This place was great. The staff immediately greets you and makes you feel welcomed. Cathy called and ordered us a new tire and it was all fixed the next. This place moves quickly and Cathy is hilarious and knows what she s talking about. Johnny at the front desk beside her was also amazing and super nice. They make a great team. Hate that we had a tire blow out but The Tire Place made it less frustrating.I will travel to come back here if we ever need updates on the car. Thank you to all staff.

Had 4 new tires installed back in 2022. Then the past week, had a tire leak in one of my tires. Brought it to another shop to perform a patch. Then found out that they cannot do the job because the wheel lock on the tires were too tight, and the wheel lock became stripped. Decided to bring it to Tire Place because they were the ones that had installed my tires and were the ones that tightened the wheel locks too tight.Explained the situation to Cathy over the phone and she said to bring the car in, they were just moderately busy. I bring the car in immediately after the call, which was 20 mins later. Then waited for 2 hours for my car to be looked at. 5 mins of checking, they say the wheel locks are stripped/and bolts are too tight, and BMW would be the only ones able to remove them.Cathy kept saying that this happens all the time but never took any responsibility towards her shop causing the wheel locks to be put on too tight. BMW then quoted me that to remove the wheel locks, it would cost about $265!!Real disappointed in how this issue of wasted time/money came from over-tightening of wheel locks that should never have happened to begin with! Cathy seemed to just shrug it off, saying that $265 from BMW seems reasonable ..what the hell? Giving a 2 rating because my initial job with the shop (tire installation) was fine but this extra waste of time and money because of negligence is disgusting.

My first time there to get an Alignment. Did a walk in and was shocked to actually get proper customer service with a smile and respect. Just being recognised and helped with a smile and a gentle voice makes your day. I handed over the car and waited in their waiting room with my dog until the job was done. Did I mention they are dog friendly too!The alignment was done in a professional manor. The person working on my car came out and talked to me so he could answer any questions I had. Unlike other placed you have no idea what they did and what they found right or wrong in your car.You have a wonderful lady at the check out who will get you on your way quickly and get help you with any other left over concerns you might have. I drove there from the UES in Manhattan so it was little drive for me but SOOOOO worth it. I wish I took pictures of my day to share. Maybe next time. But if you're looking for a place that will do the job with honor and correctly you need to go here.

I usually do not post reviews but this is a rare exception! The Tire Place was recommended by a friend and he was 100% spot on! Every single person I was in contact with there was friendly, professional, and totally trust worthy! From the very 1st moment to the last, I knew I was in great hands and well taken care of. I will refer all my family and friends w/o hesitation. In fact, I will be back there this week for a different service!Service: Tires

Just had my car brought to these guys this week, and I can t express enough the gratitude I have for them, not only did they fix my car, but the day I left my car I was stranded, and they had one of their drivers drive me home, I seriously recommend this shop to anyone in desperate need of repair, they are honest and fairly priced! I hope Sebastian see s this review, and I hope you liked the tip!! And thanks to everyone else who worked on my car!

This Place Fluctuates its prices and their mechanic seems clueless regarding how an engine works. I m quoted on price labor and parts and then they tell me they can t figure out what s wrong and charge me the same price as if the work was done . I will never go to them ever again, other than my regular mechanic. The only reason I went there is that they honor warranties but after they are done with you it feels like you had no warranty at all. Shady practices once new ownership kicked in!Service: Exhaust

I am always skeptical about bringing my car to shops, but Cathy lifted my perception of that completely. Her family demeanor makes you feel truly at home and more importantly her business is built off of trust. She has worked on two cars of ours and I can confidently say the quality of service is impeccable. She is a gem of a person and there is no other establishment that I would rather do business with. Arrived without an appointment for a tire repair. The wait was supposed to be an hour and a half but 15 minutes later someone came out and grabbed the car. The guy came out and was honest that the repair might not hold due to the placement of the screw and asked whether I wanted to go ahead with it anyway. 10 minutes later the car rolled out with the patch. A+ will definitely be my go to tire spot now.

This woman owned business is honest, no fuss and reliable. It s comforting to know them when I need services especially as a woman who doesn t know much about cars and felt ripped off at other places a couple of times.

The Tire Place is a great place to buy your tires along with getting your car fixed at very reasonable prices. I have been going to the shop for about 10 years now they're always extremely honest and do excellent work. She has tires for all budgets. If you need your car fixed call Cathy set up an appointment for the evaluation.

I visited the place twice already to get a hole patched up and both times was taken care of with no up selling or issues. I'm glad I found this place and will return to buy my new tires here as I trust they will be honest. Thank you!

Go elsewhere Idk if Cathy is the Owner but she is Very RudeWill ruin your dayMa am I came in personally and had a bad experience.Instead of making excuses or blaming others try being a better person.Respect your customers!But instead of actually trying to make a difference you come in the comments and prove what ppl say are true.And I hope everybody take the time out to notice how weird it is!

Been coming here for a few years now and service is great. Knowledgeable and fast service. Whenever I have questions about my car, she answers them in a way I can understand. Cathy and her team are awesome!!

Updating my review to say that the customer service here has nosedived, unfriendly, rude and confrontational, would not recommend. Just look at the owner's replies on here to get a feel for how you will be treated. Wait times have increased exponentially. They will try to change your tires without doing an alignment, so make sure to speak up if you want that too.Excellent, friendly service, good waiting area. First come, first serve, so sometimes it can be a 2-3 hour wait, call ahead to see what day is best, and go early, they take good care of you!

Getting tires changed here was easy and convenient. I had a few questions/concerns going in and Cathy (owner) heard me out and did whatever she could to make me happy.After all was said and done I had an issue with something unrelated to the tires and brought it up to Cathy. She made things right and then some. She listens like a compassionate friend and actually cares that the job was done well and you're satisfied with the work done. You hear a lot of companies saying they'll treat you like family but those are just words. It is actually the case here and you can feel it. This is an impeccably run business.Service: Tires

Cathy and the team are great. Was able to get my tires changed, insurance inspection, and a tow hitch installed (after a partial attempt on my own). I'm already recommending them to friends and family. They care about their customers and I had a great experience.Service: TiresService: Tires

Great place to come for your most of your basic car needs. They did a thorough check up on my new used car, made sure everything was in great order. I was also able to complete my photo inspection for my insurance there too, saved a lot of time. The ladies that run the place, Cathy and Vinnie are very nice people. Pros in their line of work, down to earth and courteous. Today I only got to see Cathy, and she was just as helpful and kind when I first met her. The gentleman that was looking over my car was Leo, and he was great too.I feel their prices are pretty fair, definitely not overpriced. Kathy did not even charge me for the inspection, and did not charge rotation fees because I got them balanced. I will be coming back here for my future car needs because they have treated me like a longtime customer. Might as well become one.

I refer people here when I hear stories that their own mechanics are either cheating them out of work or have less than patient attitudes on explaining what work is going on with their car. Great shop! Had my tires done here and they also did balancing during installation as well.

Came here after to do tire replacement. Cathy, the owner, is very helpful. They are not trying to force me to buy the tires. The tire rotation was also fast. The workshop is clean.
