Maynor and Lou are the dynamic duo! Incredible customer service! And a big shout out to all the guys behind the scenes! These guys welded my mufflers back on, mounted new tires and rims and balanced them for me, and the list goes on. I ve come at them with multiple problems and they ve easily come up with solutions at very reasonable costs! They ll be getting my business for years to come. Thank you gentlemen!

I have a 2012 Chrysler Town and Country that needed a thorough transmission check. This is the only place around with the equipment to do the job right. I'm so glad we were referred to them, as they were incredibly thorough with the entire vehicle. Not only that, but Louis and Maynor are just wonderful people.Louis actually drove over 30 minutes to my house to pick me up when the van was ready to go. That kind of service is above and beyond; hard to come by these days. On top of all that, their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great mechanic in Orange County, but especially to anyone needing transmission work. Great job guys!!!

Louis and the crew Worked on my 2012 Chevy Impala and did everything I needed as well as some extra benefits on the house which was very complimentary of them. Much appreciated will be coming back!!!

AAMCO in Middletown was a great experience. They address all my issues in a timely manner and delivered on all services that we discussed. There quote for the services was right on the money.. The staff were amazing and the place was very clean. Very professional and courteous staff. I would recommend them to everyone.

This place is great. They did a free diagnostic service on my car. Nissan wanted a hundred and eighty nine dollars to do the same thing. They are friendly and trust worthy and go the extra mile for their customers. I highly recommend them.

First I want to say thank you for taking such great care of us! We are new to the area meaning NY, our truck engine/oil pressure switch lights came on & we had no idea where to go. I am so glad we found AAMCO, they got us right in, got the part in asap, & had it all done by afternoon. They were funny, honest & great at explaining what was wrong. Definitely using them for all our vehicle maintenance/troubles.

Honesty and friendliness are hard words to use nowadays, but it is true about this AAMCO location, and specifically Luis and Maynor. My dad used to use same location because he trusted them, and now he has passed over a decade ago, it is true today. I didn t know they provided full automotive service. I came up from New Jersey and had my mom s oil change done here, and assessed some trams and other problems which they gave an honest approach as she could not afford fixing everything. This will be my go to place to get my moms car work done as needed, in fact will be back in 2 weeks.

Wow, I cannot recommend AAMCO repair shop in Middletown highly enough! I brought in my car with a transmission issue, and the team there completely exceeded my expectations. Not only did they diagnose the problem quickly and accurately, but they also worked efficiently to get everything fixed in no time.The customer service was exceptional - the staff were friendly, professional, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. Ask for Louis and Maynor! When I got my car back, it felt like a brand new vehicle! Smooth shifting, no more strange noises - it was like magic!I am so grateful for the great work AAMCO did on my car. Luis and his team are awesome! Maynor in the front desk is very friendly! They are knowledgeable, honest and fast. Luis fixed my car in a timely fashion and kept me in the loop throughout the process. Will definitely be going back for any future services my vehicle may need.

As a single mom stuck on the side of the road scared and upset because my truck refused to engage in gear, needless to say I was beside myself. From beginning to end, Luis Was professional, sympathetic and honest. Kept me informed of the status of the truck and explained everything very well. Even when I went into pay they could tell I was still in distress and Luis and his coworker both made me feel at ease. Would highly recommend AAMCO in Middletown. A++ customer service and quality.

I ve been coming to aamco for 17 years. 3 different cars all different makes and Aamco has resolved every issue I ve ever had. They re professional, kind, knowledgable and more importantly they re trustworthy. I don t worry about being taken advantage of. Honesty is rare! I ve referred friends and family members here and will continue to do so. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU!

Honest service - I brought my car in for a transmission purge. When it became clear that such service would not take care of my car s issue, they didn t perform the service. Instead, they advised me of what would be best for my car and how to go about it. They were very honest and didn t take advantage of the situation. They could have very easily performed the service I asked for, charged me and sent me on my way. Their honesty is greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend bringing your vehicle to them. So nice to see there are shops who really are concerned about their customers and not just the money.

This place is a joke! I took my VW there because my engine light was on and the computer codes I got at AutoZone said I had transmission solenoid failure. After AAMCO did their own diagnostic and got the same codes they advised me to scrap my car. This was after they didn't lift one finger to see if they could fix it. They said it would cost me thousands just to go inside and find out what wrong and then thousands more to fix it. I just wish they would have said that they were incompetent and sent me on my way to a mechanic that could do the job. As was,, based on their "expert" advice I left in my car thinking that was it for "Ole Blue". Because it still drove well (with the exception of being in limp mode, because of the light) I decided to try one more place before I gave up hope. I went to one of their competitors in Middletown that was highly rated (Dail Transmission & Total Car Care). They completely fixed everything that was wrong in my car for around $1400. This includedreplacing all 5 solenoids, a wiring.harness and filling transmission oil. While they were in there I they also gave me the option of replacing 2 other solenoids that were still good but old. I gave them the ok, which made my grand total $1700. Their service came with a 12 month/ 12,000 warranty on all the electrical work. So the bottom line is....it doesn't look like I'll be donating my car to "Cars for Kids" anytime soon. Thanks AAMCO for absolutely NOTHING but terrible advice! Maybe you should change the name of your company to LAMECO.

Some of the nicest, efficient people. Each time I stop in unexpectedly they take me in right away, and try accommodating me knowingly I came without an appointment. And being a girl it s easy to get advantage taken of in car business especially and yet they re always fair and honest. Thank you.

Everyone was nice. They provided me with details on what was wrong with my car before they fixed it. Also confirmed if I wanted to move forward with the repairs. I would go back and refer anyone to use them.

The most knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and honest shops that I have had the pleasure to do business with. I'm sorry that it took me so long to find them. My family will continue to use them for everything we do automotively. Do yourself a favor and go see Louis and Raynor for anything that you need. They won't let you down.
