The installer was professional, courteous, friendly and fast. The glass and mirror installation look great. I would definitely continue to use and will recommend Glass Doctor to friends and family. I m not sure why or what the issue is but 2 times I have waited for the rep to come measure the glass panel and no one has shown up. I gave them 2 chances at this point I shouldn t have to chase anyone down to give them money for a service. Not even a courtesy phone call. I was told that the person showed up on the first appointment and measured from the outside spoke to someone a week later because I called to see what happened and was informed of this. Was anyone planning on following up and letting me know? It s a mystery

Scheduled appointment at my house, paid a 50. fee. Ryan took photos of my window, and promised to call back with estimate. Weeks went by with no response. Spoke with receptionist twice who promised to follow up. Never did. Unprofessional. Not recommended.

Our home needed a large, fixed transom window installed over our home's entry since the old one after 20-years, failed to keep it's seal and insulation ability. Glass Doctor measured for the custom fit and delivered and installed our window to perfection. Very responsive and professional. Needed upper glass replaced on a double hung Anderson window. I had 3 estimates. They were the best price. The experience was mind blowing experience. A window repair with replacing parts costing $ 20.00 vs replacing the window for $ 1500.00 . What was worst, being a Anderson window, they had no clue about the window parts. Just like flat screen TVs, don't fix it, replace it.

Amazingly reliable. Had a big stone hit my windshield on my way to work on a Friday. Needed it fixed the same day. The other company was nice enough but couldn't get it done until Monday. Glass Doctor had it done by the afternoon . Nice family business!

I would like to give them negative 5 stars!I had a contractor break the outside glass pane on a sliding glass door. I had Glass Doctor come out to give me a price to replace the glass and they did. Then the contractor said he'd replace the glass instead of paying someone else to do it. He went to Home Depot (only place to order Silverline) and ordered the glass and it was delivered. Now the contractor disappeared, I know, shocking right?! So I call Glass Doctor back and explain the situation, they say no problem and give me a price for the labor only and scheduled the job for Saturday morning. I got a call Friday late afternoon saying they are canceling the job because they didn't order the glass. Because they couldn't make a few more dollars off of me by selling me the glass, they cancel the job at the last minute. Completely unprofessional money hungry people. Stay Away From This Place!!!

The techs who did the window glass install were great - professional, hard working, and thorough. Everything about the order went exactly as was explained, and happened on time. Unfortunately, I had a rock chip my windshield a few months ago. Thankfully, they were very kind, accommodating and made the process painless. He tried to fill it, but it wouldn't take, so I had to replace the whole windshield which he had to order. Three days later, my car was back to normal! Very knowledgeable and explained anything I needed to know.I chose Glass Doctor because my job uses them whenever our truck's windshields get chipped and was told they always do a good job. Very satisfied with the experience.

Got there as soon as they opened...needed side mirror replaced.Ryan (tech) fabricated the mirror on the spot...installed the side mirror and charged me the price of a sandwich!Never had service like that before.Totally recommend this guy!

They fixed my windshield so promptly and had the best prices in Orange County. (I called 20 places). The family that runs this is kind, helpful, and friendly. They do more than fix windshields too!

The Shop had an open sign, however no one physically attends to the store. There is only telephone contact. Three calls for an appt, no one ever came to see or replace the window. No one even apologized for not calling or coming, after making an appt to stop by my house 2xs. Unprofessional and absentee Business. Waste of 2 days, gas, time, etc.

Prompt, responsible, and professional work. I requested and received a quote to have the back lift gate glass window of my Hyundai Santa Fe replaced on Wednesday morning and by 9:15 am on Thursday it had been replaced by Ryan. He was on time, friendly, on task, knowledgeable and more importantly, he replaced the glass window to my complete satisfaction. Thank you very much Ryan and to Glass Doctor of Middletown, NY.

This is the best place to have your glass relpaced, I drive a 2002 honda civic and the whole process took only 45 mins and their prices can't be beat. Ryan replaced my windshield and we had a great conversation. Thank you so much to everyone who works here.
