SCAM !!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR TO GET $$I went to the get my wheel alignment on 4/25/17 after my mechanic friend fix my car , i paid 76$ for the service . when they finished doing a wheel alignment on my car, they return the car with my wheel axle damaged . I went back to my mechanic friend to see what they have done to my car , and i was shocked to see that they loosened up my wheel bolt from the inside of the hood that made my wheel wobble that cause my axel to get damaged . ( i attached the photos with this review to show how they tried to scam me for a 175$ repair... BEWARE THEIR BUSINESS IS SLOW , THEY WILL MESS SOMETHING UP IN YOUR CAR TO COME BACK THEM ..MY RESULT : i went back to dispute the damage , and out of no where , they knew what the problem was and fixed it. :(

Highly highly recommended shop. Prices are very reasonable. My car alternator broke and my car only had enough battery to make it to the front of their shop. They could've charged me anything but thankfully they didn't overcharge at all. The price for alternator was $200-300 cheaper than 3 other shops I called. I highly recommend them, I will be a regular.

I've been a customer for many years and have always been very satisfied with the work done, the prices are reasonable and the work is done in a timely manner. Mike and Angelo are very professional and always explain in layman's terms exactly what's wrong and are very courteous and helpful, not like a chain. I hope they stay in business for a long time because they are unique. I've recommended friends who were also very happy with them.

Was strongly recommended this shop and wasn t disappointed. Came here to check my breaks , found out that they are fine. Michael was very professional, took my car out for a spin to make sure . Great experience, honest and kind people. Definitely will be back !

Me and my girlfriend took our car here for inspection and a few repairs. Mike, the gentleman in charge, was super nice and gave us an accurate estimate before we decided to leave our car there. Came back later in the day, and everything was done. Highly recommended.

This place is the best. Mike will take care of any issue in a timely, professional and friendly manner. He'll go over details and options with you before performing any work. Their prices are competitive and worth the value you're getting. I'm a lifer.

awesome place! they did my muffler, breaks, light bulbs, heating system on my 77 caddi Angelo & Mike are the best in town, came all the way from LI to thier shop. found parts that no one else could! A+ highly recommended

I live in Douglas ton queens ,and I drive to Brooklyn to get all my vehicle work there ,the mechanics r,very nice know all obout vehicles and courties, process r great never had a bad experience the owners r very nice know everything. Don't jack prices up.been going there for over 12yrs now.and will always. DMZ JR.

Im really disappointed with the shop especially with the owner. He is very mean and unprofessional. I came here two change two tires and do the alignment. I head an appointment. I spend here over 4 hours!!! And after the work was done the owner told me that i have to take my old tires with me!?! I drive bmw x5 with a tan interior. He just trow the tires in on my leathers without even asking me. My sits are dirty now. I do not recommend this place. They just dont care at all. Stay away!

Old -time repair place. I've gone here for inspections, oil changes, maintenance items, and a part repair. There were two examples of the guys recommending I do something that meant less $$ for them, so they are honest. And they do good work, prices are fair. Location is close to my job and there is lots to do around there if you choose to wait. I drive a 2003 Honda Civic, known as an easy car to work on. Other places I like:Harolds (in Glendale)Midas (by Metro & Eliot)Paul's Getty (in Astoria)For a major repair or something big I have always gone to Paul's. Not that I would not trust Metro though.Use common sense, if you drive an enthusiast car like a BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, etc. and you don't want to go to a dealership, you have to find an independent that has a good rep with these models.EDIT: They overtorqued two bolts on my air filter housing so I can't get them to move. It's a plastic part that needed a ratchet wrench not a power tool, very annoying.

I personally have been coming here for over 10 years. Mechanics like Mo and clermont have been here for so many years and the experience is they have is unbelievable the best. When I first came here it was with my company vechicle and they were honest in the way they work . So honestly they will get a 5 star for there-professionalism

TWO HOURS to balance two wheels... An hour waiting for apparently nothing because Mike who parked the car ended up taking a wheel off and taking it to the back, then did nothing for another 15 minutes. So much waiting for a 10 minute job!! Don't even bother or think about coming here to have balancing or an alignment done. Go to a proper wheel shop instead of this place. The owner Angelo said the machine had to keep rotating the wheel to check for balancing but I've had wheels balanced numerous times. Doesn't take this long. He blamed the wheels for giving them issues but I asked to look at the machine which clearly isn't proper since it's missing the adapters to mount the wheels. After I complained the second wheel was done in a minute or two. STAY AWAYFollow up 2/11. I went to another shop that deals with wheels/alignments/etc on Jamaica ave and got the rear balanced there with a nice digital machine. I took my friends advise and had the fronts double checked just in case and guess what.... out of balance. Not to mention........... old weights were still on the front wheels that were "balanced" here and just a few new weights were alongside them. What a joke.

excellent repair facility. All vehicle concerns were handled in a timely fashion. Technicians were very knowledgeable . Owner very friendly. Prices extremely fair. Would recommend to friends and family.

Brought my car in for wheel balancing, left with a more broken car than how I brought it in. The mechanic who got in was careless and broke off the light switch mechanism right in front of me and immediately denied having broken it. The supervisor of course took his side instead of mine. They glued it back on with epoxy and then without even looking at the wheels told me they can't balance it. Undoubtedly one of the worst experiences with a mechanic ever. Avoid this place if you care about your car even a little bit.

This was the biggest mistake of my life to go there.My steering wheel is tilted to the left now after the alignment. Old man says not his problem. Place looks like a DUMP! Garbage everywhere. Temporary dangling lights on the ceiling. Mechanics look like grease monkeys so dirty one might think they are homeless. Place is HORRIBLE.Everything started rattling next day after i left the shop.2 weeks later i found 2 bolts loose under the car.This is a patern,READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!THIS HAPPENED TO SOMEONE ELSE AS WELL.I have something else ratlling under 5e engine that i can t pinpoint yet. This as well started just after the visit tomthis HELL HOLE!
