Make sure you have enough money before visiting this service center!!I came with my less than a week old Honda for service for a minor issue that came defective from the company (!!!) And needed to pay more than $150 for "diagnostic fee"

Incredibly helpful with a mechanical problem my daughter was having. They were able to troubleshoot over the phone as she was driving when the issue occurred. Just wonderful and helpful.

There shuttle service is bad. I live in Chester new york. Honda in middletown said they only go 5 miles out. Chevelet in middletown takes me home no problem. And they pick me up. With the out rages charges that the least they could do

Service is very expeditions even without an appointment. They treat you well and are quick to help you. Couple suggestions: a charging station for phones and a snack vending machine. I ll definitely keep coming back.

I love Honda Cars, I've never had a bad experience. When I need service I use SHANE as my go to person. Very knowledgeable & personable. All the people working there are extremely friendly, which make it even more a pleasant experience. I recommend Honda to all my friends looking for a new or used car. Honda keep up the excellent work.

Had my car serviced and the staff was awesome. I was also glad that I had been given a ride to a nearby "At Home" location while my car was being taken care of. I definitely recommend Middletown Hinda..

Could not fix my car didn't have the solution. But thank God my mechanic Alex solve the problem. So much for honda specialist. I will not go again

I scheduled an appointment for a filter replacement a week ahead of time for 2:30PM. When I arrive at 2:30PM, an associate informs me that there is a 2.5 hour wait for service. When I ask him why I had to make an appointment, he stated "That's just so you can get service that day and wait in a queue." Completely absurd and poorly managed business that is a waste of time and does not honor scheduled appointments.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I have my Honda CRV for 11 years now and absolutely all my repairs have been done at Middletown Honda. Service has been expensive but reliable, until this last experience.I was not able to start my car, so it had to be towed to the Honda auto shop. After one week, I was informed that the computer controller unit has to be replaced ($660 ) and the remote starter should be removed ($250), all together I paid close to $1,000.Happily got the keys, to find out that the car can not be started ( still on their parking lot).Returned the keys and did not hear from anybody for another week. Called back after exactly 2 weeks and was promised that my car is still being figured out and will soon get a call back.Contacted the service manager the next day and was explained that all the wires, one by one have to be checked and it will take another few days for them to find the problem( sounds like $$$$).I am very, very upset at this point and planing to contact the headquarters, not much hope either, however will have to try.I am a very happy owner of 2 BMW, the second one I got only 10 days ago ( very satisfied with BMW Harriman dealership and service center).The reason I am still dealing with my old Honda is because I loaned it to a friend who lost his business during COVID and can not afford even an used car, not to mention that he is not able to pay the sky high prices at Honda).Will definitely use a different Honda service center for my daughter s newly leased Honda HRV.Ver, very disappointed .Service: General repairs & maintenance

We purchased our car in 2017 and been back for service many times. They have always done a good job and in a timely manner. The waiting area is very pleasant as well.

Good service dept but don"t expect much help when you call with an emergency. Service manager was not available and young lady who answered phone was unable to help.

I traveled all the way from Brooklyn to service my car at Middletown. Why? Because this place is ALWAYS prompt, friendly, expeditious and is conveniently located, and the waiting area (especially considering now during COVID) is comfortably ample. They are a 'service' to their industry.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I got brakes done a year ago, they told me I needed new ones. I looked at them myself, wheels were not taken off and they voided my inspection sticker. I went to a local shop and they checked brakes said they were at 80%. I use my brakes lightly and knew I was lied to. Unreal business practice.

I am a single mother I have a child in sport so I am always on the road. I have been looking for a new car. I saw somthing through my job and I call milddletown Honda. A nice gentleman answered the phone asked me for the stock number. I gave him the #. And I was told that the suv was still available. I tried to make an appointment for Saturday and I was told that he could not guarantee that the suv would still be there. Never was I told about the error in the price that was posted. I had the print out from my job and I walked with it to guarantee that I would get what I thought I would buy. After talks with the sales rep test driving the suv. I was told the price. I enformed the sales young lady that was not what I saw or have in my hand I showed her the print out All she said it was a miss print. Not once was I asked. Can I intest you with something else? Never was I asked what is your bugget. Would you consider something else? Just it was a miss print. One hour and 15 minutes and day from work. This was not professional at all. Mistakes happen but it is just the way it was done.
