Fairly priced and competent. Best to shop specific brands during monthly sales when you can save about 10%. Were willing and able to help with a warranty claim on a set of tires.

Our family has been loyal customers at this tire centerfor all tire needs for our vehicles for over a decade. Polite staff who know what they are doing and give honest, valuable recommendations.Costco in general is a great place for tires. Their price includes road hazard insurance. Whenever I get a leak I pump enough air to get me to this location and then let them sort it out. They have plugged countless punctures from these Long Island roads. The few times they were not able to, Costco gave partial credit towards a replacement.I'm a big fan of Michelin tires in particular. They usually carry all the good options from Michelin.

Cons:Ripped off of warranty money.They will never answer the phone.Should have saved over $150Never called to tell me my drop off was ready.Pros:Saved $90Warrantied only 50% tread life when I had more than 77% (7/9) left. Only saved $90 off a $220 tire. BS. Pics shown of worn vs new. Gauge is exactly on the lines of 7/32 used and 9/32 new.By their website definition of 2/32 not counting towards tread, even 5/7 is over 70% life left.

I m not usually one to write reviews but Matt and Dennis have officially won my heart. They were super friendly and nice & made me feel welcomed. The tires I wanted were also not in stock due to the Bridgestone brand being on sale so Matt went ahead and ordered them locally and they arrived in 2 days right before my long haul to Cali. They re good people and I would 1000% come back again!The process takes about an hour to change and put your new tires on- during this time I just went to Costco and shopped around. Quick and easy

With an appointment, we were told our car would be ready in 1.5 hrs for the tire installation but it took 3 hours with no updates provided

Such a great experience. Spoke with Alex a few times by phone, he was happy to go over everything with me and was patient with all of my questions. He was honest and went the extra step to check my tires before having me buy all 4. Exceptional customer service with a smile and honesty goes a very long way. Thank you so much for all that you do! It does not go unnoticed!

We had a warranty on our tires and one tire was losing air.I arrived at opening, 10 am. Pedro took my keys I told him I was losing air, he said the type of car I have it's probably the seal on the rims that's not covered. I said, how can you tell without actually looking. He handed me a number thing to put on my car and said he call me when it's done that I can go shopping.I honestly had an appointment at 1 pm. I asked him if it be done by noon because I had some place to be, he said it may.I went inside to "shop" didn't need anything but ended up buying. I called around 12 to check status, no answer. I waited until 12:15. Then I went inside. No one was there for another 10 minutes. Finally some other guy came out. I told him who I was and my car. He said, it was a nail it was fixed an hour ago. I asked how come no one called or answers the phone. He said, "I don't know" and shrugged his shoulders. He said I can get my keys from the bay area and left.There's no customer service skills. This should improve.And I was late to my appointment. If only someone called when the work was done.

If you re not looking for your vehicle s standard tire size, the techs will try to bully you into buying a stock tire size you don t want.I don t need a tire tech reading off a computer screen to belittle my knowledge of my modified personal vehicle, and give me a condescending attitude when I tell him how I want my car to perform.Many thanks to Rick for mediating through my customer service issue and not leaving until I had successfully ordered and paid for the tires I asked for. He seems like a very good man.Work quality is yet to be seen, as I m still waiting for a call from them to let me know my tires are in so I can make an appointment for installation.Condescending tire tech aside, I am looking forward to a 70,000 mile BFGoodrich warranty, Costco s Road Hazard Warranty, as well as Costco s Lifetime Maintenance Services that include inflation pressure checks, tire balancing, tire rotations, as well as flat repairs .

Best shop to get your tires. I wanted to to get 225 wide tires on a 7" wide set of rims. The other Costco Tire Center made a big deal about since it is not the stock setup from factory. These guys didn't even question it. Also these guys didn't tack some "Service charge" for changing TPMS while getting the tires replaced. The other Tire Center wanted to charge 4x for doing that for no reason.

Name brand tires, fair prices and decent service. The rotation and flat repair and warranty are huge. Only pain in the butt is trying to get tires rotated - it can get busy at any of the Costco's we have tried. If your going to Melville talk to junior or Alex - both good guys.Fairly large stock. Wait for a coupon and save $70-$100 on four.

After a number of interactions with Alex (the guy that kinda looks like Fat Joe) over multiple visits to the tire center, I had to leave a review. The guy is an absolute stud, very knowledgeable and a pleasure to interact with. The Costco at Westbury suggested I put Bridgestone SUV tires on my van. Alex told me right away that wouldn't give me a good ride and recommended Michelin tires for a much smoother ride. He even checked the treads on my current tires and told me how much life I have left with them. I've had great experience every time I visited this Tire Center with other the other employees as well, but this dude really sets a high standard. 5 stars.

This tire shop provides fantastic service that is quick and done right the first time. It s so satisfying to have 4 new tires installed at the correct psi and rims that are torqued properly. So many tire shops fail at this. Thank you Val!

Not happy this time at tier center. They installed 4 new tiers on 7th March next day when I am driving showing low pressure signals on my dashboard. They don't have gage to check pressure on these tires.

The people who work here are trustworthy. They worked hard to get me the best deal, and in the end they under-promised and over delivered. That's about as good as it gets.

Purchased battery. I asked were the plug for the unused side was. The employee & the manager both haven't a clue what a vent even was.
