Our sales person Derek was very helpful with looking at all of the financing options available. We were able to discuss each option and pick the one that best suited our financial situation. Our experience was very good and would recommend Hartway Motors to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Appointment was scheduled at 10:00 a.m.I pulled up informed the service representative I was there and they took me right in for my service. Past experience with other dealerships I found myself waiting around to have my service done while my vehicle sat in the parking lot way past the scheduled appointment time - Hartway service went right to work.Also your sales representative Emily was very help with questions my Dad and I had while we sat in the waiting area. Thanks for a great experience it s nice for once being looked at as a customer and not just a number on the days schedule.

So far transaction on a used vehicle has been smooth ! Salesman Kipp Lonnen has went above and beyond to meet my needs and addressed things I pointed out I d like done before taking delivery. Nicole in finance is knowledgeable and easy to work with. Hope to take delivery later this week!

I saw a used car on their site that I was interested in. I live out of state and I worked with Derek, one of their sales team members.He did a great job, giving me detailed information about the car and getting everything ready so that when I arrived from my out-of-state trip, the paperwork and everything was ready for me to move through and purchase the car. He did a great job with questions, before, during and after the sale and I really appreciate him going extra mile!

Fantastic experience. Derek listened to my needs in a pickup truck, he made some recommendations I hadn't thought of and let me test drive multiple vehicles so I could make a well informed decision. NO high pressure tactics, unlike most of the mega dealerships in our area. Such a wonderful buying experience. I've purchased over 40 cars over the years and I have to say this was probably one of the most pleasant purchase experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend this place, and will definitely be returning for another vehicle in the future.

Derek and Nicole have been incredible to deal with, so far I've done everything over the phone. A great deal on my trade in, Derek checked for all available rebates on the new truck! I can't wait to get down there in a couple days to make the switch. Everything has been exactly what Derek has said thus far even down to a good interest rate. Highly recommend!!

I found our new car on carfax knowing it was 2 hours from use and it was everything we wanted after talking with the salesman I sent some pic of our truck and we made a deal he never once asked for a deposit and and never pushed for us to drive out there when it came time to picked the vehicle up I said I like to make only one trip and or meet half way our salesman Kip still has not takin a dime from use said he will have it delivered the car got here and I finally got to test drive it and we signed the paperwork and i was very pleased with the deal and not having to drive 4 hours to get our car .. they will be the first place I call for the next car

Emily the sales associate was very friendly sold us on a nice vehicle. Got us a great price . My experience with this dealer was great at first until my truck broke down 4 days after purchase. I ended up needing major work which was covered under warranty at which my vehicle was in the shop for one month. When I received my vehicle back I still had issues with the rotors and the dealer stated because they supposedly already replaced the rotors they were not going to replace them again even though it states it s covered in my warranty from the dealer. Wouldn t buy another vehicle from them.

I ordered my new truck the first week of October with Kip Lonnen. He kept me updated on the build schedule, it was built the week of November 13th. It arrived in Medina NY, the first week of December. Kip made sure that all dealer accessories were there and promptly had them installed. He then set me up with an appointment with finance ( Nicole) for all the paperwork, she did a great job explaining everything. After that Kip spent about an hour going through all the goodies on the truck. He also said if I needed any assistance to not hesitate to call him.Thanks to everyone at Hartway Motors, everyone is very friendly and helpful.

I saw the vehicle I wanted on their website. I went in without an appointment; they were kind of busy but got me in the vehicle pretty quickly regardless. Then we started the process of getting the vehicle when I got back. Very nice people.

Less than a month ago my car was stolen, recovered and was deemed totaled by the adjuster. I live in Rochester with access to several dealerships but not much available inventory. I grew up in Medina and my parents have always dealt with Hartway's salesman Kip Lonnen. I first checked on line and was interested in 2023 Chevy Trailblazer that had all the amenities that I wanted. I was concern that the vehicle might be sold before I would receive the insurance money for a down payment. My mom told me to call Kip explain which car I was interested in and explain my situation. Kip understood that it might take a week or two before I received the money. He wrote up a proposal and I filled out an finance application online. He said he would hold the car for me. Our first conversation was on Monday and by Friday the same week the money was available. He met with me that morning and asked me how soon did I want delivery. I asked if it was possible to get it the next day. He and the team had my car ready for pick up the next day. There is something to be said about a car dealership in a small town - it was the BEST car purchasing experience in my life. Kip Lonnen truly made the experience of purchasing a car stress free which was awesome. After experiencing my car being stolen and dealing with the police, the insurace company, the impound and the auto body shop - buying the car was the easiest process out of the ordeal. Thank you Kip and other staff members that were able to get my car ready in such a short time frame. You are my number one car salesman on my list and when I need a car in the future I will be back.
