After dealing with Caliber for 3 months for a repair on my vehicle, I cannot recommended them any less. For a TLDR; This place use to be excellent, but after the owner became hands off the repairs have gotten shotty. Not only that, they will not help you with a rental, lie to you about the status of your repair, repayment via insurance, as well as damaging your vehicle. GO ANYWHERE ELSE. See below for more infoI had purchased my vehicle at the end of 10/25/23, and had the misfortune of being in an accident 1/4/24. I was able to get a police report and drive my vehicle home and started a claim with Geico that night. Geico got me a drop off a couple days later on 1/9/24 and informed me that Caliber would call me on a rental.I never received a call for the rental. I had to call Geico and connect with Enterprise to make sure one was ready for me.Dropping the vehicle off I met with Steve and pointed out all the damaged parts, including a seat belt clip that was damaged on the inside due to the cargo cover snapping it off during the impact. He informed me I would be getting weekly updated via text from there automated system.On 1/31 I got the call that my car was ready for pick up, and I went around 5pm to get it. When I got there I had to wait about a half hour before Steve could help me. He informed me that he was dealing with another customer car was repaired improperly and had to be redone. When he showed me my vehicle I pointed out that the inside clip was still broke. He told me he completely forgot about it. He said he would order the part for me but that I was able to take my car today and bring it back once the part was in. I agreed and waited till the next day to inspect the work when it was daylight.The next day I opened the rear door and noticed a gash in the newly painted panel that was down to the metal. The fuel door had so much paint over spray that it was rough to the touch. The roof rail on my car was covered in a sticky glue residue. Not only that, there was a huge dent and scratches on the roof that went down to the liftgate, and on the liftgate there was a gash that you can tell someone tried to fill in with paint. I called Steve and let him know all of this, and brought the car back the following day.When I brought my car back I asked if the clip had an ETA and he said again he forgot about it. I was then carless for a week.When I picked it up again the roof still had glue on it and wasn't fixed, was told the clip was on back order that he would call to let me know when he could do both clip and roof. Said that the reason for the scratches were the repair guys dropped the door during installation and were to lazy to repaint the damage.A month later I called and found out the clip was never even ordered, they alleged they were waiting to hear back from Geico so I then called Geico. Geico told me they had never heard anything about an additional request of repair. Had to escalate this to the regional manager who said he would take care of it.They were having issues findings the clip so I had to actually look up the part number on my own and email it to them. Several weeks later they finally had it. Also was told they had the part for a while and were waiting on me to call to schedule. I literally have the message from them saying they would call me once the part was in. Told me it would be a day repair but turned into 3 days again carless.Never had I had to bring a car back 3 times for repairs after an accident. Have a feeling a lot of these reviews were when they were still Medford Collision as this new team in no way is professional or easy to deal with.

By far the best service I ve ever had. From the very first call till the day I picked up my vehicle , I had not a worry or concern that my truck was in good hands. They kept me updated everyday on progress. The truck came out in show room condition. If you ever get into an accident I hope your insurance company has Caliber Collision as one of their certified repair shops. If you have a choice. Pick CALIBER.

Was in my first accident a couple weeks ago, learning as I went the whole ordeal was definitely new and unknown to me. Went here because I saw the good reviews and they did not disappoint. Steve kept me updated the whole time and was very clear and concise about explaining the work needed to be done and what was going to be done to my car. Also told me what I had to do. They gave me constant updates along the way and it was finished and repaired before the expected time. Car came out looking better then before the accident ! Interior was actually cleaner than how I had it. The lady working at the front desk was very nice and they even have an enterprise onsite. 10/10 totally exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Caliber collision did a wonderful repair job on my car this month. Had an absolute pleasant experience and my car was finished earlier than promised. Saul did a great job going the damage review process and explaining in detail the next steps. Emily was professional and friendly each time I came in. I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a high quality repair shop!

I was sent to this shop by Geico after an incident had occurred with my vehicle Saul and the rest of the team were very helpful with making sure my car was repaired on time and keeping me in the loop on everything that was being done. I really enjoyed the text message feature; every few days, the shop would send a text with a cost breakdown estimate and a quick message letting me know they were on track. I'd definitely recommend this shop to anyone who needs repair, and I'd return again if I needed work done on my own vehicle!

Super friendly, very professional and flexible! Kept me informed every step of the way, worked with my schedule to get the car in and out, very helpful in setting up the rental and was able to drop off on site. Definitely recommend 100%!!

Getting into a car accident is completely an inconvenience but having Caliber Collision to rely on made the process so easy. From the rental car pick up and drop off ease right inside the shop to the personality of Steve and Emma behind the front desk. It was a pleasure. I would highly recommend this shop & will use them again.

Edit: Had some issues with scratches in the paint related to the washing of the car after the work was performed - but Steve was helpful in taking the car back and getting it sent out to be fixed up. Taking off 1 star due to the inconvenience of having to drop off multiple times

Great experiance. Despite delays on parts saul and the team at caliber really left me feeling like every effort was being made to get my car repaired as soon as possible. Showed respect for me and my vehicle and how valuable it is to me. Im very meticulous and keep my car detailed and they returned it to me looking brand new. I would use again and recommend.

Happy customer over here! Steve was awesome, my car was in the shop for 2 months due to insurance delays but Steve kept me up to date on the repair process as soon as the repairs were approved. I picked up my car today and they did an awesome job! Steve went above and beyond his service as he offered to picked me up when i was having difficulties finding a ride to get there. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. You can tell they really care. Everything was thoroughly explain to me. Any questions I had, I felt comfortable calling and was answered. I was informed through text every other day the process coming along with my car, best part was my car was ready before the estimated pickup date. And the job done on my car was unbelievable! Every little detail, just amazing! Also, Best customer service ever! I could not have asked for a better place to take my car. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warming smile. I was so nervous thinking my car would be totalled. Steven sat me down and went over everything with me. He made sure I had a full understanding of everything before I left. I felt as if I was treated more like family than just another client.

Tried to get an estimate to get my car repaired and I was told they don't do estimates they only do drop off repairs. I guess I'm back to the drawing board for getting an estimate to get my car repaired. I will never use this business just on the fact that they refused to give me a repair estimate.

The service I received at Caliber was excellent. I was kept up to date on everything from part ETAs to what stage of the repair we were in. Saul went above and beyond, and I greatly appreciated his efforts as well as the rest of the team. Being in an accident is unfortunate and the team did their best to make the process painless. I accidentally rear ended fire hydrant and Steve @ CALIBER collision provided all the up to date repair status. 2nd time here for services and I'm happy with overall services. Thank you Steve for everything. They treat your car like if it was one of their own. I HIGHLY recommend this shop, you will not regret it.
