After a bad appointment at another dealer, I decided to go to Chevy 112. I met with Tony and gave him the stock number of the vehicle that I was interested in getting. He was the best. He listened to me and made me feel very comfortable and confident in my decision to go there. I highly recommend Chevy 112. They were very nice and helpful. I m enjoying my new vehicle so much, even though I m still getting used to the many new options it has.

This is my first experience at this dealership. A friend of mine recommended them for the service on my corvette. Everything went very well. Right from the beginning working with Julie. Communication was great with her. The check-in procedure was good and the people at the front desk with great also. Cody did a great job on the work that had to be done. I will be coming back for future service.

Anthony Pavone did a wonderful job setting up the sale, securing a deal and getting me going as soon as possible. I walked in just to get some rough numbers and before I knew it I was driving away in a brand new truck same day! I couldn't be happier with the whole experience start to finish. I never felt pressured into anything, he was always checking to see if I needed anything and even gave me a coupon for some complimentary pizza next door. Fantastic dealership experience and special thanks to Anthony for his professionalism, honesty and knowledge.

Called up looking to lease a truck and dealt with salesmen Billy Sardone. He was able to find a truck with everything i was looking for and got the process rolling. Billy was the most professional salesmen i have ever dealt with. Upon arrival to the dealership all the paperwork was done and waiting for me, after signing everything i was brought over to the finance office to see Adam Diaz. Once again Adam was professional and had everything done, explain everything in detail, and out of his office within 15 mins. I was at the dealership for less then 2 hours from start to finish. This was the fastest experience i have ever had with a dealership. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase. Thank you for such a great experience!JosephCentereach

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a 2024 Chevy traverse SUV from this dealership, and I cannot speak highly enough of the outstanding service provided by my salesperson, Tricia, and the finance manager, Kenny. After shopping around Long Island for a new lease and finding no luck and poor customer service, I was happy to go to 112. Immediately I was greeted by a sales representative who really listened to what I wanted and didn't try to put me in a higher trim vehicle for more money. Bill was amazing and walked my husband and I through the process, found a car that fit every single one of my needs and for a great price. Their manager Bob was also great and stuck to his promises. I recommend this dealership to anyone and we will be back when my husband's truck is up next year!

Great experience from start to finish. Tricia was amazing to work with. She was honest and there were no surprises when it came to the financial department. We went in with 3 different models and she worked numbers and provided each model to test drive. She was very knowledgeable with all information. Bob the sales Manager was another outstanding person that we were lucky enough to deal with. Bob and Tricia were both honest and we felt very comfortable. They were not pushy and went out of their way to give us the best options and pricing. Extremely fair and down to earth. Another great person to deal with was the financial person, he made offers that were amazing, extra warranties for the car that were definitely enticing and hard to pass up, but I could not afford the extra money in the payment each month. He was very understanding and not pushy or made me feel uncomfortable with declining. I have been with two other dealerships in the past 10 years (not Chevy) and had disappointing experiences with them. They were not honest and very misleading. I am so happy that I went with Chevy 112 and they have made a customer for life. Will 100% go there for Tricia and here team. Thank you and love my Equinox!!!

We brought a 2018 Mazda 3 Touring from Chevrolet 112. Our salesman was Anthony Pavone. He was outstanding and really made sure we knew what we were getting. He explained every question we had and was very patient. He is also a jokester which made the process a lot less boring. While doing all the paperwork, he made sure we were comfortable and happy with what we were buying. The car is great and I really recommend going to him if you're looking for a car. I leased a new 2023 Chevrolet Silverado LT Z-71 recently and they went above and beyond to accommodate all of our needs. My salesman was Billy S. He was very honest and didn t push me into anything, he gave me very good advice understanding my situation. His Manager Bob G. gave us an outstanding deal that we couldn t refuse. My experience is always perfect. From the person who checked me in to the person who did my oil change and they even re set my oil change options which was helpful because I didn't know how to do it so Thanks for that I've been a customer of Chevy 112 for 10 years I will not ever deal with anyone else I get a New Car every 3 years and I will only come to you because of my amazing sales person Matt Pedder and the after care i receive after I pick up my car I have sent many people to your dealership because I trust you to take care of me and my friends and family

I bought a car in 2021 at the time It had 4600 miles on it. I asked Tom harden if he would agree to 40,000 miles warranty That was agreed upon when I paid for the car. He told me that the car would be covered to the 40,000 to cover for the 4,600 miles I bought the car. So I call up to bring my car in and Iam told we don t see that in the computer. Wow the sale man was great. But when your told something and you need to have the car looked at for a heater problem with 37,000 miles on it I guess they don t keep there word at Chevy 112.

I had an amazing experience at Chevy 112. The customer service that I received from Anthony was outstanding. He was so helpful and kind, I couldn t imagine going anywhere else to purchase my vehicle. He was very patient and accommodating during the whole process. I never felt pressured, or taken advantage of. The 2023 Chevy Traverse is exactly what I was looking for. I ve purchased many cars over the years, and Anthony is by far the easiest and most knowledgeable person to work with. I felt like he had my best interest in mind. I will continue to use Anthony for all my future car buying needs.

If you are looking for a new car, make sure you go to Chevrolet 112 and go to Anthony Pavone! Buying a car can be stressful but Anthony and his managers Ken Koos and Paul Toner made it seamless. Their pricing was very fair compared to other dealers who we visited. Anthony was one of the most personable and genuine sales people I have ever met. I absolutely love my brand new Traverse and couldn t have done it without him! Will be happy to send anyone we know to him for years to come!! We had such a good experience we got 2 cars!

Great experience! My Salesman, Bill Gonnelly was great. Very knowledgeable, monitored my order, communicated status updates on my order, and quickly responded back to me on any questions or changes I made to the order. The overall experience was great and I would highly recommend Chevrolet 112 to anyone looking for a great dealership and professional staff and pleasurable process. He got us a great price that beat out competitor prices and got us in and out in less than an hour. Great experience. I will definitely be back! Went to lots of dealers to buy a vehicle a truck. Most of them were OK. One was horrible but this dealership Chevy 112 is outstanding. They were polite. They were very informative. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable, and to explain everything in detail to me. No pressure I was very happy with them and I did buy the truck and I love it. Tony, Bob, Alyssa, and Irving. we re all great. It was such a pleasure to buy a vehicle from them. I am so happy I think you will be too.thanks Guys and girl it really was a pleasure

My vehicle had a retrofitted heated steering wheel that was put out as a recall due to COVID. I called and spoke with Julie in Oct. 2023 and was told Chevy was on strike but she would order the part and call me when it came in. I called back almost every month up until February 2024 in order to check on the status, and was told to stop calling. Julie and the parts department both told me they would call me when it came in. I finally gave up, and called the Chevy dealership in Smithtown. They had me in within three days and the part was installed.

I worked with Anthony Pavone through a recommendation. Ken Koos I got alot to say for sure. First off I wasnt sure what i wanted when i came looking for my first truck. Anthony Pavone sat down with me and my dad and we worked together for 4hours. Just in that time I knew he cared about his customer service and making his customer feel welcomed and comfortable for sure! In 4 hours i drove two Chevy Silverado 1500s all with different packages. Anthony Pavone can tell what I needed. In the end of that experience i bought a new truck. It was the perfect choice and it suits me and my style and even needs for now and into the future as well. Ken Koos I want to say I had a great experience with Anthony Pavone and I want to thank Anthony for setting me up with a great truck and helping me get what i wanted and to not just settle, you didn t give up and wanted to make sure it was the right vehicle and it really was the perfect choice! From the beginning, with a fair price on my trade with Todd...Then my sales manager Bob G. My salesperson Kevin. My Service writer Angela and OF COARSE my Corvette mechanic Micheal.. From the top down they are always wonderful smiling and VERY approachable! I would not trust anyone else working on my new C8 Z06 or my new Blazer...All reasons why I choose Chevy 112 to purchase and service my vehicles!

Having visited several Dealerships in searching for a new vehicle, we stopped at Chevrolet 112.We were approached by Michael Fariello and proceeded to his desk. He asked the right questions and we told him what we were interested in.He immediately went online and came up with several vehicles that were in stock. We went outside on the property and looked at 3 or 4 cars, all Blazer R/S. We settled on one.He suggested that my wife test drive the vehicle.After the drive he explained in detail all the features of the Blazer. We spent a good 15 to 20 minutes going over everything. He was professional, knowledgeable and polite.I mentioned that over 20 years ago we worked with a Bob Galletta at Ramp Chevrolet.He said he was the Sales Manager. I mentioned that Bob had leased and sold to my family and relatives 6 Corvettes in the early 2000's.After we made our decision to purchase the Blazer, Michael brought Bob over and we had a nice conversation about the past. He remembered our two sons and all the family purchases. It was an excellent experience for us. Chevy 112 has definitely lived up to all the marketing and good reputation. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to work with. Michael also followed up with a phone call a few days later. Thank you Chevy 112.
