Best experience I have had purchasing a vehicle! John was outstanding with his knowledge and help. I got a great deal on a certified preowned Ram 1500, and surprise to me was able to drive it home same day. The staff was awesome and made everything a smooth process. Coffee donuts? They had it all. The facility was immaculate and clean. The lot in itself was clean and loaded up with good inventory options. I did not at all feel pressured or like I was being pushed on anything I did not want. I will be bringing my vehicles there for future maintenance as well as any future purchases.

Purchased a 19Ram 1500 Big Horn in January at Friendly's in Hamilton. So far the back window blow out with an electrical issue, the side mirrors defrost doesn't work, and now the battery went dead. The dealer refuses to take care of any issues and appearantly the 4k warranty doesn't cover anything either. They over charged me for the registration by more than double and I still have not got a refund. My best advice is if you are looking for a vehicle go elsewhere unless you want to be overcharged and not get any service after they get your money.
