I've been having my boat serviced and stored by In Tune Marine for years, and it's always a good experience. It s hard to find a boat service/repair person that you can trust, but Adrien at In Tune is just that. Plus, he's flexible, has fair pricing and fast availability if you ever have an issue. They are the best in the Great Sacandaga Lake area. Give them a shout you won't be disappointed!

I have been a customer of In Tune Marine since 2014. Over the years Adrian has worked on all 3 of the boats that I ve owned. His mechanical knowledge and meticulous care is top notch. Adrian is always available for any questions or concerns that I have. His location is very accessible and accommodating when dropping off/ picking up my boat. Personally I picked In Tune Marine because I know Adrian is doing all the work and he treats everyone s boat just like he would his own! I cannot say enough positive things about Adrian from In Tune who services, winterizes, and shrink-wraps our boat each year. His exceptional service and attention to detail are truly unmatched in the industry.From the moment we first contacted Adrian, he was professional, courteous, and accommodating.Adrian's workmanship is simply outstanding. He carefully and methodically prepares our boat for storage, meticulously inspecting every component to ensure that it is properly cleaned, lubricated, and protected. His shrink-wrapping process is flawless, and we always feel confident that our boat is fully protected from the elements.In addition to his technical expertise, Adrian is also an absolute pleasure to work with. Intune Marine is a one of kind marine. Adrian cares about his customers in a way that most companies have seemed to stop doing. I called him late Saturday after hours and he answered when I was expecting to just leave a message. He has great prices and really seems to care about my watercraft as if it is his own. Exceptional work at fair prices. I brought our boat here at the beginning of the season because it would not run. After a brief discussion with the technician he knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. No overcharging for labor or unnecessary part markup. Recently purchased this boat from a private owner. Ran great for a couple of trips out but stalled out on our third trip out and wouldn t start up again ! I brought it home and checked for power to the fuel pump, there was none! We decided to take to Adrian to try him out because it is very hard to find a trustworthy place to take your boat ! We have had bad experiences with some other bigger shops! Adrian was able to diagnose the problem and get us back on the water in a short time! The boat ran excellent on the next trip out! If you are not using Adrien at In Tune Marine you are just throwing money in the lake. I have trusted him for 3 years now and wish I knew him 10 yrs ago.My 2004 Four Winns ran today like the day I bought it.Adrien is personable, honest and an excellent mechanic. I bought my first boat off the owner, Adrien. Besides getting a recently re-powered and well maintained bought, I got a lot of knowledge. Adrien has continually offered his expert advice when I run into the issues that us beginners find ourselves in. If I wasn't a DIYer and lived closer, this is where I'd take my boat. Adrien runs a great shop and is an extremely honest and fair gentleman. 5/5 would buy again!

I had an issue come up with my boat mid summer, and on a Sunday. Adrien responded quickly to my issue and scheduled an on site(in the water) diagnostics. Upon determining the problem he was able to order parts and have the boat back in less than 24 hours from when I got it to his shop. His knowledge and customer service are one of the best I have ever had to work with. I would recommend his shop to any of my friends or family.

Adrien is extremely unprofessional and dishonest!!!! Brought my boat to him end of spring. I had motor issues. We came up with a plan he would fix it and store it. I filled out a lease and drove 5 hours home. We spoke later on and he said I blew the motor and he could fix it for $7000 but thinks I should sell. I said no I will have a motor sent to him. I am a veteran who served overseas and I have issues from it. The boat is my therapy and very important. I will spend whatever on it to make it safe. He said ok the boat is fine here and no rush. I wasn t sure if it was kept inside or outside so I asked if he covered it he said no I did not pay him to do that. So I asked him to please cover it. I then spent weeks looking for a motor and found it on eBay with adriens help. I was ready to buy and I needed the green light from Adrien. I called and he said very disrespectful no do not get it this is not a good time for me. He had a death in his family. I felt bad but that had nothing to do with me. I then told him I finally found a motor after days of searching and the bid was almost up. He said who cares there will be more. He then said the only way I will do this job is if it is on my time and schedule and he does not think that will be for at least 2 months. So I said ok and called a shop near me. I called Adrien to arrange to get my boat. He apologized up and down and said no hard feelings he won t charge me for storage. That blew my mind!! So I said I m coming to get it but I am having issues with the lights on the trailer he said he could fix it for a fee. I said please do. That night I payed my bill for work to the boat and trailer lights. When I arrived my boat was sitting in his yard like an igloo. I couldn t even recognize it. My wife calmed me and we got out of the truck to greet Adrien. I gave Adrien a bran new propeller in the box when I left him the boat. I put it on the deck and said do u want to take this or should I leave it here. He said leave it he will take care of everything when we leave. As I cleaned of the 3 feet of snow on my boat I found all my stuff frozen to the deck of my boat including the propeller. I couldn t believe it. I just had that carpet replaced 3 months ago. So I continue to keep my cool and get ready to hook the trailer up. Adrien said sorry about everything he has to much on his plate and he promised all his regular customers he would do work on there boats that s why he couldn t do my work. Then the final straw was when I hooked up the light to my trailer and the didn t work. Adrien already ran off to one of his friends and I had to call him to come back and explain. He said it s my truck not the trailer. So then why did you charge me 70 dollars Adrien to fix the trailer? He is a crook and a liar! He then said it s a fuse and helped me change it. He said don t worry I won t charge you! Anyway I had to pull over after leaving to shovel the snow off my boat bc it was blowing everywhere. I then found out that the ice ruined my carpet on my boat badly. It froze underneath and raised all the carpet up. BEWARE of this place. I am going to pursue legal actions against this pretend company. By the way boat is running amazing with the help of my new shop. They told me a completely different story then Adrien did. They also said they never would of charged me to look at the boat for 5 mins like Adrien did. Adrien you must be rich man. You are getting paid $100 for 5 mins. If he is going to rip off and rob a military veteran then he will rip you off too!!!! STAY AWAY!! I had to spend $100 for a hotel and I lost about $300 from missing work and I had nothing to show for it except more damage. I wish I could show screenshots of our texts to prove all this but I can t. Please there are 2 other shops near by go there !

We have stored our boat with Adrien for several seasons now. He has also performed all our boat maintenance and we couldn t be happier with his service! He is professional and responsive to any questions we have. His work has kept our boat running flawlessly!

We have taken our boat and golf cart to Adriene. He is incredibly efficient, affordable, detail oriented and friendly. His work is outstanding. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Took our motor there to be serviced. Adrien got us right in and fixed the issues very promptly, while keeping us informed the whole time. He was pleasant and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend In Tune Marine.

Our boat is 18 years old.. we have had a lot of issues with our motor.. we brought our boat to Adrien, he was excellent.. he communicated with us almost daily and worked really hard on it.. he did such a great job, we are planning on using him to replace our old motor with a new one.. I highly recommend him!!!!!!

I dropped my boat for service an said fix it from top to bottom front to back from the ground up. An I have to cancel my fishing trip tomorrow to put new trailer lights on. Step one to lights then I was told my nav lights were fixed, I just need to wiggle them around till they work? That's just the first 2 thing in 5 minutes of picking it up I only gave him 1284 dollars to tune an fix with a new trolling motor . A bit of disappointment . Hoping everything else works. Plus I called him an he had a customer an I got the blow off!

Brought in a jet ski because it was taking on water and engine had been flooded. When I picked it up he said it was from a small leak in the plugs. I didn t believe that much water could get in from such a small leak but listened to the expert. I asked if it would be safe to leave on the water. He said it would. A few days later the whole engine was under water. When I called and asked what to do, he was very rude and unprofessional, telling me it wasn t his job to babysit my jet ski for three days. He would not stand by his work or reimburse me any of my money. He also stated that he doesn t usually work on jet skis and I should take it to someone that does. Very unprofessional.

Been dealing with Adrian for 13 years now. Just traded in a boat that he maintained for 12 years had zero issues. Great dude easy to deal with. I have zero complaints.
