I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get the rocker arm and lifters replaced and Jose and his team did a great job. Jose told me he can do it within a week because he will take his time to make sure it was done correctly. He charged me a great price for the labor because I had ordered the parts prior. He is very knowledgeable of his work and takes pride in his work. I will definitely use him again for service on my vehicle.Service: Engine repair

As a person who is always skeptical about mechanics especially knowing how women are sometimes taken advantage of (negative experiences) I was referred to Deleon from a close family friend whom I trust. Taking a chance after having been messed over shortly before, I had my guard up. However, I MUST say that within the first few minutes of meeting with Jose, I instantly felt comfortable and as if he was truly trying to have my best interest. He was extremely honest with me negative or positive and literally included me every step of the way from updates (text/call) to actual facetime calls so I could see the issue firsthand. When I went to pick the car up, he told me immediately before getting to any business to drive the car around for a few to make sure it runs and feels right as he did not want to return it to me, and I was uncomfortable with it in any capacity. When I returned, he took me into the shop to see what the old engine looked like and explained the parts he had to replace and supplement. I was so appreciative of that more because during the process of him replacing my engine, there were of course snags along the way, and he would call around to get us the best pricing for the parts including the engine we needed so we had something to compare it to when purchasing so seeing it up close gave me a better understanding of why we needed it. It's been about a month now since we've had the truck back and at least once a week for the first 3 weeks we received a call from him making sure it was still running well and we had no issues. I mean you can't get any more top shelf service than that. Not to mention that we have had ZERO issues with the vehicle. Deleon is now our homebase mechanic shop. Very appreciative for everything that was done for us and especially for how we were made to feel outside of the actual work we hired him for-secure and satisfied. In the last hour they were open, we reached out, after being turned down by multiple businesses in the area when we needed help for our son, who was traveling back from Pennsylvania to New Hampshire and had a rear tire flat. Jose picked up the phone and stayed late, working with us, waiting until a flatbed could reach my son and finding a tire that would work to get him on his way thanks for going the extra mile Jose, for someone just passing through very much appreciated!! This is one of the worst mechanics in Middletown I ve been to in a while. My car only needed and oil change and the mechanic held my car for a week and didn t give me any updates. Constantly ignored my text messages and all around had terrible customer service. When I got my car back it was also in worst shape than it was before almost like someone was driving it around. The mechanic also didn t even do the oil change. Overall my experience was a 0/10 I would not recommend this place to anyone very unorganized I was here in 2022 so please do not waste your time.Service: Oil change

He took the time to price shop several parts providers so that my bill wouldn't be so high. Sincere and very well priced. you will have a hard time finding a better mechanic in our area. I would recommend him to anyone who needs the best price on a repair
