The cost and customer service were 4-5 star but upon receiving my vehicle for the second time (I wanted more work done and some touch up from the 1st repair) I noticed that there was primer overspray over various parts of the front end and some mangled plastic (from attempting to remove for paint I d assume but it s also covered in overspray so idk anymore). I m just tired of people not caring about their work anymore. A simple look over and clean up would ve solved the problem but instead I am left taking care of it myself.

My brand new Outback was hit by a deer, eagle auto body was highly recommended by the dealer. Devon was able to get the car right in and torn down to see the rest of the damage so he could work with my insurance. Devon and his team are very professional and he kept me updated every step of the way. They do an excellent job and I would recommend them every time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband took my White Lexus to Devin after a deer ran into my vehicle. My car came back looking as if nothing ever happened to it. The exact color and everything. (Brand New). Devin was very professional and nice. He truly takes pride in his work. I would recommend anyone who need work on their car to consider Eagle Auto Body shop. The only thing is; it takes patience if you need a certain part, but it's well worth it. Believe me when I tell you, You will not be disappointed. By far the best Auto Body Shop I have ever worked with. Rob and Devon are fantastic people and They do meticulous work! A genuine passion for cars! They have been helping me out for almost a decade and I would not dream of taking my cars anywhere else. Highly Recommend Without Reservation! They keep my 2017 Corvette Grand Sport looking like it drove right off the showroom despite minor road and parking lot incidents. Keep up the great work!

Eagle Autobody performed extensive repairs on my vehicle (body, steering, suspension) recently and I am completely thrilled with the customer service, communication, and technical expertise employed throughout the repair period. I just got my car back and I couldnt be any happier with the results. Just three weeks after purchasing my vehicle, another vehicle trashed my front end. I reached out to the only dealer I trust and they referred me over to Eagle body. I met up with Rob who gave me a pretty accurate estimate and made me feel super comfortable and reassured me that the work would be top quality. I began my contact with Devin who kindly kept me updated throughout the process and was right on the ball about when the car would be ready. I went to Eagle Auto Body to get my truck repaired after a car accident that I had been in and they did such an amazing job. Devin and Rob reassured me that my truck would be in great hands and when I went to pick up my truck, they kept their promise and made sure they handled the job perfectly from start to finish. I am so happy that I decided to go with them and so thankful for the amazing customer experience they gave me and the job that they did on my truck. My family and I will continue to go here since they are the best around!

Eagle is seriously the best around. My car needed extensive work after I was rear-ended and you would never know there was ever an issue. Their work is impeccable, the staff is professional, and they stick to their schedule. 100% Satisfaction with a SmileUpon entering, I was greeted with a smile. My car was fixed within five minutes. Devin recognized me from three years prior when I had come in with the same issue. My minivan gets smashed at the Galleria parking lot, and I cannot afford the 500$ deductible. Eagle Auto is professional, kind, talented, and the best value in town!

Eagle Autobody is the best place for bodywork hands down. I dropped my car off for repair, and they made the process super easy from the start. They were honest, hard working, communicative, and very knowledgeable. They kept me in the loop the entire time, and they were honest with recommendations. Their team was super helpful and very professional. Not to mention their work and their attention to detail, absolutely amazing. Highly recommend these guys for all your body work needs.

Eagle had done a lot of work for us over the years and we've been very happy with them, as well as, their work. This week we had one of our vehicles worked on that needed serious cosmetic attention and once again their work was exceptional! They provided us with options, did all the leg work getting the different parts we needed and kept us in the loop every step of the way! There is nothing better than being able to build a relationship with a local business that exceeds your expectations every time by providing excellent customer relations, superb workmanship and consistent results! We highly recommend them to our friend's and family for their auto body needs.

I was in a hit and run accident and had a lot of damage to my car. I needed a few new parts and had to pay out of pocket for the damage. The guys there were extremely friendly, and did a outstanding job on top of doing it in a speedy amount of time. I have to say Devon was very professional and answered all questions. Ron and his whole team at eagle s Auto body shop are the real deal. I just picked up my truck, the repairs were excellent and completed in a timely fashion. The inside of my truck was as spotless as the outside.I am so glad and lucky to have found an auto body repair shop with such integrity and consistency with top quality body work and paint job. The folks at Eagle Auto Body did an outstanding job of surgically removing some cancerous rust from the outside edge of a wheel well, crafting a replacement part that was welded in place and making it look like it was the original section. A beautiful paint job perfectly matched the rest of my 13-year old Tiburon. They provided quick service, delivering on time and within estimate. Highly recommended without reservation!

Amazing across the Board. Devon the manager gave me a ride to my house when I was without a car and picked me up back to the shop since I was local, and Rob the owner himself was detailing my car when I got there. What an HONOR! My car didn't look like it even got into an accident. Pricing is fair, wait time is very reasonable and customer service was FLAWLESS. These guys work is so professional. Truly, I can't imagine going anywhere else for any of my vehicular needs. Without a doubt!

I took my baby there to get fix. Going solely by my gut, intuition and the awesome reviews I read. I decided to take her there even though I was hesitant. They did a phenomenal job, out of this world wonderful work on my 2015 Mercedes . The results were not disappointing . Not only that but they went out their way to help me with providing a low cost repair but without jeopardizing the magnificent quality job they do. They also fixed it very quickly! I would give them infinity stars! Thanks eagle auto body!!

I cannot recommend Devin and Rob highly enough. After a minor accident, I took my Honda to Devin. His calm professionalism, excellent advice, and willingness to answer all of my questions eased the stress of the situation. Devin, himself, worked with the insurance claims representative to come up with an estimate for the repairs. In addition to the accident repair work, he and Rob made other repairs to the car and still brought us in under the estimate. Our Honda looks like new and is running like a top. We will definitely be returning to Eagle Auto Body; the service is friendly and professional, they are extremely knowledgeable, they are easy to reach and return phone calls quickly, and best of all, the quality of the work is exceptional.

One day when the weather was really bad, I slid down a hill and tore my side skirt off. Damaged my rims. My bumper. My door. And don t even get me started on the mechanical issues. I dropped my car off in the worst condition it s ever been in and got it back looking brand new. I ve been in a fender bender before and took it to them and it came out amazing the as well. But with the damage I have and the white pearl paint on my car, most shops will say it s hard to work With that kind of paint. When I got my car back, You can t even tell it was damaged!! The customer service is always on point. The work they do is fantastic. And the amount of help and understanding they give is beyond anything I ve encountered when dealing with customer service. Rob and Devin are such gems and I won t take my car to any other body shop. Thank you guys so so much for everything you have done for me and my car and always going above and beyond.

At Eagle Auto Body, you can count on a fair price, excellent work and customer service that goes above and beyond. They made my 2013 Subaru Impreza look better than new and even put in heavy-duty floor mats they had in the shop to replace the worn-out pair I drove in with. They're hands-down the best body shop around.

After my 2010 Toyota Camry got wrecked in a accident, I called EAB and was given the confidence that my car would be back to new in no time. These men are true professionals, the communication is awesome and the customer service is above and beyond. I highly recommended this shop for all your collision needs.

My experience with this auto body shop was painless both times I went. they are friendly curtious honest professional no job is to small or to big. My first experience was with a rear roof spoiler thought they would turn me away being the job was so small and tedious I needed a spoiler from the factory painted exactly like the cars paint color a triple blend silver and installed sure enough they they did that matched the paint perfectly and installed at a fair price I was content with everything from A to Z . Second time is recent was a bumper on a barely used 2019 Honda accord triple blend pearl white with alot of damage internally within the structure of the bumper. I have to say even though they weren't part of my insurance autobody shops they recommended that's on their list I neglected to go to one of their affiliates to get serviced. I went back to eagle because I knew the workmanship the level of respect and honesty and in a timely fashion I was going get there sure enough not only did they duplicated my first experience but even better the second time bc this time we had to go through an insurance co and they made that process easy .. thank you to the whole family over at Eagle Autobody Shop

Took a vehicle here for a repair and couldn't be happier that I chose Eagle Autobody. I'm originally from the area but moved to rockland county, still wanted to make the drive to take My vehicle to such a highly rated shop. My family and friends have taken vehicles to Eagle and always had amazing things to say about customer service and quality of work and the finished product they produce. This time was certain no different, Devin the general manager was highly accomadating, friendly, and professional. I was quoted a price that was more than fair for how great my vehicle looked after completion, including a complementary detail cleaning inside and out of my whole car. Also they were able to get it all done in less than two days. I highly recommend Eagle Autobody to anyone in need of autobody repair! 5 STARS!!

A gem of a body shop!I had a cracked bumper, and I came in all worried. And the guy was like "You look nervous, relax." He charged me a price $200-$300 less than the other auto body shops in the area. What a reasonable and awesome deal! It might be appear shady at first because there's no official looking print-out quotes, but don't be fooled. I put down a deposit on the bumper and the guy was a man of his word. He got the job done in a matter of few days and it only took him an hour to put it on. In today's world of rudeness, genuine customer service like this is a rare and much needed trait. Now the car looks brand new. As a bonus, he even offered me some apple pie or cake he had lying around.

I had Rob, Devin and the boys handle the body work on my truck after getting side swiped by a NYC cabbie. They did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond to make it look better than before the collision.The shop was professional and I'm very happy with their work. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my second experience with this company and let me tell you, not only were they professional and friendly, they were a great group of people to be around. I was just hanging around waiting for my car and the energy displayed by all the staff made me feel like I was part of the team. Thanks for the great experience.
