Bought a 2021 Nissan Rogue Sport from them. Low Mileage & Fair Price ! I went to get the car checked independently and they said it s super clean and anything major had already been replaced. You guys are awesome especially Kiera she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase.

Now I understand I don't have great credit for a nice car but this was a bad buy from here. Less than 6 months with the vehicle and there is mold growing in my vehicle because it leaks like crazy from the roof. Also leaks on the floorboard from the windshield on the passenger side. You can tell it was there prior to selling it to me from the tape marks on the roof and windshield that were not visible at purchase. So did they remove it before selling it? Took a little to figure it out and now going to have to get it fixed. Shocks are shot to hell. Replacing those. Fron end suspension is shot. Having to replace those. I will never suggest someone to come here nor ever buy here again. Again, I was not able to get a great vehicle, but you would think buying a vehicle for over $15K it would be a little nicer than what I got. The worst part is I don't want this lemon but I am stuck with it.

This place is absolutely terrible I bought a 2017 Subaru Crosstrek I had to replace both front cv shafts a caliper because it hung up pads and rotors after that the car broke down had to replace a crank position sensor an idler pulley serpentine belt a new battery and this past week the car wouldn t start when I went to leave work and it s currently still broke down so this is the second time it s left me stranded and the a/c compressor is making an awful noise and needs to be replaced. I made multiple calls and when I spoke with anyone they said they d call back and see what they can do and I had no call backs or help with any of my issues with this car. I m stuck with a big car payment on a car I can t even drive I have all sorts of money wrapped up into this car between parts and payments it s not even funny.

With a great reputation, and some great people (Keira, Christian & Kim) they help people in a rough spot (bad credit) get into a vehicle, without making life difficult. Which, when you need to get to work and something happens to your car is a life saver.Service team was really professional and helped answer all my questions.I've had my fair share of clunkers, and when you are in a tough situation it's a breath of fresh air to get some honest help.

It s truly been an inconvenience for me a my family. A few years ago I purchased a 2013 Dodge Ram and we have had nothing but issues. Last year the motor blew (your shop had it for 6 months and when we got it back the check engine light was STILL ON)and we have had nothing but mis fires , dash lights to the point now where it will not pass inspection. Today the motor blew again !!! This truck has caused nothing but stress and issues in our lives! When we call your shop they say it s a first come first serve basis and they do not take appointments . And that nothing is covered which is ridiculous seeing how this has been going on for 3 years now . People in the shop are very kind when we are there but not taking responsibility for the defect in this truck that should have been fully functional especially because I m still making payments on it . Now I m still forced to pay for a truck that doesn t and can t move. We brought the truck in on numerous occasions with issues due to the motor and nothing was ever properly fixed.

Purchased a 2017 Kia Sorento in August that now sits in the driveway with a bad transmission. Thanks for the clunker Car Shoppe! Love to get people in the ride of there dreams and all but last I checked that would be reliable and in working order. Thousands of dollars on garbage that don't even move! We brought the car back with the issue on more than one occasion and was told it wasn't the transmission it was a motor mount so we had that replaced and it continued to have the same issue. I assure you that it had the issue when it left the lot back in August. Why not fix the issue.

Ron was great in getting us in a vehicle,but now that sale is over they ghost you when you constantly contact them to send copies of contract,since you get no paperwork when leaving after purchase.

They are very grimy they tryed to sell me a 2017 Nissan with 53000 miles for top dollar of a ridiculous $20.000Plus.Come to find out the car had been in a major accident and had $7000 worth of repairs. Do your homework with these ridiculous ads and always do your homework. I would not recommend these Shystie people to my worst enemy. Ps the sales person was Kim from the Mechanicsville shop.

Update: When I walked in to purchase a car, I was in a spot where I needed a car because my current one was bad. My credit is not the best, I am a single income household and they helped me. I needed the stress of not worrying about my car off my chest. But it hasn't been that with the car I was sold. I purchased a 2016 GMC Terrain in May 2023. This car drives very nice but little by little major things keep going wrong. Within weeks of purchase, there was a very loud knocking noise in the rear of the car, I brought it in, they weren't sure what the noise was coming from but replaced the rear differential. A couple weeks after, the noise came back. Next, it needed to come in for a noise in the front, I was told it was the wheel bearing and that was replaced. When I dropped it off I asked that they do an oil change as well, which I was told I did not need one without looking at the vehicle because they said it was just done when I purchased the car and should be good for 6 thousand miles. When I picked up the car, I could hear in the ticking of the motor that it needed oil, so I added it myself and took it elsewhere to get an oil change. This car also does not alert you when you are low on oil..at all! When I asked for the receipt for the work that was done for the wheel bearing, I was told I didn't need it because they had it in the computer. Anyone knows that you should keep record of the work that is done on your vehicle. A couple months later, my check engine light came on. I brought it in so they could tell me what it was coding for.They hooked it up to the diagnostic reader and told me it was probably the catalytic, without actually looking at the car and it would be okay for a bit, I would just need to get it fixed before I needed an inspection again because that was an expense repair and was not covered under the warranty. As it turns out, I'm not sure it was actually the catalytic because my car started leaking oil and there was moisture getting in because under the oil cap was white and frothy. So back to the shop it goes. I am waiting to find out how bad it is.I will say that I am grateful for the warranty, because without it, these repairs would be too much for me to afford. What I am disappointed with is the added stress this causes someone who needs to rely on a vehicle for getting to work and the many other things I need to transport my kids to. I am very disappointed in the service of brushing things off that I have received from one of the men at the service garage. Because it was the same person that told me I didn't need an oil change, and didn't need my receipt, and that it was catalytic and that I would be okay for a bit.Kiera and Christian where able to help get me into a new to me car, when everyone else told me no. Such a great experience, and so thankful!
