Called twice no answer left messages no response. Purchased a car had tire monitor system light on. Was told it would reset itself it was off when I left the parking lot but a minute down the road it came back on. Called left message no response. Drove farther then it says left front tire low put air in it all lights off. Driving home and light comes on again. Tire is bad. When I first said anything he said they were just working on that. Cannot get a response. Just bad customer service! Yes I have bad credit and that s why I went there but well just had a real mechanic check out the car has an EVAP leak and they should have never put an inspection sticker on it with that kind of leak of course once again made a call and text of course not a response. Firestone says by law they need to fix it but if they ignore you how do you get it fixed I now have to get an attorney. The last time I stopped in there all Brandon did was scream at me and talked over top of me for leaving a bad review on here. Like screaming at me is going to make me leave a good review. He could use some customer service therapy! Not worthy of a one star review but cannot post with a zero star. Just sad! Took the car in yesterday 08/30/2023 for the check engine light they said they would fix it! Their fix is resetting the light they refuse to fix it so now I ve got to pay for it and according to Orleans county sheriff I then have to take them to small claims court! People please be aware if you go there that s on you! Filing a complaint with attorney general as well maybe with any luck they will never be able to do this to anybody ever again! They should be shut down!

I can't say enough good things about Rick & Ron's! Brandon has been on point when I have called him with questions or needed something for the car he sold us. I have recommended him to others in need of a vehicle. Thank you guys for being amazing and working with us. You will always be my place for vehicle shopping in the future. Keep up the amazing work !

It s to bad that this so called owner ( Brandon) can t carry on a civil conversation without calling people names, raising his voice and talking over you when you try to ask a question then hangs up on you. Called back to try to have a conversation with the secretary however that could not be done either because he kept it up in the background and kept telling her to hang up.Nice way to run a buisness.Nothing but a horrible experience since day 1 of my son purchasing a vehicle.If you go through them and have no issues your good. However if your lucky enough to purchase a lemon then it s a whole different ballgame.

Purchased a car from them few months back, car ended up having a load of issues. I told them about it and they refused to fix it under warranty unless I paid them. They claimed to drive my car to test for the issues, clamimed they found nothing, but it didn't have another mile on the odometer. They also claimed that registration fees where covered in the down payment then they told me 3 months later I'm behind on my payments because I haven't paid my registration fees.=============================================================(Edit after reply) I see they replied to my review claiming Im "driving for free" however ive only owned the car since march of this year (2022) and Ive done all my payments on time if not a bit early and I dont plan on ever making a late payment.

Great buy here, pay here dealer. Brandon is a great guy! Got a flat tire recently and couldn't find anyone who had my size in stock so I turned to him since I got my vehicle there and he gave me the tire free of charge and mounted and balanced it for only $25. If you're ever looking for tires he's got plenty that are all almost like brand new. you just have to search through the pile for your size. Totally worth it though!

I have bought every single car of mine here. I disagree with others opinions of them being scam artists.. you always take a risk buying a used vehicle, therefore it will not always come as a perfectly running vehicle. What separates Rick and Ron's from others, is that they are always willing to fix what needs to be fixed to make sure the customer is happy.. I personally have never had a big issue with any of my vehicles other than routine maintenance. They are always so helpful, and the office staff goes above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy and satisfied with their car buying experience!

I bought my van from them Feb. 2012, and have only had to have routine maintenance done since warranty ran out plus one fairly minor thing( which they gave me a break on price) and had to have something minor before it ran out and they got me right in and took care of. I still have a good relationship with these guys even though my van was paid off early. I still go to them for any work that needs done wouldn't take anyplace else. The entire staff has always been friendly and courteous to me they have 2 sales guys and working on training a third, prices are fair and they try to work with you as much as they possibly can. I can't believe anyone could say anything bad...will continue to go here and have sent others there who are completely satisfied also

Not yet but on that being said I've heard a lot of good reviews from good friends of mine and I've talked to these people in person waiting on a vehicle at the time very good people and very knowledgeable people need to leave the rude comments to themselves until the experience it but I don't see nothing wrong with you guys very knowledgeable and know what they're talking about

if there were a zero stars I'd gladly give that. So many issues it's not even funny was going to buy a new car from them trade in the old one we paid off and they said we needed 1,000 down on a 3,000 car. Nope i'll get something newer and better. everything happens for a reason. If i directed you to go there i'm sorry. they are crooked and not honest at all.~~ Jennifer Carter

Would not recommend i got a little behind due to me not having my car so not being able to go to work due to them having to fix the transmission that was slipping they supposedly fixed it but it still slipped i called and asked to make double payment this week got told it was ok from calvin just for them to repo my car following night. Due to my fiance saying something about brandon he said i cant get my car back unless i pay in full because i refused to leave the father of my children or kick him out the house and he wont let me get my car back because he wont have my fiance ride arouns in my car smh!

I bought a 2002 Nissan Altima from them, with in a couple of weeks the heater didn't work, I called them and they said bring it back and we will look at it, so I did. They said they fixed it, I drove off the lot and 7 miles down the road and the heater wasn't working again. I called them and they said for me to bring it back again and leave it so they could work on it. When I did the heater only works if you are accelerating, all they did was flush it out, oh and this is after I replaced the radiator that was leaking that they didn't see. Plus I bought the thermostats. Then it is using oil and antifreeze and I don't know why, so I have my brother in law look at it and he tells me it needs a new valve cover seal so I get one and when he goes to change it we change the spark plugs and notice that one of the coils has been changed. The spark plugs have white residue on them from oil leaking in them. He tells me this has been going on since I bought the car and the motor is junk and either I need to get a new motor or have it rebuilt and rick and ron's knew this because that is why they changed the one coil in the first place. Thanks for selling me a POS for my daughter to drive. Never will I refer you and you best believe I will tell everyone how you scam people and I know a lot of people. Oh and when they say they will call you back they DON"T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I went to Rick and Ron's this past Saturday afternoon.We test drove vehicles, found what we wanted, let them know how much we had down,No problem we were told.We were told to return Monday w/paperwork to pick up vehicle.We were also given paperwork,including the VIN # to put the vehicle on our insurance policy,which we did. We get there to pick up the vehicle and are told,we had to have another $500 down.Yes,thats right we had made a DEAL with this place and then they tried to get more money.Salesman,said he called my house to let me know b4 we drove down there, but I was home all day,and my Verizon print-out of calls made to my home,says otherwise. They are LIARS, and THIEVES as far as I am concerned!!!! I will make sure to let everyone i know,to NOT buy from these CROOKS!!!!!!!!

Bought a car from them in April. They had to fix the powering steering twice within the first week. It's now not only leaking worse, but there's so many things wrong with the car it's going to cost half of what we paid to fix them.
