10/10 experience. They assisted me when my car stopped on the highway. Although I was too far away from this specific shop (Not from here so I m not aware of distances and cities!) they directed me the closer place and made sure I was safe where my car. I m abundantly grateful! Would recommend 100%.

AJ OF Rockbottom Road Service was so extremely helpful! I had a flat tire in the parking lot of the Galleria Mall on one of the days it was 98 degrees outside. He arrived within 10 minutes and had me on my way in another 10 minutes. He had to sit on the hot pavement to change my tire. I couldn t have imagined doing that. He even found the reason for my flat tire. He put the flat tire in the car and put all the tools back where they belonged. I can t thank this company and AJ enough!Service: Tire change

Tom was very pleasant from the minute of his arrival and till the end. He was a true gentleman and would recommend he train his fellow workers how to speak and approach customers. I was stranded on the side of a busy highway (along with my two young children) with a tire blowout on a rental car. The rental agency promised us an emergency service call in 2 hours or more. I called Rockbottom and they got to me in 30 minutes! Thomas completed the tire change quickly and efficiently, and we were back on our way! Can t thank you enough!Service: Tire change

They go above and beyond. Can not go wrong with them. Hit a deer on 84 which resulted in my car being inoperable do to the front end damage to my bumper, radiator, fans and some other things being destroyed. Bobby had my car back in great shape in THREE days! Amazing how he did it. I would recommend them to my grandma. Know you re in great hands with them. I truly appreciate their service.

Very unprofessional! Driver Brandon was very inconsiderate and parked truck blocking approximately 6 cars in Home Depot parking lot and didn t move after asking him three times. Rude and unprofessional!

They certainly live up to their name! When it comes to honesty, integrity, service and communication they are the rock-bottom! Dragged things along on our repair and gave pitiful excuses, could never get a hold of the right people to talk to because they were always too busy to talk to us and when we decided it was time to move it to another shop they charged the insurance company an exorbitant amount in storage and admin fees, even though they took over a week to provide an estimate. Their estimate for the parts and labor were more than double most repair shops and the number of hours to work on the job was excessive. You ll regret ever doing business with them.

Tom is so awesome!!! He saved me at 4am- I was sitting in the dark in the cold in my car. He cranked the heat up in his truck to get me warmed up!!!! He went through two toll booths and had to buy a phone charger just to find me in the dark! He waited to make sure we had all of our things from the car before he left. What a gentleman!!! I don't know who dropped the ball but we called Allstate Roadside assistance (for my 89 year old aunt's car) They dispatched Rockbottom for towing. We called at 2 pm and they texted us saying they would arrive by 3:30 ish. We were also sent a link so that we could track Rockbottom. At 3:30 we hit the tracker and it said help would come in another 79 minutes. We waited and then the tracker said help would arrive in 1 minute...30 minutes later NOTHING. We called Rockbottom twice and only got voicemail. Allstate was going to dispatch someone else but we gave up. At 6:30 pm, we got a text that Rockbottom was still on the way. A neighbor helped us and we got the car to the mechanic. I don't know where the screw up happened but I'm hoping Rockbottom will reach out to us to explain what went wrong.

Tow truck driver pass by my husband was in a ditch towed him out. I got there after the scene, he wanted cash without no receipt. I told him I was going to call AAA he didn t want to wait he threatened to impound the truck or put it back into the ditch so rude and unprofessional. I called the office they said they would email the receipt. No apology for their driver. Do not use this company ever my recommendations.Service: Special vehicle towing

called geico to have car towed to mechanic. you would think that would be it. instead my vehicle ends up 20 miles in the opposite direction according to tracking device. my wife went to see why the vehicle is sitting in the boondocks, the driver was rude to her. the dispatcher then has 1000 excuses for why my vehicle is not at the mechanics, and calls police, totally petty and unprofessional. if you want your car towed all over the place besides the destination, these are the ones to call.Service: Car towing

I don t recommend this company. I had my car towed and the driver never returned the tow cover for my car. I politely called them asking if they can redeem it for me since THEY lost the cover but the owner kept claiming they gave it back when they didn t. Eventually the owner got frustrated and claimed he ll buy and ship the cover to my place. It s been 3 months. Still no cover. Granted it s only 10 bucks but it s the professionalism that counts and they couldn t return or buy a 10 dollar replacement which was lost on their terms. I m sure they ll try to answer now for a replacement and send one to look better . Bozos Bad company. Unprofessional and liars

I waited over a hour to get my tire changed. The guy Brandon that was Suppose to help didn t know what he was doing. Very rude unprofessional and was cursing the entire time.
