When they said we have some good new. I was BLESSED WITH FAVOR!!!!!!I will elaborate in the next few days about my experience with J&J. I'll have a lot to say after I pick up my SUV. Stay tuned.

They are extremely friendly, and caring. I went in on a Thursday night and was able to pick my car up on Saturday afternoon. They got me an incredible deal on a car and the loan and I don t have the best credit. I definitely will be recommending them to anyone looking for a car and if I decide to buy again!

If your looking for a high quality and affordable priced vehicle make sure to stop by J&J AUTO SALES !!!! Dan took care of my kids and I like we were his own family and I'll be forever grateful for the extraordinary service that he and his team provided to us Extremely a very satisfied customer. J&J goes above and beyond to make sure to get you what you need/wan't, unlike these big car dealerships that mainly care about their commission Thank you so very very much J&J for everything you have done for us!!!!!We shall return when its times to purchase another vehicle!!!!!!!!!!

Dan is great, super helpful and not in the least bit pushy. Got a great car for $1000 less than any other dealership was charging. I'll come back whenever I need a new car, I can't recommend them enough.

Jay and Jay Auto is a great place to purchase a use like new vehicle!! I just purchased my second car from them! Dan and all the staff, go above and beyond, to satisfy there customers!! Very friendly, and reasonable prices for there cars. I would highly recommend anyone if they are looking for honest, and fair people to purchase a vehicle, to go see Dan, and Mike! They are wonderful!!

I just bought my chevy traverse from Dan, he was so helpful and convenient as I am an email type of person! The transaction was fast since I knew what i wanted and the vehicle is clean and in perfect condition! He was able to get me financed in less than 24hrs! I absolutely love my traverse and I would refer everyone I know to this dealer!

I recently purchased a vehicle from J & J. My mother bought her last 2 vehicles there so I decided to give them a try. Dan and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made the process easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure and I picked up my vehicle the same day. I highly recommend J & J to anyone in the market for a used car.

Dan at J & J Auto is simply wonderful!!! My spouse and I previously bought a car and were in the market for a second vehicle. He goes above and beyond to make something happen. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a car...he is fairly priced if not UNDER Kelley blue book.....

Love our car! We purchased a 2013 Acura RDX from Dan. We told Dan what we were interested in & he found the exact color & package car we wanted. Best car buying purchase we've ever had. No pressure & fair price. We had our car 4 months now & love it. Highly recommend J&J!!

Recently bought a Ram 1500. Very happy with the service, courtesy, and knowledgeable of the staff. Dealt with Dan, Mike , and Janice and they were all awesome. Found them to be very responsive and reliable with follow through.

I was quite surprised by the difference in customer sales and service between this smaller shop and the larger dealerships that I have used in the past. Fair prices, with quick paperwork and the willingness to put in extra effort to keep a customer. I did my research and found them to break the mold of a used car dealer. I will use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

My father stated buy cars from J&J in the 70s and the entire family has followed him...sons,daughter in laws grandkids, and friends. .... very good cars/trucks. There are lots of good quality used cars out there but for me it"s honest, knowledgeable,friendly, fair sales and service. ....customer service, customer support. ...is the reason we've been dealing with J&J for DECADES

My husband and myself have gotten 2 cars plus the new one we got on Saturday from Dan the previous 2 cars have lasted well into expectations. Even when I had a problem with my previous car Dan was always wiling to fix the problem he even let me have loaner until he got the problem resolved. I would highly recommend any one looking for a new car or truck to give these guys a try they will treat you right.

I got my first car from Dan from JJ Autos! It was a good first experience, and Dan was so incredibly helpful! I would recommend them over any of the other bigger car dealerships- they have way better customer service.

Everything went according to plan at J&J auto . All staff were friendly and honest . It was a rare no pressure car buying experience.Dan was flexible with appointment times and actually had my new vehicle ready to be picked up ahead of schedule ! I will be recommending to all of my friends and family.

Easy to deal with, the prices are fair from what I have seen around the area, esp when it comes to down payments. I bought a 2004 Honda accord which has been a great car, and got it priced under blackbook! I have just done normal repairs like brakes and oil changes. I asked about a Jeep and a Nice red Chevy pick-up by the fence because they had J&J stickers on them, 4 people that work that have cars all from there so that says a lot. Would def do business with J&J in the future!!! Thanks J&J! -Josh

I went to J&J about 4 months ago to get a 2013 jeep wrangler. it was almost 100 miles from where i lived in NH, but it was worth the drive!! they were Fantastic to work with and got everything done in 1 day so i didn't need to come back. when i got home i found that the rear window on my jeep was broken, i called them up to let them know and they ordered me a new one, and to prevent me from driving back up there they mailed it down to me for free! i've put 5k miles on it now and have had no issues with it say for the front passenger TPMS sensors battery died, but that was a manufacturer defect. that said, i think i can tell if i have a flat tire or not! thanks guys you were awesome to work with and i will definitely be recommending you to every one i know!

My husband I recently bought a Toyota Camry from J&J Auto. We are very pleased with the quality of the car, the price and the outstanding customer service this dealer provides. Best place that you can buy a like new/used vehicle!! I bought a mazda 6 from them about 8 years ago, and I was one of the most reliable cars I have ever owned. It came fully loaded with leather seats, bose speakers, sunroof and heated seats. I drove it all the time and it took me through 3 jobs were I had a lot of driving to do.Recently I just bought my second mazda (what can I say I'm hooked) and it is beautiful! Looks brand new. Took it for a test drive and realized it needed new tires. Dan and Mike helped me by getting four new tires on it within the week. I test drove it on Tuesday and was able to drive it away on friday! The staff was patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been to other dealerships that try to harass you into a sale. Not this place! They even took extra time to teach me about keyless entry and sky active which were features on my car that I never had!I will continue to purchase quality cars from this awesome business! In August 2015, I purchased a 2014 Jeep GC, Limited w 8700 miles, from J&J Auto Sales in Troy, NY. At the time of purchase, I asked Dan Marchese, the owner of the dealership, about the light-colored streaks on my 20 alloy wheels. He stated that he did not know, however, since the vehicle was still under warranty, I could take it to the dealer.Months later, I brought my Jeep to Lia Jeep to discuss my streaked wheels. Lia knew immediately!! They stated that the sealant was separating from the wheel, and Chrysler should replace them. Pictures of the wheels were forwarded to Chrysler who confirmed that my wheels were, indeed, defective. Chrysler agreed to ship new wheels to Lia Jeep for replacement. I made an appointment for my wheels to be swapped-out, however, no new wheels for me.Lia called back and informed me that Chrysler would not warranty my wheels because they were not original equipment. They were swapped for the original 18 wheels; and this voided the wheel s replacement warranty. Jeep confirmed that I was the second owner and my wheels are an after-market addition.J&J advertised a VIN for my Jeep, that listed 20 wheels as original equipment; upon further analysis of my wheel situation I became suspicious, especially, when Chrysler s VIN reports 18 alloy wheels. Therefore, J&J s stated VIN was false. I contacted my case manager at Chrysler, and they forwarded the original VIN record for my Jeep, which states, that my Jeep had 18 wheels, when sold to the original buyer. My case manager, again, confirmed that I am the second ownerWhen confronted w Chrysler s results, Dan said he would reseal my wheels, however, that was 8 months ago. After multi phone calls, with no return calls from Dan, I finally accepted the reality that J&J was not going to re-seal my wheels. As a result, I recently paid to re-do my wheels.I have no other recourse at this time then to take my $648 re-sealant bill, the before wheel pictures and Chrysler s VIN documentation to Small Claims Court, as well as the questionable J&J s VIN for my Jeep.I took down my original one star post when Dan promised to reseal my wheels, so much for that, as they have been unable to keep their word and repair my wheels. A sad commentary, on an otherwise, great Jeep!!

Freindly, trustworthy, great prices! They have a customer in me for life.Don't let the location fool you. They have a good selection of vehicles to choose from. If your shopping for a great deal on a reliable car, you have to check them out.

I bought a slightly used car at JJ over two years ago. The car looked good at first and clean title with no accidents reported on the CarFax. However, looking closer at the car, we noticed that the whole side was painted. Once we brought that to the attention, the person confirmed that it was repaired at the shop (otherwise would not say a thing). We asked to wet sand the imperfections which were done properly. This is probably the reason why the car was under priced for what it was worth, yet such thing should not be hidden from the buyer.
