Went to Midas for two new tires and got an alignment as well. Waited over 3 hours for a guy to come out and say did they tell you there s a nail in the side of your tire? And walked away.Before going to Midas , there was no nails in the SIDE of the tires. We checked all four tires and there was no nail. They take the car off the lift , pull it to the side of the building and just hand us the keys and pretty much sent us on our way. As we go outside we see a nail sticking HALF WAY out of the side of the tire. Which was not there when we arrived to Midas.We go to tire discount center instead to ask about the nail and they stated that there s no way we would ve been driving with a nail like that for long without the tire going flat.Will never spend another penny here. Very disappointed.

I waited 5 hrs for an inspection and oil change. I contributed that to being a very busy Saturday. I made an appointment to return the following Wed for brake pads that were not in stock Sat. On Wed I waited 3 hrs only to be told they had received pads that didn t fit my car. Unfortunately I was met with very poor customer service by the manager, I arrived at 11am for my appointment and didn t find out until 1:45pm they didn t have the part. The only saving grace was Khalid Baylor the employee who saved me from missing a very important appointment.Midas you should and can do better.

Ask for Anthony. He is incredibly helpful and invested in saving you money. Not only did he not charge me for an alignment as I requested after the free alignment check cleared, but he applied online coupons at checkout to save even more money. Can't recommend them enough.

I found myself in a stressful situation with my rental car - and the rental car company refusing to help. I bought it to Midas 15 minutes before closing and the gentleman (older white man, possibly called Ray?) was phenomenal. I had to come twice for the same problem and both times he was quick, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable. He was literally amazing. Highly recommend this auto shop. Customer Service was absolutely amazing. There aren t words to describe how grateful I was to them.

This place is a rip off. My daughter took her car in and was told all four tires needed replacement and it would cost 400. Bill come back its 600 my daughter calls after leaving complaining of a sound the the service guy tells her it's normal. She continues to drive to it to another midas and they confirm the wheels were not properly put on and axle is cracked. Called original location and they want my daughter to drive back upstate so they can fix it. I took the car to my mechanic and got the axle replaced the car is fine. I will be suing this location. Do not trust them at all don't send anyone to this location they don't do good work at all .I've contacted corporate and have retained legal representation.

The manager there named Christopher nice guy cool to conversate with. I went there for an oil change. Unfortunately, I had money stolen from out of my armrest in total. I had 500, so once I got back in the vehicle, I checked in my armrest, and I noticed my money was scattered about, so counted money noticed 140 was taken. Thongs had to be moved around to find money. It is very disappointing to think I was in good hands and was violated by a low vibration individual with no care for customers and representing Midas in this manner. I was told I would hear back. That's not happened. Work was done 9:40 am was noticed at 12:15pm this afternoon. So I'm still waiting.

Once again had a very good experience during my service visit at this location. Chris was very helpful with my Vehicle inspection and was helpful with my purchasing tires for my vehicles. Would definitely recommend this location.

I had a problem with my truck. The were very knowledgeable and reasonable. I was so satisfied with there service. I brought my Girlfriend there to service her mercedes. And she is satisfied as well. Chris and the guys in the office also great and were very hospitable.

from the moment I stepped foot into Midas at 830am on a snowy day I was taken care of not once did I feel uneasy not my normal mechanics I go to as this was an emergency and I was made to feel comforable with everything else I had on my plate. All you guys rock!! My girl is running smooth Thank you for everything Felt like I was with family!

As usual Midas of Middletown did a great job on my Tahoe. They even found a couple things broken that I did not even know about. Everyone is very polite and friendly.The manager (Chris) let's me know everything and keeps me up to date on progress.I would highly recommend them to anyone.Services: Brakes, Air conditioning, Oil change

I've never written a review that has been so negative. I called this Mitas on 211 at about 8:20am. Called for an inspection on Saturday of a non OBD car. (Pre 1980) and these guys were acting like total fools on the phone, saying it'll take over an hour to do. I don't know what I'm talking about. It's a 73. Pre anything, only a SIMPLE safety inspection is needed. That's all! These guys were talking out their rears. Not sure who hired them, or taught them to talk to customers like that. They definitely all need some sort of training.

I was very disappointed and unhappy with Midas when I found out that there some paint chips and dent on my vehicle door after brought my car to Midas to get state inspection and wheel alignment. I believe this came from a technician opening the door without carefully and hit it on the lift. I wish they pay more attention and carefully when working on customer cars. We bring our cars to get fix not to put more damages on it. I hope they are looking into this and adding foams around so doesn't happen to other people car.

WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!!!! I came in because my hood was smoking and my car was smelling like burnt rubber. I was told it could be either a leak or because how bad my brakes were could cause the smoke & smell! had them check it out & they told me my brakes were shot- i needed new rotors & calipers & there was no leak! I asked how much this would cost and when could i make an apt. this was on saturday 10|7 around 1pm .. they told me it would take 2 hours max and cost $540 including labor, i thought perfect !! A little over two hours pass by and i didn't hear back so I give them a call and they told me a bolt was broken while trying to fix my caliper and since it was a saturday and a holiday weekend they didn't know if they would have it fixed by monday or tuesday. come monday i received no call so i called them, same with tuesday. Tuesday afternoon around 4pm Chris in the front tells me my part is finally in but to expect my car Wednesday... Wednesday around 1pmI call and he tells me ANOTHER PART BROKE WHILE FIXING MY CAR ... and they had already bought and replaced it .. so not only have they broken TWO PARTS they are replacing it without my consent or letting know anything about it !!! Wednesday afternoon i go pick up my car . the price went from$540 to $990 . I was confused on why when they broke the extra parts and chris denies them breaking it and says it was my own wear and tear and i told himhow so if that was never mentioned to begin with & also why did they not contact me about what they had broken before fixing it he had nothing to say ! i go to leave and now I have an ABS light and traction light on THAT WAS NEVER ON BEFORE BRINGING IT TO THEM, my brakes are trembling and are 10x worse than when i had brought it in! My hood is still smoking and my car STILL smells like burning rubber when those are the two reasons i brought my car in to begin with! When i confront the situation to chris he seems very annoyed and now tells me my hood is smoking and smells because of a leak, meanwhile saturday he told me NO LEAK WAS THERE. he told me that's a problem for a different day when i was already without my car for 5 days !! meanwhile it was supposed to be a 2 hour job!!!!!!!!! he had nothing to say on why my brakes were trembling and why my ABS light was on!! he then questioned me on if it was even my car WHICH YES IT IS BUT IF IT WASN'T HOW IS THAT RELEVANT?!?? when i express my anger on how i brought it in for a specific reason and they didn't fix it at all he then proceeds to kick me out and tell me to leave - he tells his mechanics to pack it & me up! NEVER AGAIN !! Do not go here

The team is very welcoming and very nice did a lot of work on my vehicle and went above and beyond. Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had. I made an appointment for a inspection at 11 and it took 3 hours. And if that wasn't bad enough the employees were BSing, screaming and fighting in front all of the customers. The manager Chris was extremely unprofessional cursing and yelling in the waiting room as well! I have lived in Middletown my entire life and I will make a point of telling everyone I know not to go there. One star is one too many!

Driving to a wedding upstate. Muffler decided to detach. Pulled into Midas Middletown, and they were packed. Nonetheless, the manager Chris got us in and they did a very quick repair. Pit crews aren't this fast. Car is fine, noiseless, and I am at the rehearsal dinner on time. 5+ stars.

It was a great experience, i need my tires changed so that i can get home to MA and Chris made sure he could get it done that same day. Chris took the time to explain to me simple test and observations i can do to prevent any damage to occur in the future. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

My goodness, is there only 5 stars possible? From the moment I made an appointment, to greeting them at the counter, to diagnosing the problem, they have been nothing but courteous, respectful, and friendly. They were very transparent on pointing out issues with the car; gone are the days of scratching my head wondering if mechanics even fixed or addressed a problem. The manager, C, is super-cool, and I can see that he treats all his customers with respect and seems to know their names. I was only there for an inspection, but I wish C and his staff were at the Midas near me because I would never have to worry about feeling ripped off while finding a mechanic. Keep up the great work, guys!
