We got a flat tire on Rt 17 and AMS was the closest shop we could find. The mechanic (didn t get his name) checked the tire immediately and ended up patching it for us on the spot. The tear was BAD, but he did the best job he could and the patch got us to the local tire shop for a replacement. So grateful for this shop and their stellar employee who could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Fantastic Auto Repair Shop!! We were towed in off 84 and Tom and crew got it done same day! Great price and fast service! Highly Recommend! Thank You!!!!

We have been using Tom to repair our vehicles for many years now. He is a great mechanic. Dependable, honest and reasonable. Even during hard times, he worked out payment plan and still worked on our vehicles. Good mechanic hard to come by. You won't be disappointed you called him.

Absolutely hands down the most humble place we could ve ever found here. After calling so many different places, Tom was able to help us as soon as he was able to. Me and my boyfriend s car started sounding super weird during our road trip and Tom helped us get back on the road!!! If we re ever in town and happen to have car issues, we aren t going anywhere else but here!

I've been going to AMS. My family and I have been doing business with Tom for over a decade and he has always been very courteous and he does excellent mechanical work his employees are also very good people to deal with I always recommend him to anyone that's looking for a good service repair establishment I give him 10 stars.

I had a problem with my transmission fluid that I needed fixed the same day. I called a dozen shops who wouldn't even give me the time of day. AMS agreed to do their best to fix it the same day and offered to come in on their off day to finish it if need be. Thankfully it was not too big of a project and they fixed my car right away! I highly recommend this shop! I couldnt be more thankful for their work!

Tom has a great reputation with the locals. Has been around forever. A very honest mechanic. A rare find. I have never heard a bad word about him.Small 3 bay ( 2 in front, 1 in back) shop. The parking area is not paved. Does NYS inspections.

Tom and his crew always takes great care if us whether it is something small or big. Their turn around time is great. They are our second mechanic, specifically for big problems and they are always upfront with us.

Tom and Dave are actually auto repairs mechanics that you can trust. Fair prices and work done on time. I would recommend this shop for all tire and maintenance needs on your vehicle (car and trucks).

I am so impressed with ams, I am not from the area but saw their shop and decided to call them. I brought my car in and I was given a fair price and my car returned the next day. They were great! My car needed some general maintenance and they were friendly professional, and my car does seem like it went to the doctor and definitely got better.

We have been going here for 10 years . Tom is such a honest man . Always truthful about what s really wrong and doesnt fix things that aren t broke ! It s the longest time we have been with a mechanic.

I've had 2 rebuilt engines and 1 transmission done here. Trust them. They DO stand behind there work. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else.....and you get a free calendar !!!!
