Had an awesome experience here. Store Associate, Austin, helped immensely with immense knowledge. He quickly performed required testing and helped me identify the necessary parts. He went above and beyond and really helped me out! Give this man a raise!

THE SALES MANAGER, SHAVON WAS SO NICE AND SO VERY HELPFUL WITH ME ..HE SHOWED ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED AND TOOK HIS TIME WITH ME EXPLAINING EVERYTHING TO ME. HE WAS A TRUE JOY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND I SEE WHY HE IS A MANAGER. THEY NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HIM!!

Helpful and friendly sales people. High prices. The part I needed was 50% more expensive than the exact part by the same manufacturer as sold at Walmart. Walmart didn't have the help I needed since it was locked away so I had no other choice but go to Auto Zone.

My family have a work shop in M�XICO, and we work whit AutoZone in all country, we get good price whit our PIN level Diamond, but that pin no works here... So, is really expensive.

The one employee was very rude and no idea what she was talking about about tried to say something was bent on my vehicle and it was clearly not they sold me the wrong part and I had to return the part and pay more for the right one

My car is going to make AutoZone and its employees on 211 famous! I went in with a leak in my radiator system, and Kay with her knowledge provided me with a solution. I think it s because of the people at AutoZone that my car is still on the road after almost 20 years!Thank you so much people, I really, really appreciate you!

Went into store yesterday. The employee, Kay, was extremely knowledgeable about a very specific car thats not seen often. She was a great help to me, interesting to speak to since she's a Honda fan too and went out of her way to help me when the store was clearly busy. I'll be back because of her.

I stopped in just now, because I was having battery troubles, and everyone was so kind. The gentleman that came out to test my battery Realized that it was just a loose connection, tightened it for me, and sent me on my way. The young lady with the blue diamond tattoo was super helpful also. I wish I had asked their names! Thank you for being honest and awesome crew at AutoZone in Middletown!

Gonna be honest and say I'm biased with my review for this specific store because I work here lol. Come to us for great customer service, people who will go the extra mile to research if we don't already know about what you need and we always make sure you have everything you need to do the whole job before you leave the store the first time so you'll never be stressed out figuring out you need more things halfway through a job and have to come back. Also wanna say hi to whoever in my store is currently checking our Google reviews and reading mine lol.

I had a great experience here, the auto zone associate Rob was very helpful and polite, I came to get my car battery swipe since I have warranty on it and Rob install the new one with out hesitation. All the staff in there gave me a positive and respectful attitude and welcomed me in with open arms, the associate Rob did a wonderful job on changing my battery, I highly recommend coming here . Thank you Rob this will my to go spot from now on.

I had an issue in returning a part innother autoze store.and came to middetown on 211 and austin .was very respectu� and adressed my return very profesional..very attentive and even call the other store where i had a bad experience returning a part...and ath end he solved it fast....the employees at autozone middletown.were very attentive to customers...

The staff is always on point and courteous. I'm a mechanic/technician myself so when I go in to these parts stores I already know what I want. The store is always clean. It's organized, always stocked with all your D.I.Y. needs,,, as for the stock area for parts I don't know cause I'm not allowed back there but I've always gotten what I needed, never really had to order anything and wait for it to be delivered. The staff is always helpful, greet you coming in, have a nice day when you're leaving. Its one of the better Autozones in my area, my go to when I need anything. Props to the staff and management

It is a rare occasion if the store doesn't carry what you need or not have it in stock. This location is the one I prefer because they try not to have anyone wait and always friendly and will to help.

Was there today AJ helped me this guy deserves a raise and to be recognized he was helpful, accurate, and a hustler working 2 registers at the same time to help get customers out fast. Kudos to you AJ.

Just waited 45 minutes for an associate to help me with my light. They told me they were able to change the bulb. I waited for awhile for him to come back then returned inside to find him casually chatting. Then after waiting another 20 minutes and the associate walking away another came out and said they don't do that service. Normally have never had a bad experience here however this was bad.

I m very disappointed in what this store turned out to be.. Jordan the manager has no customer service skills what so ever. He was talking down on his worker Steven M, which was a new worker trying his hardest. It looked like he had very little training and had to work with what they taught him. Steven made up for Jordan s not so friendly hand and comments. I understand it was busy but Jordan lacks leadership and should be about to keep the workers all busy and motivated. I went to change my battery out and due to my memory lost I couldn t remember my number, Jordan made me feel very uncomfortable while trying to give him multiple different numbers trying to find the correct warranty. He was staring at me with a annoyed face. I also tried to call before I got there but they put me on hold 3x I rather drive a hour away and go to peep boys where the customer service is a 5 star.. good luck trying to have a better day !

I purchased a headlight and a fog light both at the price of 18.99 and the very nice young man asked if he could help me put them.in. I gratefully said yes. He attempted to do so and had some trouble getting the old one out.all.of a sudden another employee comes out and very loudly says we sell parts not fix cars. You need to get in here now and fo your job. On front of I'd say 5 other customers who all agreed he was extremely rude in his way of speaking to this young man. Needless to say I didn't get my bulbs put in. And will now shop auto palace

By far one of the BEST customer service I ve ever received. They changed my battery in the heat, and gave my dog a bowl water. Just a GREAT place with GREAT workers.

Needed a new car battery. Service / installation was fast and worker was knowledgeable and courteous. In addition, the price was right! Would definitely go back.
