Overall great experience. At the beginning a little awkward. The manager Stephen noticied we were not being attended to. He immediately approached us and made contact. He was apologetic but overall was courteous, informative and attentative to our desires. He made some suggestions and shared his personal experience with his vehicle. His experiences made us feel a sense of comfort and trust which is important from sales point. Seeing the smile from ear to ear in my wife's face as we was test driving the vehicle out the parking alot was and always will be PRICELESS to me. I knew that was vehicle for her. You are blessed to have devoted and professional staff members at that dealership. Thank Stephen B. And Stephen J. for making our experience a pleasure. Damaged during service appointment. Service manager Wayne Pfeiffer told me because I submitted negative survey to Lexus they wouldn't be fixing anything they broke. Original issue still unresolved.Edit after response reached out to David he was nastier then wayne talked over me played the blame game it's everyone else except his shop and demanded I take this review down. He offered no solution clearly this place isn't interested in retaining customers. These guys are clowns if you value your vehicle avoid at all costs.

Great service, clean, professional, and they explain everything. In and out. And I was wrong about my appointment date and they still took care of it

Service department rep Sally is very rude and unprofessional. This place is expensive compared to dealers in NJ. Wont be using them.
