I had my eye on the Bronco for about 6 months. Went to other deal shops in the area and no one came out to greet me.Stopped by Marchese and was greeted right away. Truly great experience from the start. Dan took the time to review all details to my new Bronco and sign me up for the Ford Pass. I recently had my vehicle serviced. Service tech made it easy. Used my points and didn t pay out of pocket.I appreciate great service!

I had an outstanding experience with Dan Marchese and his staff! They were all very welcoming, upbeat, friendly and accommodating. I felt like walking into a family home! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone wanting a low stress buyer experience and a staff going out of their way to please!

The staff there is very helpful and friendly. They will answer any question you may have . They will give you the best deal possible when purchasing a car. Have been going to this dealership since 1976. Always been satisfied with their business.

Came in from out of state to buy a new F250. I would do it again! From my first conversation with Nick, I could tell he was honest and trustworthy. When I arrived they were very prepared and cordial. 0 stars is more appropriate. They had the car for a full week without calling when it was brought for a diagnostic appointment. Waited almost another week for a part and paid 3k for the battery light to come back on within 5 miles. Requested issue was not fixed but somehow they found 3k worth of work to do that wasn't the issue. Avoid at all costs which is sad since my parents purchased dozens of cars over the last 30 years there. We were even In the old Jack Byrne commercials in the 90s. Clearly the name change/owner meant the professionalism and service left with Jack.

Wonderful experience. Salesman John Galuski was amazing. Walked me through everything and made sure I knew what was happening the entire time. Explained everything in the vehicle before I drove off the lot with it. He did so very thouroughly and not in a rushed manner. I would recommend John and this dealership to anyone looking for a great experience..

I had the privilege of purchasing a new 2023 Ford F150 Lightning EV form Marchese Ford of Mechanicville. Their inventory was awesome! I worked with salesperson John Galuski. He was great! My trade in, new purchase, and delivery went super smooth! They kept me informed, answered all of my questions, and returned my calls quickly. John was very knowledgeable about my new vehicle and the purchase process including the new tax incentives for electric vehicles. No pressure to purchase or add on extras. The owner Dan and his son Nick introduced themselves to me personally and thanked me for my purchase! I was amazed how all departments at this dealership worked seamlessly together flawlessly and pleasantly. I felt very comfortable dealing with this dealership and that I could trust them. This dealership truly appreciates your business and works hard at gaining your trust and respect, and it shows! My buying experience at Marchese Ford in Mechanicville was great and would highly recommend doing business with them.

I stopped at the dealership after a short conversation with Nick about a ford f250. I met with the owner Don. All around great people to chat with and Purchase a vehicle from. It was also a no pressure environment. I felt I got a good trade and a very nice truck ! They even delivered and picked up my truck an hour away.. I would recommend them and will be purchasing from them in the future ! Thank you guys. Pleasant experience

I stopped in looking to replace my 2012 F150. It was a rainy day and the sales team was great. They pulled several trucks into the garage so we didn t get wet and could look at each.We never felt any pressure to make a purchase and they took the time to answer all our questions. The finance and purchase process was super easy and we could not be happier with our new truck.

ordered my 23 Maverick back in September. It came in April at the same price. It didn't have a couple of options I ordered but the owner quickly remedied the situation. I'd recommend them to everyone.

We have had a few service experiences and purchased a vehicle at Marchese - all great! We ordered a Maverick hybrid through Marchese. There was the expected wait but otherwise went very smoothly. The order and contact info went it correctly, all questions were answered, order price was honored... and they were pleasant and plain fun. As for service, they performed a recall on an Escape and the car was returned exactly how it was dropped off. Knowing we ordered the elusive Maverick, they let us take a Maverick as a loaner which was very much appreciated. We also took in a Lincoln hybrid with electrical issues. They service counter explained they thought it was the 12v battery, promptly resolved the issue - and again - the vehicle was perfectly clean on return. Great experiences.

My wife and I bought our first new car from Marchese Ford of Mechanicville. Her family has been buying from here for decades. The staff was excellent and the deal we were offered was amazing. Recommend asking for Todd Kennedy. He s funny, down-to-earth and doesn t push the sale on you.

We had a good buying experience with Marchese Ford. We purchased a truck and traded one. From the first phone call with Nick it was clear there wasn t going to be a run around which we really value. He gave a ballpark for the trade on the phone and once we went out to the dealership there were no surprises, very little haggling and it was low stress. Got a beautiful truck and the staff was so kind and caring when we picked it up. They took the time to point out the features of the truck and share a couple of unique tips that we wouldn t have known about. We really appreciated being treated as well after the sale as we were before the sale.

I ve purchased many vehicles throughout the years and by far this was the best experience. Todd and crew did an an amazing job. You didn t wait in a dealership for 6 hours to get a car. They had it prepped. The numbers were then numbers and I m genuinely happy with the experience. They earned our repeat business in a few years.
