Great friendly and honest service. My car is about to hit 100k miles and I haven t had to do a thing besides regular maintenance here (except did get the brake pads replaced once).

I was traveling through NY on the way to an event and got a flat tire and this was the closest shop to my location. The owner Mike seemed great and honest and replaced my tire while I was away for two days at the event. I somehow made it back to CT on the tire provided, but soon realized the tire was installed wrong resulting in air leakage from the valve as well as the sidewall, and on top of that my wheel was extremely over torqued and sloppy when being placed back on the car. My impression Of Mike was wrong and he took advantage of me knowing that I was from out of state and he would not likely hear from me or see me again. I do not recommend this shop at all. The owner lied to me straight through his teeth.

My starter failed while we were nearby on vacation, and Mike was happy to check it out and fit us in ASAP so we could hit the road the following day. Seems like a stand up guy! He made an annoying situation into a pleasant detour.

These guys have a policy of prioritizing people passing through in need of emergency repairs something I didn t expect, but was definitely praying for when I showed up at their front desk in need of one. I found out it was completely family owned and operated when the owner had his son go for a test drive with me. Right after that, they immediately began work on my car - which was fast, reasonably priced, and well done. They re very honest and warm hearted people and the least I could do was give a recommendation!

I sell on Etsy and donate to animal charity. I was headed home to Vermont for a holiday trunk show hoping for big sales and big donations. Well, I ran over a nail and my tire went flat. I was luckily able to roll into Millerton Service Center. My trunk was full, it was snowing and I ve never changed a tire in my life. I was greeted by Stubby, the resident cat. They pulled a car off the lift, fixed my tire in ten minutes worth of Stubby petting, and I was on my way. I can t begin to tell you how welcome and at home I felt. The best service Mike is a good business man it was a enjoy working with Mike & wife & his employees!!I want to say Thank You Mike!! I am enjoying the Jeep I bought off!!!!!
