Rowe s Collision is the only shop my husband and I use. They have the best customer service and my vehicle always comes out with the repairs looking like the day I bought the car from the dealership. (Perfection)

What an exceptional business Rowes Collision is! I had body work done on my car, and even I cannot tell where the new paint meets the old. I had many questions and they were patient, polite, timely and honest! I continue to use them and highly recommend them! I m one very happy customer! Thanks Rowes!

Rowes Collision is a wonderful place to go and get your car serviced. I've unfortunately have had two accidents and they have fixed up my car both times. They kept me up to date with what was going on and what parts were needed I was never out of the loop. The staff there is friendly and they are more than happy to take a look at your car if something sounds off.

Had my jeep wrangler done by them had scratches remove. Never know it had scratches. Excellent job .

Staying in NY for six months for work and car trouble is the last thing I need. Battery died, AutoZone diagnosed and said battery was fine and needed a starter. Called up Rowe's and he said it didn't sound like the starter, so I made an appointment for diagnosis. Turns out it was the battery and got a new one. Hopefully I won't have any more car issues but if I do, I will definitely go back. Definitely recommend this shop.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

I've been taking my vehicles to Rowe's since they opened their doors and wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is courteous and professional. They will take care of any type of vehicle you own from the front grill to the trunk. An absolute pleasure to go there knowing I am getting the best service possible. You can even watch TV and have a cup of coffee while you wait.

I highly recommend this place for anybody work, I just got my car back and it looks great this is the third time going to them, Eric the new owner is a nice guy and very easy to deal with. They handle all the phone calls and paperwork all I did is drop it off and pick it back up I will definitely go back to them if I have another fender benderServices: Painting, Body & Trim

I would highly recommend this shop! Being from out of town and only in Middletown for a few weeks, they worked to squeeze my car in to their busy schedule and fix it prior to the day I had to leave. Greg and the staff are all very friendly and will do their best work for an affordable price!

Great service! Really appreciate the way they explained everything to me and showed me the problem. A little pricier, but you get what you pay for. They provided excellent workmanship and parts. Only knocked a couple stars bc no one was wearing a mask

I had to have photos taken for my insurance here for 3 new cars. Even though I don't think they made any money on me, they were very friendly and accommodating. If I ever need any body work, inspections or other car repair, this is where I will be going. Thank you.

Superb workmanship, cannot find any flaws with the metal work nor the finish. Very accommodating with scheduling. If there is a body shop that you need, this is definitely one you can trust to have quality work done.

This place is AMAZING. The work they do is phenominal and very upfront and honest. This is the only place my family and i use for the best collision work. I have even used them for add ons to the exterior of my vehicle. Highly recommend

If you are looking for a honest priced repair shop this place is not the one. They will blatantly overcharged for their poor service. I miss the old owners they never took advantage of their customers.
