Awesome service here.Our family bought/leased 3 vehicles here in the last 3 months. 100% best service ever! Jen, Michelle, and Tony went above and beyond our expectations, and we are excited to be part of the Subaru family now. My daughter did have an unusual failed transmission in her brand new 2024 Forester within 2 days of purchase. However, the corporate group of Suburu EXCEEDED our expectations and provided a loaner vehicle as well as many red carpet treatments Customer Service was AMAZING. Totally recommend Johnstons Suburu,. Incidentally, my son purchased from Johnston Toyota also nearby and he loved the service there as well!! Need a car, look up a Johnston team nearby!!

Awesome service. I was unhappy with work (even oil changes) done on my Subaru at non-Subaru mechanics I never got straight-forward answers about the work needing to be done and there always seemed to be uncertainty to if a mechanic could actually help. I caved in and brought my 2015 Outback here and wow. Anthony was really great to work with super responsive and helpful in every way. I got my car back in tip top shape and I also know exactly when to bring it back for future tune-ups. It was great to get a loaner car free of charge too, so I didn t have to inconvenience my busy work schedule. Scheduling online also makes the process a breeze. Thank you!!!
