car off before 9am and they will get to it when they can. Show up today and was told by the girl at the desk they don't do inspections.

I was just visiting my daughter at school and decided to go for lunch, when I got back to the car it wouldn't start. I didn't know what to do, I was 2 hours from home. I call Hamilton Auto Clinic - the nicest lady on the phone reassured me that she would send a tow truck and help me. With 10 minutes the tow truck was there and I had someone working on the car. I couldn't be more grateful for the three gentleman that worked on my car problem solving to figure out why it wasn't working. Within half an hour they had fixed it enough that I could drive home and get a new part ordered. Todays cars are all about computers, but these mechanic knew their stuff, they didn't rely on the computer (which didn't show anything wrong) to tell them what to do. I only wished I lived closer I would definitely use Hamilton Auto Clinic as my mechanics. Professional, Prompt, and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need.

I got ripped off. They charged me 455$ to change my battery and a tow. The tow was maybe half a mile and was 125$. Charged me for an hour of labor I called to have it towed at 9:20 they called me back at 10:44 saying it was done. 209 dollar battery. Place is a scam no rebate on my battery and they kept my old one. I don t recommend this place to anyone.Service: Battery

Great shop and the owner is awesome! Brought my brothers car in for service, we had the parts and they gave us very competitive and reasonable prices for labor, even doing a little extra for us free of charge. I also brought my car in here for regular service and they did great!Outside of car service the owner is a really nice guy with a great friendly dog Ben. My dog Cora loves walking but because she always has a tray waiting for her.Would definitely recommend you come here!

Called the other auto shop in Hamilton first about one of my windshield wipers breaking. They told me they would order the part then didn t get back to me for 3 weeks. This place had me bring it in 10 minutes after I called and had the part replaced in 30. Would 1000% recommend this place over the other; driving without a windshield wiper for three weeks almost cost me my life one night...Service: General repairs & maintenance

When my Jeep was making a weird noise, they both found the issue and fixed it within 3 hours and the staff were unbelievably kind. Would highly recommend

READ THIS ENTIRE THREAD. Needed Front Lower Ball Joints. Labors costs at A&R in Morrisville would've been 200 + 120 = $320.00 ... These guys jacked the price up to $450.00... I got professionally stern with them and let them know how much it should cost, so I GOT OUT ALIVE FOR $350.00 ... Saved myself 100 bucks.I'll probably be back but they are my fallback repairmen... Unfortunately, they take advantage of people that don't know about cars and overcharge. If you know your stuff! You can talk them back down to earth. They are nice to the witty because we know how to hurt their reputation and get our money back... They don't want no trouble... Lawyers breed fear.

I wanted to leave a review of this business because of their above and beyond service in coming to the aid of an elderly woman. My 81 year old mother was recently stranded (she has no cell phone) in Hamilton due to the fact that the starter on her Dodge pickup had died. Fortunately she was less than a block from this repair shop and could walk there to seek help. They were able to push her truck to their shop and they had her truck fixed in about an hours time. It is extremely rare these days to find service like that. Kudos to you guys for coming to her assistance. We REALLY appreciate it!

Ed always treated me well, but the business has just changed hands on 1/21 and the new owners have doubled the prices, and do not tell you before hand. 475 to get unstuck from a driveway.
