Even as I write this review I am feeling a deep sense of regret, because this dealership service department was so amazing that everyone, after reading this will be bringing their cars here for service.Mark was knowledgeable, patient and friendly and I got to meet Joanne, who I had spoken with on the phone.My car was ready in a reasonable time and my bill was also reasonable. I will be using them as my "goto" dealership in the future. Definitely the best in Dutchess County!

Had to have old plates off car and new ones put on. Mark was very understanding and helped. He kept me informed about the work done. I am very happy with the service I received.

I had a very nice experience. Joey in customer service was friendly & helpful.I had a set appointment.Took my car in right away, I did not have a long wait.It s a very nice dealership.I would recommend anyone looking for a car to consider checking out RUGES CHEVROLET in Millbrook, NY :)

From the first phone call until my truck was ready....everyone was courteous, informative & very pleasant & polite. Joee, Joanne & (another woman who I forget her name) & Mark are just wonderful !!! The most pleasant feeling when you enter into the service desk area.I will return again & again to have my truck serviced at Millbrook Ruges. As always Ruge s Chevrolet in Millbrook has a friendly, quick and efficient atmosphere whenever I get my vehicle serviced. Mark and the ladies that work there are always on top of their game! They see everything, finding issues that I didn t see for exp. My inspiration (lol)

Been doing business with these guys for many years now. Gary in sales is amazing to deal with and I never felt pressured or miss lead when making a deal. The service department is A1 in my opinion. That s what makes me a returning customer, and willing to give them my business.

Very professional service ,great people , Certified Chevy tech's, Certified chevy service and genuine GM parts. Car is inspected during service. Its a great comfort to drive away knowing the car is serviced properly. Good job.

Friendly, courteous, FAST SERVICE. All employees greeted you and asked if you wanted anything. Facility is well stocked with water, coffee and snacks! And extremely clean and maintained. I recommend everyone to buy a new car here and become part of the Ruge s family. Very easy to schedule appointment. Service started 5 minutes early and was faster than expected. In and out in 45 minutes, very friendly and honest service. Will definitely return.

Joey and her team went BEYOND the call of duty to help me, a new customer, out. I work in the area and was driving an unsafe vehicle without knowing. They gave me a great deal on a set of tires, a loaner, and did it all with such friendly positive attitudes. I will be coming back again and again and again.
