HO. LY. S**T.Was recommended this place by the car wash on horse block by the Dunkin Donuts. And I regret nothing.Extremely good work. And exceeded all expectations and (obviously if u know car models you d b able to tell what year it is) but this is my 2004 BMW 530i. And u would think this car is a lot newer than it is. I wish I had a before picture to add so you can see the overwhelming difference from before and after. I wasn t expecting it even with the full detail package. But they even did the engine bay. I had water damage on the inside and they cleaned everything top to bottom. And I can t possibly think of any reason u should go anywhere else. For $220 (sedan price for full detail) the results were amazing and exceeding the cost of what you pay for.They ll have my business again when the time comes. And I ll b confidently recommending them to anyone when they want an amazing top to bottom. Inside and out job for a price that just can t b beaten in my opinion. If u live in the area and don t want to travel a long distance, u don t need to. Just go here and U will get way more in return for what ur paying.In the end, very nice, passionate owner and workers that were still touching the car up as I was on the way and pulling in to make sure every little thing was taken care of.Services: Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Exhaust tip polishing, Clay bar treatment, Headlight polishing, Seat shampooing, Engine detailing, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Window tinting, Interior scenting, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing, Paint repair

This place was fantastic. Tried to do something nice for a friend of mine and have their car detailed. It was really bad inside and out. Most places turn me down it was so bad. This place knew we were trying to help someone, and stayed late just to detail one of the worst cars they had ever seen. And I have to say I was shocked how well it came out. Highly recommended

I I have used this business before, and didn t have any issues. I had just used them for an interior detail this time.I had picked up my car the following morning, and it was parked so close to a car that my wife had to literally squeeze in. At that time I noticed a very nasty ding right where the door of the car next to me, which happened to be right where the door of the car next to me would of hit it.When I brought this to the owners attention, he proceeded to tell me that he didn t do this. There are multiple employees at this location, and just to take no responsibility at all was very unprofessional.He then proceeded to tell my wife that it was probably done at a parking lot while in her possession.Very unprofessional to say the least. I would neverUse this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone.

I had my car detailed here in July 2020 and was very pleased with the results. When I dropped off the car I had a list of things I wanted them to address. The manager was very attentive and promised me that all those things would be taken care of. When I picked up my car, it looked fantastic! The manager went over the list and sure enough all my concerns had been addressed. The car looked like new! To add to my satisfaction, a couple of months later I opened the hood and to my delight I discovered that they had even cleaned the engine compartment. Even under the hood, the car looked like new. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

I had a crazy random weird accident happen at the gas station where gas sprayed all over the inside and outside of my car and the inside of my car is fabric. No one else was willing to help me and these guys gave it there all and I appreciate them more than they know!!! They even offered me to bring it back over the weekend to air out at no cost!!! These guys care and don t take advantage. I will always recommend these guys to anyone who asks for a detail thank you again !!!Service: Auto detailing

I payed $130 for an exterior detail on my Dodge Challenger which is a reasonable price. It wasn t a terrible job but I was expecting a lot more. My car comes out better when I do the detail myself. If I am paying good money for a professional car detailing service, the car should be flawless. Maybe my expectations are too high or maybe they were having an off day. I don t know but give them a try and you can form your own opinion. They broke my license plate lamp bracket and tried to clip in back in place. It didn t work because the clip cracked. Now I have to buy a new piece. Mistakes happen and that is okay but do not try to hide it. I rather a business be up front and honest.

Auto Salon did a fantastic job. I had water stains on my 07 Black Ford Edge that were baked on for over ten years and they were able to remove them and make my car look so good. Definitely recommend them. Their prices were fair. My car looks amwazing. Dog fur , pine needles from Christmas trees , and crumbs from eating. Not to mention botched cleaning attempts by myself. My car was a wreck before coming here !They took so much time and effort into cleaning my car it looks just like New! The gentleman that assisted me was informative and very nice. Will definitely come back.

Took my 2013 Honda Pilot in for exterior detailing. It had baked on water/rain drop spots & lots of little scratches. They said they would be able to eliminate them. I was very skeptical that it would clean up. I had already tried to have that done elsewhere and it was a total waste of money. I was amazed at how great the car looked when Auto Salon finished! There were NO water marks anywhere and numerous scratches were gone! Not only did the outside look great, but the inside was vacuumed and wiped down clean too! The car looked like it was brand NEW! I've been raving to friends & family about it. I am very impressed with the work done by Auto Salon. Thank you Jim & staff!

I brought 2004 BMW X3 in for full detail and restore headlights. The guys did a good job with cleaning. Lights came out good. I gave three stars because they missed cleaning the rims. I had to bring it back next day. Spending $350, you expect rims to be cleaned.

After my partner had her new Jeep detailed twice I booked my Tacoma right away. Dropped it off, and they had it done in about three hours. Total truck. The interior is cleaner than when I picked it up from the dealership and then I had a full outside wash and wax. Spoke to Jim the owner and decided on doing a 3 year ceramic Detail and had Headlights Reconditioned. After a day with the car he sent me a text with pictures of the car done all I can say is WOW I was amazed. Upon pickup up the Car lt looked brand new. I am extremely happy with the service provided. Jim and his staff are very professional and do amazing work. I would highly recommend them.

I recently got my 2018 Honda Civic Sport corrected, detailed, and had Jim put a ceramic coating on it after he gave me an utterly reasonable quote for everything here at Auto Salon Detail Center. I picked up my car soon after, as they got it done in just 2 days, and the paint looks real glossy and wet. Let me just say that I will be bringing my car here for all my detailing needs for as long as I'm still in the area. Please give these guys a visit.

I brought in my 2017 Mercedes SUV in to be treated with Diamond Plate coating. Well, the job came out so well that I ended up not only bringing in my two other vehicles but also sent my parents in to have their two cars done.Jim, the owner, and his staff do terrific work. I wouldn't dream of ever letting anyone else touch my cars and trucks from here on in...very impressive experience to say the least.

Took my BMW to Auto Salon to have the Ceramic Coating applied which the owner recommended. I was overly satisfied with the finished product and it was definitely worth the money. If you're someone who appreciates top quality, I recommend you bring your car to Auto Salon. I am a permanent customer! Thanks for the great work and customer service.

I've used this establishment before for their express detail package, but have not had work done in over two years. This morning we dropped off my wife's Mazda CX-9 for an express detail package and the outcome was great as always. They continue to perform quality work at reasonable prices! I took my 2017 Ford F150 here to get the Feynlab ceramic coating and I could not be any happier with the results. Not only did the truck come back fast but it looks absolutely amazing and better then it did in the showroom. The owner Jim took pride in his work and customer support by answering all my questions and text messages very fast. I definitely will be bring my truck and other vehicles here from now on..Thanks Jim!

I searched locally to have my car detailed and could not find anyone who presented their services professionally. It was mostly car washes in the area and they wouldn't give me any information on the services they provided.I did a google search and started reading reviews. I found Auto Salon to have positive customer experiences. I made my appointment, dropped off my car and it was ready within the time frame I was promised.I found all the staff to be extremely professional and well informed about what services they would provide me.When I picked up my car I was overwhelmed with the extreme care they took with every inch of the interior of the car. I'm embarrassed to say I hadn't had the interior of the car clean for about four years. It looks bran new.I would highly recommend auto salon to friends and family.

I brought my 2007 Dodge Magnum in for a full detail service and it looks amazing. Most surface scratches are gone and the interior looks new. Jim's team really does great work. They also fixed the tear in my driver's seat...can't even tell it was ripped now. I will definitely be bringing my car here in the future. Thanks Jim!

I brought my Corvette to Auto Salon to have ceramic coating applied.Jim and his team did a fantastic job. I could've never imagined that the ceramic coating could make such a difference. Jim is a friendly and professional man. I highly recommend bringing your car to Auto Salon for all your detailing needs.P.S. It took only a day and a half to complete the ceramic coating process.

I am a proud owner of a 2015 Toyota Tacoma TRD Pro. Unfortunately this beauty sits outside all day and the paint had taken a beating from the lawn sprinklers and sun. Jim and his team made the truck look like new again. After some paint remediation and a ceramic coating to protect it - This baby will be beautiful for years to come.PS - It came out so well I had them do the same for my new 2018 Accord!!! I highly recommend this place if you take pride in driving a glowing automobile.

The staff at Auto Salon consistently does a top-notch job. I have been bringing my cars to them for years. Over the past month I ve brought 5 cars into Auto Salon for full details. Each car has been restored inside and out and looks as good as when they were purchased. The exterior of each car has been waxed giving a beautiful shine and the inside was conditioned with Armor All making the leather look brand new. I will definitely continue to come to Auto Salon in Medford in the future.

Let me tell you, Auto Salon made this Grandma very happy today and Grandpa too. Jim and his staff detailed my 2011 Optima today, looks like the day I bought it. I was truly thinking of selling it but after picking it up, I've decided to keep it. Oh Grandpa, he's happy because he feels like he saved $35,000! Jim was the best, very knowledgeable and just a really nice guy to do business with. The price was reasonable and the car was done when he said it would be. I will definitely recommend Auto Salon to everyone I know.

Just bought 2002 old wheelchair van n they did amazing job on the outside butttt the inside rug was disappointing . They claim to have washed it 2 times but I didn t even smell soap or anything clean about it . I was disappointed but live n learn.Service: Full body washService: Full body wash

Just had a ceramic coating applied to my 2000 Jeep Wrangler which was just recently restored. Jim is knowledgable and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend auto salon detail center. Car was returned to me on time and looking like it just came from a car show. You wont be disappointed with the work done here. Every detail is perfect. Thanks Jim.

Another great Auto Salon experience Brought my Corvette in to have the Simoniz Diamond Plate coating applied. When I picked up my car it looked better than the day I got it from the dealer! This treatment will protect the finish for years to come. Thanks Jim and team for the amazing job!

Went to this Auto Salon on multiple occasions and am always happy with the results. They truly take the time to make sure everything is done right. I recently took my Acadia for a ceramic waxing and the car looked brand new. Excellent service. I look forward to returned again soon.

I brought my BMW X1 in on a last minute call before I sold it and the owner was a very sweet man. I asked if he could do a rush job in an hour (vacuum and wash). I waited a total of close to an hour. He got me out just in time to make my way to my appointment and he and the staff did a pretty fantastic job! He didn t even charge me much! I would definitely recommend Auto Salon to everyone I know. This isn t the first time I ve been here btw, I ve had full details done on my other cars and its always fantastic and thorough.
