We had a seamless experience with Orleans Ford! Very responsive and thorough to any questions we had about our trade and the vehicle we purchased. We worked with Sam & Tom and they were professional and easy to work with. We drove a few hours to come get the new car, and they had the vehicle & paperwork ready upon arrival. We were in and out in less than two hours!! We would absolutely buy another vehicle from this dealership!

Great trucks at a great price always find what I need at Orleans ford and from sales to service its always an easy experience. I've been buying work trucks for close to 20 years from Orleans Ford they always have a great selection of trucks and if i ever have service issues my trucks are in and out problem solved keeps my business moving. And don't forget they have plenty of new cars if that's what your looking for. Orleans ford has my business and I'll keep going back.

I inquired about a new 2023 vehicle that they've still got sitting on their lot today (74 days into 2024). Naturally I asked what they could do on price. The sales guy, who I won't publicly call out by name here, responded that these particular vehicles are "flying out of our inventory at sticker pricing". I own a fleet of more than 30 vehicles and typically buy 5-6 new vehicles per year so I'd say I'm relatively familiar with the process of buying vehicles.I'm not normally one to leave reviews BUT given the salesman's complete lack of maturity when he followed up, here I am...He emailed me asking if I'm still interested and I politely thanked him and let him know that no I'm not and I'm just going to stick with the make/model that I last bought from West Herr a couple months ago for the sake of consistency of my fleet and upfitting. I did thank him and said that it sounds like they'll have no problem selling it quickly. He decided to respond by telling me he'll make sure to "send a pic for you when I sell it". I'm glad that by me not buying a vehicle from you, it seems to have become motivation for you to do your job but don't insult me with arrogance and stupidity. I'll stick with buying my 5-6 new vehicles a year from the team at West Herr, who have always taken good care of me and treat me with respect, even when I occasionally don't purchase a vehicle that I inquire about.

My experience at this dealership has been nothing but exceptional.From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly and knowledgeable staff.Devon at Orleans Ford was very professional and not pushy at all, which made my car buying experience stress-free and enjoyable.He took the time to understand my needs and preferences and worked with me to find the perfect car that fit my budget and lifestyle. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied with my decision. He stuck with me even after I signed all the paperwork. Going out of his way and coming outside to let me know how happy he was for me .Tom in finance was equally impressive, and he went above and beyond to help me secure a great financing deal that fit my budget. He was transparent about all the fees and charges, and made sure that I understood everything before signing the papers. To add the cherry on top, he happened to overhear my daughter jokingly mention that she wanted to surprise me with a big bow for my new car. To my pleasant surprise, when I arrived to pick up my vehicle, he had gone out of his way to make sure that a big bow was placed on the car. It was a thoughtful gesture that exceeded my expectations and made the experience even more special. It's little touches like these that make a huge difference in the overall customer experience.

We just purchased our new truck from Orleans Ford. We had a wonderful experience! The purchase went very smooth. Paper work was prepared and ready for when we picked it up so signing only took a few minutes. Truck was beautiful when we picked it up. Very happy with our purchase at Orleans Ford! After 20 years and well into 60 plus vehicles I can't complain treated great and prices are always decent and the choices of vehicles from mustangs to f-350 can't go wrong. Always have plenty of vehicles to choose from new or used. I'll keep coming back.

Worked with Devon. I knew what I wanted and we cut right through the bologna and got down to brass tacks. They are one of the few dealerships that do the reacquired vehicles from Ford. (AKA- Lemon Law buy backs). If you know what you want and know the program and how it works you re able to get a pretty good deal with the vehicle you want. My vehicle had a simple issue of a persistent water leak that Ford ended up fixing and sending back to the lot. I have another year/12k miles to ensure that issue doesn t return, so I m not at all worried about it. Devon is a younger guy and easy to deal with. I liked him a ton and have worked with him before, but didn t find the right vehicle last time. Worth a drive to go check out what they have.

Always taken care of here. The service writer Scott is awesome. I live just a few miles from another Ford dealership but refuse to give them my business. I happily take my vehicle 35 miles to Orleans Ford instead!

Recently Orleans serviced my F150 for two relatively minor issues with 120v power plug on dashboard and the tailgate latch. Neither fix required part replacement and likely took 15 mins or less each to resolve. Yet they insisted on charging an hour of labor for each item, $338.00 plus tax. Ouch! Are the days gone when a mechanic sprays some lube on a latch and charges only for the actual time spent? Or simply states, Latch was just sticky, Have a nice day! Thanks for buying your truck from us.

I was in the market for a large SUV, now that I'm up to 4 little people plus 1 in college... and also like to do home projects myself - needing seating and utility. And since I'm not willing to spend as much as my first home to buy a new large 2023/2024 SUV, I was searching for a 'lightly used', 3-5 year old SUV. I narrowed down my search to the Ford Expedition - targeting less than $45K. Over a few weeks of searching across CarMax, Cargurus, Autotrader, etc. I stumbled across a 2020 Ford Expedition XLT Sport (400hp, 8 seating), 25k miles, $45.9K at Orleans Ford on a Sunday afternoon. I called first thing Monday morning and was quickly connected to Jayden. Coming from East side of Rochester my schedule was difficult to find the timing to make the 1hr+ drive. I was able to move my work schedule around and Jayden accommodated me for a visit that same afternoon. When I arrived they had just detailed the vehicle... but couldn't find the keys! At first, my mind said - 'yeah this is a sign to move on'. But Jayden and team quickly responded with a solution. They found a similar Expedition and had me test drive it. Also took me to the Expedition that I was interested in at the overflow lot, and since the doors were unlocked I was able to look it over. John the Sales Manager met us back in the office and said that they would make it up to me. He proposed that they could drive the vehicle to me on Wednesday after the thorough inspection on Tuesday. And if I didn't like how it drove they would take it back, no strings attached. They also were willing to take $1K off, which fell in line with Kelly BB. I worked through the paperwork with Tom in Finance and agreed that I would make my final decision at my home on Wednesday evening. And on Wednesday evening Jayden hand delivered the Expedition at my home, over an hour away. The Expedition drove fantastic, with new brakes post thorough inspection and detailing. My wife and kids took it for a spin, and after an hour of study, I signed the paperwork and completed the transaction. It's been a couple weeks and this Expedition drives fantastic. Jayden has been in contact with me already a couple times ensuring my peace of mind. I never expected the quality of customer service from a dealer, let alone an hour away from home in Medina. 5 star rating for Jayden, John and Team at Orleans Ford!

What a great group of people here at Orleans Ford. Gavin my sales guy really did a helluva job with from the first time we spoke to handing me the keys to my new suv. And Tom my finance specialist went way beyond to get this deal done. I know it's their job and all but they could of quit on this deal and would still of received this review but he made it work for me and I'm grateful for the extra effort. Thanks again guys

This is my first experience in car buying though I drove for years. They assisted me with transportation needs while I went through the purchasing process, took all the time necessary to answer questions, offering different options(ins. plans) that may help in keeping the car in the best shape as possible in the future. I would recommend Orleans Ford to anyone. They are friendly folks who smiled a lot and listened. I bought American and got a good deal. I will go back there again. Try them for yourself. I think you will be happy with their service.

Went into a Lemon purchase very timid, and uneducated on the matter. Left with a beautiful Expedition Max Platinum feeling very safe and secure! Boy, where do I begin with the insurmountable amount of failure at every turn this experience was for me.I found a rather rare packaged truck on Saturday and immediately reached out to the dealership at 3:30 to inquire.A salesman (I say that with an high sense of doubt, because there was not one attempt to sell me *anything* at any point in our brief history together) named Mike informed me that this truck was available. I live about 1.5hr away, and asked if I could come look at it immediately. There wasn t much interest in that from their end and I honestly understood that, given they would technically be closed when I arrived. I agreed to meet him on Tuesday at 10am and would follow up on his request to return a trade-in information form along with photos. The goal was to have a trade in value the next business day (Monday). Sunday passes, Monday rolls around with no follow up. I messaged them at 9am, and 3pm that day waiting for my appraisal hoping to find it acceptable and eager to proceed with purchasing a 74 thousand dollar vehicle from a dealership who couldn t seem to care any less about pursuing this opportunity for them to earn a customer, possible in house finance, warranties etc.It s a half hour before close. I call and essentially realize I m selling myself this vehicle, as I said my salesman in charge of guiding this transaction had a zero percent interest in following up with staff or finding out how to expedite this. I spoke to John, the Sales manager. He spit out a trade-in amount as if he s been sitting on it for hours and this should be common knowledge to me. We were close in what they wanted to offer/what I wanted to accept. I asked to continue with my appointment for the following day at 10 and tried to ignore that issueThen, I was texted literally a minute before close from their communal text line (which isn t monitored past close) and told someone came in and bought it along with I apologies . I was floored. I ve never had something sold out from underneath me, and found it to be incredibly bad business. The sting was worse once I realized there was not an ounce of effort given from any one person at this dealership to communicate info, orchestrate a sale, or even have the common courtesy to treat me like my business mattered. I refused to accept a text like that as a way to be told this was a no-go. I explained that I would be there in the morning to discuss the matter.In the morning I showed up and was met by the man playing a salesman (Mike) and told one thing after another as to what happened, how, when, and a softball our apologies . I asked to speak to John (the manager I spoke to the night before) and I was what felt like reluctantly allowed to come into this dealership and treated as a burden practically. I was offered a seat and told he should be in soon. Here s the restroom if you need it . I waited for 15 minutes as Mike disappeared. I decided to approach the counter asking for a sales manager. Enter: Kevin. Kevin looked confused as to why I m there, looked at the system and said yeah I guess this was spoken for last night. I think we dropped the ball. I m sorry . The buck could not have been passed enough at this point, and what I found to be the most confusing was the inability or even desire to redirect this into a possible positive experience. Not once was someone offering to explore a truck of similar stature on the lot (there were a few) or offering to see what they could do to earn a sale/make up for the mistake. The entire time their demeanor and lack of desire to engage/ rectify or understand the dilemma their failed process caused made me honestly feel like I was in the wrong for being there trying to spend money. I left without a deal, left while someone who essentially had financing approved was able to have staff keep that truck on the lot for them when I had been doing more of the pursuit and sales of my own potential deal than anyone who s literally paid to do that job. Never felt smaller and less important as a customer than during this.

Had my car there for the same problem twice. They did not fix it. I ended up going to Howell Motors and got it fixed in a few hours. I will never go to Orleans Ford again even with the free oil changes its not worth it. We have bought four vehicles here. They have lost our business.
