If I could I would give a zero. Most incompetent bunch of morons who have ruined a good store I've gone to for years, white foot farm is officially done going there. Canceling my account and going to the Hudson store.

Arrived early Saturday morning to pick up parts I had ordered online during posted open hours and store was closed. Waited for an hour but nobody arrived to open for online posted business hours

+A plus customer service. Bought brake caliper bolt kit. They deliver to my house in one hour. I ask them charge 5 dollars for delivery. But they didn t. At the same time. I am very disappointed about autozone. I placed order for the bolt kit last night and paid online with next day shipping. When I asked autozone for tracking. But autozone say there is no my order and asked me to contact my bank to take my money back. I definitely will use Napa in the future. Thank you.

I have had problems with this place three times. Twice online there store said they had the product. Went there and they can't find it. One time I called and asked them to make sure they had the part I needed. Once I got there I had to wait ten minutes again for them to look for it and again no part. The price that is quoted online has also always been different. Every time it was more than what the website said the store would charge. Each time I'm driving 20 miles total there and back. That store is a waste of time. If I could have put no stars I would have. Catalog your store once a month. Use the four employees you have sitting around doing nothing out of 7 and update your system. This is why Napa is going the way of the dinosaurs........

Horrible customer service. Doesn't offer veteran or senior discounts. With 4 workers behind the counter 3 of which were doing nothing bu having casual conversation with eachother they somehow thought it was okay to allow a 80+ yr old frail man to carry a lawn mower battery out of the store and he to his car hehad just purchased with out a discount mind you, keeping in mind this battery was not light in the slightest insead of offering help they tied a rope to the battery to make it easier to hold. Terribly disgusting behavior by these young men, will not be shopping there ever again after witnessing this.

I'm new to the area,first time customer. Very pleased, dealt with Pat at the counter.He was very friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend this NAPA to all. I will be back.

Great service, very knowledgeable countermen. Always willing to make recommendations on cost saving options. Have even stayed a few minutes after closing time so I could get a half shaft to fix my car and not delay my vacation.
