2024 Toyota Grand highlander just received a $45.99 magic service and now has chips, two. As you can see no scratches or marks just chips. That doesn't happen.I just saw other reviews after I posted my review. Wow, so many bad reviews. I say we all go out in front with signs.

I saw recent, negative reviews and did not take them too seriously. Then I went and oh man, this place has fallen apart. They are under new management and they stink. The pic in this review is the car in front of me and they didn t have enough workers to come move the car away. Sat there for 15 minutes!I recommend you find another place. I will.

Went to get my cleaned today. I got the $50 magic package and wasted my money. They did a horrible job. I would understand if there were a few spots left out but the car had alot of areas that were not cleaned properly. Definitely do not recommend this place.

I am saddened to have to post this bad rating, been a customer for years. Prices are way to high and you NEVER get what you're paying for. Sloppy, work. I paid for the deluxe over $38.00 dollars, plus tip and completely dissatisfied. Watch very closely. I will not be returning.

Brought my car in at 12:25pm For an exterior and interior wash. they said it would not be more than 15 minutes.I waited 35 minutes and they still had not even begun to clean the inside of my car. I went inside and asked for a refund as I could not wait, I needed to get to work. the guy behind the counter got on the phone with the manager who then told me that they would only refund the interior part of it. It's not about the money. It's about them not respectingMy time. someone could have just told me that it would have taken longer as they were short staffed and I would have understood and come back another day . this place has a terrible business practice. I definitely do not recommend them.

I was so excited to get my car cleaned but I ended up cleaning up after the cleaner the car wasn t vacuumed or dusted at all, still dirty outside even after going through the wash. The dash and steering wheel and back seat weren t even touched, neither was my trunk. The only thing that was done was my mats, which were left and put back soaking wet. I guess he left them like that just to make it look like something was done, seems to be the only thing that was. I am not one to leave bad reviews unless it s warranted, and I m really sad I wasted my afternoon going to get my car cleaned here. If it was one or two spots, I could understand but it was the WHOLE car. I m glad I didn t get the highest package because it would have been like burning 50$. Technically burned $30. Never coming here again and do not recommend. It s a waste of time and money.

This place has really gone down hill. It used to be great but not anymore. They take WAY too long. I was told that they have cut back on staffing, so as a result the line doesn t move. The car in front just sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for someone to start drying it off. The line backed up and eventually people started pulling away. Once they start to dry it you can add another 30 minutes to your wait. Not to mention $40 for a regular full service wash.

This place has really slipped under new ownership. Especially slow today and they used to allow you to charge an additional amount on your card for cash back to facilitate tipping. Now they put an ATM in with a $2.25 charge. They are only hurting their employees and I m looking for a different place.

Used to love this place, always did an amazing job. Went there yesterday for a deluxe wash and was so disappointed. Its obvious that it is no longer the same establishment. My car took forever to have it towel dried and wiped down. Windows were all streaky and the tire dressing that was to be applied was sparse at best. Rear end of car was still filthy and when towel dried, it just smeared the film and dirt all around the back of my car. The guy that was drying and cleaning my windows was so slow it wasn't even believable. Whole process took over an hour and when I got home, had to reclean all of the windows and clean the rear end of my car. Also, there is no tire dressing on my vehicle and it is sub par at best. Go to Eager Beaver, will be a much better opportunity for good service. So disappointing.

Just sat around for close to an hour while receiving the Deluxe car wash.Yes, my car is clean-er than when it went in, but there s still noticeable dirt from every angle, including leaves a debris still in the wiper well.I will not use this place ever again. The Boy Scouts do a better job when they fundraise washing cars in a parking lot.Just some of the dirty spots are in the photos.

Usually they do a good. How ever I went here 7days ago they did a horrible job basically all thwy did was rinse my mat put them back soaking wet. They didnt wipe any thing down!. I payed for $50 package. On top of that they stole my 2 yrs passport photos from the glove department. Will not go here again!

This has been my go to place for over twenty years. I have generally been satisfied with their work. I feel they have become overpriced, though. Two weeks ago I pull up at 5:45 pm to get the full service wash with the $4 off "Sunset Special' and the manager tells me they are closed! I said it is 5:45, you close at 6. He said they have too many cars and the guys would then have to work past 6:30. Guess I will be looking for another car wash.

Came here today as they have always been good and they were extremely busy today which is totally fine except that my car sat so long it dried before they got to it and then the attendant proceeded to spray the rag with winded he was using on windows to wipe down the car. That is a BIG NO NO. Winded strips ceramic coat and wax off the vehicle it is so bad for the cars

I waited 45 minutes for them to get my car inside, with only 6 cars in line on a week day in the middle of the afternoon. Then took about 45 minutes after I got out of my car for it to finish. Took over a hour and a half total for a basic car wash (exterior and vacuum). Unless you have an hour and a half + of free time, don t waste your time. I lost count of how many cars left and pulled out of line behind me. I saw a lot of the reviews said the same thing but I didn t want to believe it was THIS bad. Will never be returning here, plenty of car washes locally that actually have staff. If it wasn t for a gift card I had, I 100% would have left after a half hour, but I knew if I came back on a weekend it would be worse.

Terrible place! Just paid 75$ for my car to look the same as it arrived. Do not recommend this place for a car wash unless you want to waste your money! Truly disappointing! Horrible experience. Paid for interior cleaning and it was obvious that my car was not vacuumed. Pointed it out to the manager and he yelled at me and told me not to come back!! Who does business like this?

Was hoping to have better experience than local Eager Beaver wash. Paid $49 for VIP wash (Attached pic). Apparently this doesn't include cleaning the steering wheel.Not only that the worker disappeared with the car mats. While he was gone the other workers started disconnecting the vacuum hoses since it was end of day. I had to flag one of the workers not to do that because the guy working on my car hadn't vacuumed the trunk. Luckily one of the other workers did clean it out.After the worker returned with the mats he cleaned the driver side window which I had to point out to him he missed a spot. This resulted in him staring at the window like he couldn't see what I was seeing. And that was it. He didn't even bother to look at trunk.

Worst car wash. scratched my brand new truck that s less than a week old by leaving it in the tunnel and letting the brushes spin on it for 15 minutes + avoid this place at all costs I would give 0 stars if possible

I paid $75 to have to clean the car myself when I got home. Water spots everywhere, they didn't vacuum half the car, if anything they made the interior dirtier. Shame, used to be a good place.

The worst car wash I ever got price to high did not clean the windows inside the car .I will never go back there again I can get a better job at the girls who wash for school Function!!!

I brought my 2010 RX350 Lexus for an interior and exterior wash. The workers did an amazing job cleaning the inside and outside of my car, however, my only complaint is that they never told me when my car was done getting cleaned. I was waiting inside the shop for 30 minutes and then I went outside to see if my car was done and I saw the door on the drivers side open so I assumed that a worker was inside cleaning it. I waited outside for another 30 minutes and they still never told me my car was done. Super disappointed that no one told me my car was done, but besides that, they did an amazing job cleaning my car and detailing it nicely.

They are totally understaffed and according to the Gentlemen at the register new ownership doesn't want to pay Overtime so staff is very short. It will be over an hour for a deluxe wash. And quality is poor I assume staff I'm frustrated and over worked.

As prices go up service has gone down. Owner refuses to pay overtime or hire additional help according to workers. Watched 5 cars leave line because of long waits. This will be my last visit after 20 years

$17.99 for the most basic wash. You can get a premium wash other places for $13.00. Plus you have to get out of your car and they drive it through. I would have gotten out of line if people hadn t pulled in behind me. I recommend Ultimate Car Was in Centereach. Free vacuum with a $7.99 basic wash (equal to the $17.99 for this place) and you get to remain in your car.

The young guy who just did my 2021 Ford Explorer did an amazing job with the detailing for the VIP wash that I got done. Would love for him to to do my truck when I come Back if he available .
