Bought my first e-bike there and I love it! Lovely shop with great customer service! Listened to my intended uses and concerns. Patiently answered all my questions. Shared options, brought out various bikes to try. Everything I would want out of a bike buying experience. No condescension, well informed and not pushy. I highly recommend!

I bought my Cannondale gravel bike from Mike 7/2022 and the experience couldn t have been better. Mike gave me plenty of time to ask questions and answered them all in a very clear and personal manner. He then custom fitted me to my bike and made sure I was fully satisfied. No rush, no hard sell. Great price. I love the bike and enthusiastically recommend Woodland Cycles for anyone s cycling needs.

The best customer service I ve ever had in a bike shop! Mike knew the answer to every question I had for him, and I had the pleasure of tracking down my dream yeti sb140, Couldn t have gone any smoother this bike shop such a welcoming gem in a small town! Will be back for all the service and a bike for the girlfriend very soon!

Mike at Woodland cycles has been a pleasure to work with. He is a fantastic mechanic! He also reps the Yeti brand which I recently picked up from him. I look forward to ripping it up as soon as this weather changes. Thanks for all your help Mike and best of luck to you in the future.

There are so many options when it comes to buying a bike. Mike made the process easy by listening to my style of ride and steering me in the right direction without applying pressure.In this COVID environment he ordered a frame and built a bike perfectly spec ed for me. If you re considering getting into it or thinking of an upgrade, you should give Mike a call. You ll at least come away more informed! Thanks for the great bike!

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Mike at Woodland Cycles. I had been shopping for over 2 years looking to get a full suspension mountain bike. Finally grabbing a Santa Cruz. He was so patient during the 2 year search and never trying to over sell etc.. I just picked up last weekend and so far it is everything I wanted and better was at a more reasonable post-Covid price. Cannot say enough good words and will recommend Woodland Cycles to anyone looking for a bike.

Couldn't have been more accommodating. Though I didn't purchase my bike through Woodland Cycles, Mike still set me up and treated me like a long time customer. Will only work with him going forward for all my biking needs. Great guy. Great shop.

So my first time going there the service was great! I've been back more then I care to admit too. For upgrades and repairs. Mike goes above and beyond taking care of the customers. His turn around is phenomenal. And the work he does Is spot on.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Mike is not only honest & super friendly, but he really knows his stuff when it comes to bikes of all kinds. I recently purchased an EBike and had it shipped directly to his shop where he assembled it and tuned it for me, even allowed me to come in after hours one time for a flat tire fix. Top notch bike shop we are so lucky to have in our area! Bets of luck Mike for years to come!!!

I was impressed right from the start. Mike was very interested in getting a bike tuned up for my Grandson, made great recommendations and was so down to earth. ( and I haven't even picked up the Bike yet, but I am certain it will exceed my expectations. Good Luck for the Future and continue to provide such excellent service. I'll be bringing my 29R there when it needs some TLC)

Rented a hybrid bike from Woodland during a recent visit to the area. Great customer service from Michael, along with some excellent advice about local rides for out-of-towners. He told us what routes would work for us, what routes to avoid, and what local places were worth checking out. Just an A+ experience all around.

The former problems with my bike were completely rectified by Woodland Cycles. Mike made full restitution on getting my road bike back to were it needed to be. Not only is the bike working properly but Mike's willingness to tackle the job and figure out what was wrong was encouraging. Mike's commitment to customer service can't be doubted. Thanks again.

I had an excellent experience here buying a bike. The owner Mike is obviously extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cycling, yet is also a genuinely nice guy. No elitism, no pressure, just a down to earth bike shop with top notch service. A rare thing these days. Highly recommended if you need an LBS and are in the area.

Awesome service, the guy knows his stuff and is passionate about cycles. Dropped a pretty rough bike off to be brought back to life, he seemed unfazed by the Condition of the bike so that was nice. he also helped a friend of mine walk out with a bike same day that he was very happy with. Would recommend.

During A Catskills week long trip, my rear derailleur snapped and caught between the cassette and the frame. It was only day 2 and full on COVID times. I called all over the place to get parts and help. Nothing was available. Then I called Woodland. I drove 100 mile round trip to get this done. I arrived at 5pm and he promised he could order the part and have it installed by 1pm the next day. I made 100 mile trip again and was greeted by Mike and a spanking new derailleur. Woodland came through bigtime and not only did they fix my bike, they allowed me to continue on a spectacular cycling trip. I owe him a beer.
