Great Experience. Did the 4 year service on my 911. Provided with a brand new Macan as a loaner. Nick was great. Very courteous and customer centered. I highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent service (not cheap ) very happy with dealership and their attention to details and specially client service which is exceptional. My car battery discharged completely over the winter even though it was connected to a charger, due to many power outages in my area. Porsche Roadside Assistance towed the car to the dealership which is over 50 miles away from my home, they fixed the issue and while there they conducted state inspection and yearly service. When car was ready I did not have anyone available to drive me there and the dealership sent one of their employees to pick me up a my home.Great service !!!

My experience at New Country Porsche in Clifton Park was everything one might expect from a Porsche experience. Efficient and transparent, though most importantly the process imbues one with a sense of security. Despite my purchase being one of their more affordable (extremely affordable and non Porsche ) offerings, I was treated with the same level of care and professionalism offered to those purchasing and leasing new vehicles. My sales advisor Dawud was an absolute gentleman from first handshake to the last and the Sales Manager, Eric was also a pleasure to work with making everything a painless financing process. I hope to be able to do business with him and the rest of the team in the future!

I have bought many cars in the past. Some have been local and a couple have been out of state like the one I just bought. Hands down, the best experience I've ever had. We all know buying car is not as simple as it can be made to seem and at the end of the day it's more often than not, the second largest financial expense for the consumer next to purchasing a home. There are a litany of variables and things to consider. All made more complicated and likely more expensive when considering an out of state deal. So, my expectations were extremely low when I inquired about the 2020 Cayenne that I am now the proud owner of. Christian Markovic was my sales guy and he was exceptional. In addition to searching for the exact car you want, finding a salesperson that's motivated, proactive, easy to communicate with, knows about the actual car and the features (strange to have to mention that but it's fascinating when you have a salesperson who doesn't know all about the product he/she's selling), keeps you updated on where you're at in the process, answers all your questions fully and then some, is almost next to impossible. When it came time for financing, he was incredibly helpful in connecting me with the dealer's business manager Eric Rogers (who also equally as helpful in getting me a better deal than what I was originally coming to them with and saved me a ton of money), helping relay messages back and forth when needed, and handholding the whole thing from start to finish. An extra step that was sincerely appreciated. Finally, when it came time to prep the car for shipping, the dealer's service team went absolutely above and beyond by replacing a few of the Bose speakers because they ran a final test and could "hear something" off about them. Christian even said he couldn't hear anything. So I was blown away. This entire team deserves to be commended for their work ethic and client service. I will 100% be going back to them in the future for my next Porsche.

The purchasing experience with the local team was a good one, which is particularly meaningful because it was 100% virtual. I live in Texas and the transaction included the transport of my trade to them and my new GTS to me. Price, communication, and responsiveness were all positive experiences. Basically, the deal was done within a day! Looking forward to the safe arrival of my Cayenne Coupe GTS soon!

This place is always the best, I thought I was going to have a costly repair - but the vehicle is still under the original warranty and the total cost was $0. They always clean the car up nicely too when I pick it up (vacuuming etc). Nick in the service center is the best!

The team at Porsche Clifton Park is excellent! The location is clean, neat, and the staff are pleasant. I have dealt primarily with the service department, and they have taken good care of my Cayenne during my visits so far.

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. My journey started with my purchase of a OEM winter wheel and tire package for my '24 Cayenne. This process was seamless from start to finish. I received a great upfront price from Jared Colletta who searched and found these and had them shipped from Germany. He estimated 2-3 weeks but I received a call 9 days later saying the tires are in! From here, Nicholas was able to get me in the same day to mount the wheels/tires. I believe Amir did the work and Jared monitored to make sure the job went smoothly. The winter set looked great and my summer wheels/ tires were neatly bagged and placed in the car. I am very happy with this job! While I waited, Molly answered questions on the new Porsche apparel. I ended up purchasing a reversible vest.On a separate day, I visited with my wife who is considering a Taycan. Jordan Adey was patient in answering all our questions and spending time with us on a test drive. We also had a nice conversation with Christian Trujillo who is the General manager.It's clear to me that the staff at Porsche Clifton Park care about their customers. Thanks to the owners for building a positive, transparent and trusting environment. We will definitely come back here for our next purchase.
