The manager here, Charlie, is an absolute gem.I hit a giant rock on the highway and destroyed two tires. Had the car towed to Firestone and it was diagnosed and two new tires fitted in under two hours. Service with a smile and clear communication every single step of the way. Back on the road.Corporate, give this man a raise.

This was my first time using Firestone. I was totally impressed with the service. The young lady there was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and then some. Moving forward I will be handling all my vehicle work with Firestone.

Got a new radiator and thermostat put in. They couldn't be bothered to bleed the air out of the system and make sure there was enough coolant. Had to do both those things myself after getting my car back. Had to add almost 2 liters of coolant myself.

An absolute scam! Went to get my car inspected and granted there were legitimate reasons but they quoted me nearly $1,000 to fix it! Took it to a second place and it only cost $250 to get it fixed.. including labor!

Everything I show up for help they end telling me to take it to the dealer. They can't work on serious, moderate, or minor issues like:- Car is Stalling- Airbag light is on- Tire Pressure Light keeps flickeringThey used to be good but not so much now.

Charlie seems to be condescending at times but all in all "I THINK" he means well. All in all they took GREAT care of me and got my new tires on my new wheels on my truck, even with a few lug hiccups.. lolThe techs were great and speedy. Would have given 5 stars but I was awarded free oil changes but everytime I went to schedule.... they were a week or two out (that's what free gets you...lol). So I haven't gone back in over a year until now.

I was trully Surprised how fast the did the Wheel alignment. The Gentleman said 1 hour wait so my son was like OmG why so long I was trying to show him patients. Well in half hour it was done. My son and I were ecstatic so we havd tome to catch an early Movie!!

Horrible. Go to Vails GateThe guy in Middletown is a con artist and had no respect for his customers.Besides we changed tires 3 times in the past year. And still no solution to the issues

I had scheduled an appointment online for just a tire install. I had bought my own tires and just needed an install. Instead they put their own tires on and told me that if I wanted the tires that I brought in installed it would be another 6 hours. I then had to pay extra for the tires that they installed and now I have to return the ones I bought. Why didnt they use mine when the order clearly said a tire install and no bought tires on the transaction? Once I got home and went to remove my tires they were completely rearranged and the seats were changed. They had checked the back for the tires but refused to put the tires I had on! They had lied to me saying that they didn't see the tires in the back, and did what they did to make more money! This has left a sour taste in my mouth. Word of advice; Go to your local mechanic instead.

Walked in to get one tire checked for balance and the clown at the desk was just telling the person in front of me we aren t that busy I can get you in but when I asked all the sudden there s 19 appointments and no time to do anything. Guess I wasnt gonna spend enough money for the balance check. Bought the tires from here also that cost $1000. Never again.Service: Tires

Went in to get new tires put on and a New York State inspection. I received a call saying that I failed inspection for 1 of two plate light bulbs being out, a pipe to the muffler being broken, and two rear shocks leaking. I am a licensed New York State inspector so I know that you can t fail a NYSI for any of those things. I ended up calling him back after a little bit and told him how dissatisfied I was. Instead of checking if his data was correct on the NYSI computer, he proceeded to start arguing with me. When I told him that those things don t fail inspection, his only response was sir, I m your car is not getting inspected today . After repeatedly interrupting me and ignoring answering any questions I began getting more frustrated. I asked if he speaks to his wife that way and he then kept repeating that I was talking bad about his family. I m giving this as a suggestion, if you are going to try to lie to someone about motor vehicle inspections, make sure that the person hasn t been doing inspections for 10+ years. The man I was talking to is Charlie. Seems like this isn t the only terrible review for this guyService: Tires

DO NOT GET SERVICES HERE! I am making a report with the Albany DMV about Charlie and why he LIED to me about something ILLEGAL for him to do. We took my boyfriend's car here for an inspection, they failed it and told us there were 4 main issues that needed to be fixed before it could pass. They quoted us $2,300 but offered discounts to bring the price down to $1,670 ish. These issues were 2 new front tires, tightening the front inner tie rods, replacing the 02 sensor, and replacing the EGR valve. We didn't have the money on us so we asked if we could bring it back the next week after payday, to which they agreed. Fast forward to Friday the 17th of December 2022, we had dropped off the car and when we came to pick it up, Charlie said we had to pay the $2,300 and he claims that "no one told us we could only pay $1,670" even though we have witnesses who heard the phone call where the desk lady said she had applied discounts for us. After a heated argument, my boyfriend had me call because he wasn't sure what to do, when I called Charlie immediatly knew and snapped at me saying " We dropped the price down to $1,600 but he HAS to pick up the vehicle before 5PM because we are leaving at 6." He kept cutting me off saying it had to be picked up over and over. After picking up the vehicle we noticed that he never put a new inspection sticker on, and he also NEVER gave us the initial official NY state inspection failure paperwork that has the barcode on it, WHICH IS ILLEGAL. We didn't know this until we went to Rick's Auto Repair where they told us that what he did was ILLEGAL. While we were waiting there we tried calling Firestone to have them email the paperwork over. Charlie said he sent it but the email didn't have the failure document, just the repair receipt so I had to call back. Charlie was rude immediatly saying " I already sent it over what else do you need?" to which I told him that we needed the official failure paper and he said " I can't email that, you have to come pick it up" I had the call on speaker and Rick's office people were shocked, after Charlie hung up they told me that was also illegal and informed me to call Albany DMV, that he can't make us come get it in person like that. This entire experience has left a sour taste in our mouth with the Firestone brand, we have been loyal Firestone customers for years, but after seeing how they let their employees operate, we will no longer be using them and we will tell everyone we know how they failed to do their jobs.

This place is horrible!!! They were always saying I needed brakes on my car every time I would have an oil change! I always asked them to check all my fluids, saying they were being done. The last time I was there, they never put new oil in the car, and the whole time I been going to them, they were never checking my transmission fluid!!!! Well, guess what my transmission blew!!! Don't go here unless you want to waste time and money!!!

Highly disappointed. Have a rental car and had to drive e from CO. Was told I could take to any Firestone for an oil change. Got to NY and was 100 miles from oil change. Went into Firestone and was told I would have to come back in 3 days. Ok. I didn't expect to get right in that day, and was fine with an appt. When I gave the Information I was told I would have to leave my car for the day. I had no way to leave or come back once it was done and could even be an overnight job. For an oil change?? When I questioned this, I was told it was because Enterprise takes forever to get back with preauthorizations. I asked if they could call today so it would be ready on Monday? I was told no, they need exact mileage. .So I called Enterprise and they told me what I was being told is false.. That they have a contract with Firestone. Firestone said no, they may tell you that but no. The gentleman who is the manager told me this. I left. Called the local Enterprise who gave me 2 different places to go to. Went to the other place, non Firestone and was in and out in 25 minutes. The local Enterprise person told me they NEVER use Firestone, for various reasons and this was just one. Never will I use them.

I walked in first thing this morning due to a low tire, I asked if someone could take a quick look being as I was the ONLY customer there. Without even a thought I was turned away, was told that I need an appt with the only available one on Monday. Needless to say, I prefer Mavis anyway, Firestone is directly across the street from my job so I thought it would be convenient being as my Psi is 9 and not 36, I guess not.

Friendly staff, great service, MUST have appointment. The first time I visited I had a flat and it was the closest store so I pulled over and asked for assistance, I was told I had to wait 3 hrs due to no appointment, I did see they were busy. I left thinking I d never return until my usual oil guy said I needed a full service facility and suggested Firestone. Knowing that I had already tried another popular full service facility in the area that begins with an M and was not satisfied with the job, I figured I go back to Firestone, and I never left. Service is great, prices are reasonable, staff is very informative, and making an appointment is easy.

Slowest place ever. As I waited all they did was chit chat without getting my work van done. And to top it all off they backed my van into their shop leaving the front stick out with window, that they opened get rained on. Total wet seat now. Stay away. I have brought my family cars here for over 25 years. Always courteous and excellent service. This place is a very high traffic location. Be sure to make lots of time; sometimes hours. I usually drop the cars off and get a ride home until work is finished. They do have comfortable seating for adults and a small area with a few toys for children. They also offer complimentary coffee and a clean rest room.

I won't trust or feel comfortable with any other Mechanic.The team are very professional and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable but the work is fantastic.Mike the manager is always a great blessing and a gentleman to all.Coffee is freshly brew for those who need it. They're quick and precise, sincere and honest.I'm always satisfied with their workThey're extremely busy but will make room and time for your needs.A True Blessing to be fortunate to have in our community.God Bless
