I recently had the pleasure of visiting 86 Auto World in Middletown, NY, for a car inspection, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service provided. Being new in town, finding a reliable mechanic was a priority, and the team at 86 Auto World exceeded my expectations. Tiffany, Rob, and Chris were not only welcoming but also incredibly thorough in their inspection of my vehicle. They pointed out that my tires were severely worn out, which was causing the vibration I felt while driving on the freeway. Although initially, we explored the option of used tires, it didn't pan out. However, they didn't stop there; they promptly helped me secure a set of four new tires and had them installed efficiently. Their honesty, straightforwardness, and fairness in pricing truly stood out to me. The level of service and the trust they've built with me has assured that I will be returning for any future car needs. I've already planned to have a few more things done with them soon. If you're in need of reliable car care, I highly recommend 86 Auto World.

Came in with a leaking front tire. They fixed that, and also diagnosed and repaired broken sensors in my two rear tires. Very thorough, honest, and reasonable. Plus took me right away and repaired the tires quickly.

I have brought two vehicles here for brake service and they were prompt. Friendly and did a wonderful job. Unlike many other shops in the area, they did not try to tell me my car needed a bunch of services that it did not. The staff is very friendly and the mechanics are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop to anyone.

Had a great experience with these guys so far. Haven't had them try to oversell on work that doesn't need to be done. Love both of the front office ladies I've met. Work can take a while but it seems like they're short on mechanics.

Came here to get tires mounted after my usual place couldn t take me. They had me in and out within 10 minutes. Super fast, reliable service; and cheaper than where I usually go! Staff was also extremely pleasant and nice.Think I found my new tire spot!Service: Tires

I got an appointment sooner than expected and was treated kindly and professionally by Carlos. I felt at ease and comfortable. My car was done quick and was reassured they will be there for me if any further service is needed. I will be returning back if I ever need to. I showed up at 86 Auto World with no appointment, trying to get a tire installed. They were extremely helpful, got me right in and I was on my way. Good thing too, I had customers of my own to see. The service we received was the best we ve ever experienced. They were honest, punctual and the pricing is reasonable. They have all the modern technology at their fingertips however they also use good old fashioned mechanics know how. The service here is extraordinary and fast. I came here to get tires put on. While they were working I walked up the street for breakfast. Before my food even came out Liddy was calling me to pick up my vehicle. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. Really a great place. I'll be coming back for whatever my car needs. Oh btw...the prices are affordable and fair.

Very professional and great customer service, they fixed all my brakes lines and installed a small window that I had ordered online and needed to be put in and for a small great fee they installed it. They did a great job n the car looks brand new! Please reconsider before coming to get your car worked on here. The experience to which I had was beyond unsatisfying. In a time frame of no more than 3 months and less than a week from the very last encounter, I unfortunately had to have another mechanic redo 95% of the work I was ensured was completed accurately. The only rectification I was offered was for the mechanic to rework on my car after several previous visits. I am deeply saddened that I could not trust the abilities of these mechanics for safety of myself and others on the road.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Looking for an Excellent and & Reliable Auto Mechanic shop? I highly recommend 86 Auto in Middletown. My car had an electronic defect other mechanics couldn't detect.
