We always go here for annual inspections. They dont require an appointment and will rarely turn folks away which is a breath of fresh air. The men who work the front end are always personable and pleasant. Work is quick and efficient. Highly recommended.

The Guy here we're awesome not only was my Inspection quick, professional, strait forward. It's hard to find somewhere to get your car inspected here in Middletown with all the influx of people that have moved up here. Thank you again Dave. I will be recommending him to everyone I know!

Won t use other shop, you may have to wait, but that s because they re the best around. Always busy, I d recommend waiting or making an appointment, if they have the ability to answer the phone

I came to this place because of the reviews. Very professional. Impeccable shop. Super clean. Thry most important very very professional.They were busy and told me I would have to wait 30 to 45 min, well 30 min later was my turn.After my aliment and balancing, wow what a difference. Great job. My 2 hours trip bad was incredible. Perfect balancing. Perfect aliment. Thank you so much guys.

Quick easy, they show you afterwards how outta alignment your vehicle was. Mine wasn't too bad but Tacoma's are prone to having the caster bolt freezing up

I do not recommend this place at all,this guy charges me $85 dollars ,to do wheel alignment,and this guy's no even touch my car ,bed experience, people please don't waste your time and money on this place.

Called around my local repair shops for recommendations for a front end alignment for my truck. I m VERY picky about who works on it. Auto Alignment World came up over and over! Shop is nice and clean. Great people to work with. Prices are very reasonable!

I will never return, took my truck in for an alignment after a leveling kit install. Place was so busy I left not realizing I was not given a print out. Well, after I left and got it home, I looked at the truck from a head on view. You could see both front tires were very positive in camber. My wife said it even looked like the driver front tire was not even parallel to the passenger side tire, if that makes sense. Point is, it was obviously very off .so my wife, and I take it back the following Friday, and see Dave. Dave is NOT someone who should deal with customers, rude is an understatement. I explained to him that I felt my alignment was off, and if a printout was possible after the original alignment was done. He said no, so I asked him to look out the window so he could see how positive in camber my front tires were he did then offered to place it back on the lift to get a reading. I declined, because whoever the hack tech was who put the alignment devices on each of my wheels scuffed all the black paint on my wheels. He looked confused as could be about this, but I said im not here to discuss my wheels, and at that moment Dave slammed his hand on the counter, and yelled at me asking what are you after! And what do you want your money back! This was done in my front of my wife! This guy is pathetic, and should have some respect for women! I told him I didn t want his $52 for my alignment, and that I was there ONLY to see if a printout was available after the original work was done. I took my truck to a real shop the following day, and sure enough the CAMBER AND CASTER was in the RED. The camber bolts you could tell had NEVER been touched! This is a business no one should trust!

I was referred to Alignment World by my superb local mechanic (Vin-J s, Chester). Did not disappoint. Fast, to the point, no BS, and old-school prices. Alignment shops just don t get any better.

I love this place! Best place in Orange county to get an inspection and more. Most times, there's barely any wait times. They are very affordable and actually care about how YOU are doing.

Alignment experts and trustworthy. I had them do a 4 wheel Alignment on my cooper S and they said my rear wheels were perfect so they only charged me for a two wheel Alignment. Now that's an honest establishment. Took me an hour to get there and I will only use them for any repairs to suspension. Thanks again guys.

Caster was not checked on my Ram during the alignment. It still pulls left after bringing it in. A ram shouldn't be hard to adjust caster on for an alignment shop. The guy in the office was not friendly either, rude from the beginning even just when he first walked in the room.

Brought my car here for an alignment. I had some uneven tire wear in both rear tires and wasn't sure if an alignment was needed in the rear so I expressed my concern to the mechanic. They could have easily said I needed the front and rear alignment and I wouldn't have doubted it for even a min. But the guy did the work and told me I just needed the front wheel alignment so it was just $54.95 instead of $84.95. Super fast walk-in service very honest people. Will always come back here. That's Ralph in the photo I posted. He's a great friendly guy.P.S. They don't have a full time receptionist so when you go there just go on in the waiting area and when one of the guys come in politely let me know you just arrived. They are mechanics so don't expect them to fall all over you but I promise they will take good care of you HaHa

Took my Subaru Outback here for an alignment a few times and was very satisfied. If you want your alignment done right and done quickly, go here! Will not go back. Ask for front end alignment. After a while the mechanic came into the waiting room and met me with busted bolt in hand. He said I needed to replace my rear alignment bolt. He had broke it trying to align the rear end. I did not ask for rear alignment, just front! What was he doing back there! He did apologized and said if "I" fix the bolt he would align for free. I asked, "since you broke it you should fix it". Mechanic refused saying "if I fixed every bolt I broke I would be out of business..." Think he is in the wrong business! He did not charge me(which was good), but my wife later told me her car is still out of alignment.(steering wheel still sets crooked) Anyway I would think twice before using this one. Your car may come out worst then when you brought it in. Bad business model.Service: Wheel alignment

Went for an annual inspection on the car. The staff was friendly and inspected my car super fast! Will definitely return next year. Overall a great experience and I would return for any of my cars needs and definitely for my inspection for next year! Thanks guys!

I called first to make sure they had time for a Tire Alignment. No answer, so I decided to drive there and find out what was going on. I parked, went inside, and immediately got in for a service.
