Workers and mechanics here are amazing; they help in everyway possible, but I had a horrible interaction with the owner - an elderly gentleman who seemed to be having a bad day. I simply asked to break a hundred to be able to tip his workers - but was met with a sour attitude.Due to this, I will no longer come here for car washes nor any sort of services even though I have consistently come here for car washes and my yearly inspection along with other miscellaneous/preventive maintenance.

I can't say enough about the service here. I had a tire blowout from a pothole. I have a rare tire size on my SUV, and they were able to get the tire, mount and balance it for less than just the tire cost on TireRack! When I (happily) paid, the Manager Ryan told me I could get a free, exterior and interior on premise car for free because I purchased one tire! That's service! I'm a happy camper.

This is one of the best auto shop in middletown for tesla cars. Very professional costumer service by, Jake who work there. i'll definitely use this place again if i have any other future issues. tesla model 3 owner.

Ryan runs a great shop. He is willing to explain everything in terms that are easily understood. I had purchased my tires on-line through Goodyear with a confirmed time and Ryan explained the process to me once I was shocked about time it would take. He even tried to save me more than offered through Black Friday discounts. Do not waste time and value by dealing online with Goodyear.com, drop by and get the satisfaction Face to Face. Waiting room has comfortable seating and Hulu TV for your wait time. Enjoy..Thank You Ryan. Don

I must say that dealing with the manager Ryan is always a pleasure . I am very happy with his professionalism when dealing with my concerns. I am definitely happy with his recommendation and choice of tires by Ryan for my 2014 jeep wrangler. I must mention that along with a great manager comes the professional team he has working for him. I strongly expressed my concerns of getting scratches on my new rims when installing the new tires and they went above and beyond the call of duty to make that happen. I want to thank Ryan and his team for taking customer service very serious. This is what a business should be all about customer service. Thanks again Dolson Tires and Auto repair. I do many reviews and this was a must. Happy customer.

Great customer service. Work was done quickly. A full diagnostic of my vehicle was completed and everything was reviewed. Waiting area was clean and their was coffee available. Overall, this place was great and completed the work quickly. The business even provided me with a carwash. Great shop! Not your typical small-town auto center where the staffis partially rude because there's no other shop in town but a great establishment! Every time I go in there, the gentlemen at the front desk are always so nice, professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend patronizing Dolson Tire and Auto!

Truck broke down in town late at night and had AAA tow it to this shop. I explained clearly that my shifter cable broke on my truck causing it to be stuck on neutral and that the tow guy had to go underneath the vehicle and manually move the cable so we could get it on the truck. On my diagnostic, I see that the service tech wrote that the tow truck driver moved "something" under the truck (despite what was told to them) so they could justify charging me twice the price this repair should've been because such a simple problem was so hard to find apparently. I paid over $600 with tax and with the AAA discount added on. My e-brake was also non-functional so they tried to convince me to pay $1000 to get that fixed and tried to sell me on a payment plan. As a bonus, they left grease and grime all over my seat covers and I had to complain about that to get it corrected. And no carwash. Apparently, they didn't have the staff. I'm told I could return with my receipt but I'm not trying to get hustled again.

Was great. Brandon checked me in and just came for a tire rotation. But since there was no waiting line, i decided to do an oil change as well. Thank you brandon for all you do at Dolson tires. Keep up the Great Work.

Took them 7 hrs to do 4 tires and inspection on my wife's car. Then broke a wheel stud which causes a fail on the inspection and tried to charge an additional $200. After that came with a whole list of "repairs" I need which I knew was incorrect because I too am a mechanic and do all the work on all of my vehicles less tires and state inspection which nobody can do at there home. I requested the list which the SA refused to give me and they prematurely scraped my sticker causes me to have to drive without a sticker for 2 days. Will never bring a car here again and make it my mission to tell people looking for a shop to not go here.

I had no clue to do about my auto problems. I thought all hope was lost until I finally decided to go to Dolson s Tire and Auto and I ran into a very nice young man named Brandon! He was very helpful in answering my questions about my car. Brandon is very approachable and will answer all your questions. He went above and beyond for for me as a customer.

So basically they made me pay 350 dollars when I I was 90 percent sure my trans had blown. Just to drop the trans pan and tell me that it wasn t my transmission but some computer part in the transmission. They then began to try and convince me to pay 2k for the service and then didn t guarantee that it would 100 percent resolve the issue. Went to another shop and within 10 minutes said I 100 percent needed a new trans. Ryan the owner of Goodyear is a sleazy and manipulative businessman. NEVER GO HERE!!!Services: Transmission replacement, Transmission repair

I can t say enough about this place. We were in from out of town and on the highway I swerved to miss an obstacle in the road. Unfortunately I was unable to get out of the way of a piece of sharp metal pipe in the highway without swerving to hit another vehicle so I had no choice but to hit the metal. It immediately caused a sidewall slice on my rear driver side tire which immediately went flat. We are not from the area we are from the New York City area and we first went to another place and they told us that they would not be able to accommodate us and that was very disheartening. We drove a little bit down the street and saw that this particular facility was still open so I parked and went inside and explained to the gentleman behind the counter (his nameWas Titus) about my situation and he said that they were getting ready to close soon and they wouldn t be able to help but then when I explained to him that I was not from the area and told him I couldn t drive two hours back home he insisted on trying to help. I really really appreciate it because I did not want to drive my truck home back to the city on a donut on a SUV. While we were here they were nice enough to offer us coffee and told us to be seated and I know when I looked at my watch that they literally were just about closing in about a half hour. While another facility turned my business away this place did not. He gave me some options with regard to tires for my Ford and I decided to replace all four of the tires while I was here at the facility on 178 Dolson Ave. I just wanted to commend them for going above and beyond and for keeping me safe in order to get back home. We are moving up to the area so I would highly recommend them, no hesitations, very very professional yet very very friendly. I highly recommend that anybody needing any type of service come to this place. I definitely cannot say enough about them.Service: Tires

The service and professionalism I received getting 4 tires and an alignment on my Jeep here today were EXCEPTIONAL! Their service writer Stephanie gave me the absolute best price out of the several locations I called for quotes, fit me in the same day, and was not only extremely knowledgeable, but also genuinely cared about both my vehicle and my experience as a customer. By far, the easiest and most pleasant auto service I've ever had, and I will definitely be returning for all of my service and maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Ryan and his team always go above and beyond to help get your car what is needed at a fair price as soon as possible. I have purchased many sets of tires over the years as well as regular oil changes and tire rotations, brake work and wheel bearing work. They take good care of customers and offer frequent valuable coupons on top of their very fair prices plus AAA discount. Just had oil change, rotation, and state inspection done- was told it would likely be a few hours but they ended up getting me right in and was out in just under an hour from arrival. Best experience there!Update: Just had extensive work done here again and the experience really reinforced Ryan's integrity, responsibility, and dependability.
