You need to make an appointment for service. Well worth your while. They are right on time. You are in and out of the shop in no time. They are honest and don't try to upcharge. I went there for a wheel alignment. Great work and they didn't try to rip me off. They are very respectful and courteous.I went there yesterday to get my car inspection. One two three. Everything was good.My heart goes out to these boys. They are so sweet and friendly. I trust them and will always turn to them with no hesitation. Thanks guys!

Came here with my dad, we didn't even get work done there but the guy put us on the scanner and let us know our issues with advice to fix. Very helpful without charge. A place I'd definitely go to get work done

Great shop the guys are very honest and they not trying to hurt your pockets depending on the service you need and if the parts are available your in good hands like All-State I will definitely make this my go to shop for any service needed

Charge me $100 to change a headlight in my truck and then broke the housing inside. Had to go to another mechanic to fix it. Meanwhile the owner is taking about golf someone else, oblivious to it!

2000 Jeep Cherokee XJI needed an alignment and wheel balancing after I lifted my cherokee and that's exactly what I got. AJ did the work and it came out great. Drives perfectly straight... Brakes straight.. No wobbles or vibrations. The bill even matched the quote.Thank you!

Went in twice for a wheel alignment because it wasn't done properly the first time. Even after the 2nd one truck still pulls to the left. Waste of time and money!! Would not recommend!!!Service: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Honest, very capable old school type of shop who won t bring you to the cleaners. Guys who work here are true pros and have done me right over the years. Would highly recommend.

They were able to get me in very quickly especially since I called the day I needed an inspection. The man at the front was extremely friendly and got the whole thing done in less than six minutes. Definitely going back every time.

The most reliable and honest workers I ve ever encountered, especially Dennis & Ken. They took me in without an appointment; I had to leave my car here overnight and Ken was kind enough to drive me home when I couldn t get a ride back. Came back a few weeks later to get my tires done and they did an awesome job in a timely manner. I ll continue to come back here for any other services I need- of all the places in the Mastic/Shirley area, they re the best.

I am here just to warn others please do not use this repair shop. They are not only unprofessional but they misdiagnose& will straight lie , putting their customers in clear danger by not properly knowing how to diagnosis and or fix cars. 11/8/21 I put my car in their care to fix a shaking steering wheel, oil, change and fix what I thought was a fueling system issue as a had a hard start when getting gas and rough idle. They recommend i replace a part for my emissions system (400)which didn t fix the issue and they refuse to check for anything else. When I got my car back check light was flashing and it was unsafe to drive had to pull over and have it towed to a real shop. Another 600$ later and my car is actually fixed now outside of the steering still shaking. My new mechanic says I need an alightment wow .The only thing they managed to do from what I asked was change the oil. We paid 400 for an oil change when it all said and done, smh. They won t answer my calls now needless to say so I will be going down there to demand a refund in person and have already reported themTo the BBB. Do not use this joke of a shop save your self the time & money. As one of the idiots there said their a mom and pop shop not sure what that hell that means and why that wasn t said when I first called lol can t make it up . BEWARE they care nothing about their customers and have no clue on what they are doing.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Edit: 10 years later and today I received the same excellent service as I have since day 1. Very reasonable prices still.This shop does ALL the wheel alignments on ALL of my vehicles. They have done everything from my 2008 chevy work van to my 2004 dodge neon srt4 (which is lowered with full suspension). Every vehicle comes out of their shop driving straight with the steering wheel dead straight. Every other shop I have gone to for an alignment always screws up and after 3 trips still cant get it right. When I go to Mastic Wheel Alignment it only takes one trip and the car/truck comes out driving perfect. They will even align the vehicle to your own specs as long as they are within factory ratings. On top of all that their pricing is VERY competitive.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment

Had an alignment done. There was some improvement but on the highway the car would still drift to the left. Brought it back and they made some adjustments and test drove it on local streets. They insisted it was fine but on the highway it still pulls a little to the left. I was expecting a better outcome. They should have told me to bring it back if I still had a problem but it didn't seem like they were interested.

Okay, so I went in expecting a huge bill, because I got an estimate at another shop for an inspection and some light replacements after being pulled over. These guys took me in immediately and were incredibly quick, as I was restricted by time. Charged me less than half of what the other guys were going to charge me and filled out all of the paperwork for my affidavit.Dennis was great, and found and repaired another dangerous underlying problem on the car. Thus far he has saved me hundreds and from getting a ticket.I will be a regular customer for inspections and routine maintenance.

This is a good shop and these guys do great wheel alignments. Took my car in for an alignment and wheel balancing and my car is driving great again. It's hard to get a shop that can do a really good wheel alignment. They are fair and don't try to sell you things you don't need.

I got up early this morning and headed over. My friend recommeded them to me bc she said they are nice and not money hungry ppl. I didnt have an appt but the gentleman took my car right in...and within what feels like seconds my car was inspected and ready to go!!!! I was so pleased with the way they treated me and i would most def recommend them to everyone now!!!!!!

I had two cars to bring in one for a oil pan bolt that wasn't tightened. The other for some breaks that I wanted checked/ changed. I made the appointment for both and both times I went they refused to help me. The oil pan bolt with out even look or anything he said I need to change my whol oil pan itself witch is a 1600 dollar job then proceeded to say he won't do it. The second one he said that I need to change all 4 hub assembly's rotors and brakes with out even looking at it and refused to do the work. Despite both being a domestic ( Jeep ) and foreign ( BMW ) this was almost unbelievable I ended up just needed new Rotors and a crush but witch I did at easy rider service center in North port.

These guys are amazing. My battery died, and Autozone told me they couldn't install a battery in a Camry and suggested I head next door to Mastic Wheel Alignment and Brake Service. These guys stayed late to make sure my car was up and running, even after a debacle involving Autozone selling me the wrong battery and taking ages to complete the exchange.They were kind enough to use their own time to help me out, and I couldn't be more appreciative. I will certainly be returning here for all of my car's needs.

This is absolutely the place to go . Joe and Dennis were more than helpful with me and they help with a smile. They wont rip you off . I will be going to them with any car trouble from now on . Amazing customer service, theyre honest, and the do a great job. THANKS GUYS!

Went in for alignment. Told him my car needed an M3 alignment due to my BMW being a custom build, seemed annoyed that I was trying to tell him how to do his job . Anyways, did the alignment wrong and went out of alignment when I went over a small bump. Came back told him but seemed annoyed that I was even there. Ended up going to Petrolwerks in Lindenhurst. Don t waste your money or time here. Joe s just in it to make a quick buck.

Great Mechanics that know what they ate doing for sure. Unlike most other places these days the guys at mastic wheel alignment actually care about doing the right thing by their customers and perform much more than jus t basic maintenance work. Family owned/operated and in the 15 years ivs been using them az my "go to" mechanic they have yet to fail me once.

I have been using them for over 10 years and they never try to sell you something you don't need. That is extremely rare with an automotive shop. I own 11 cars and they work on all of them.

I have come to Mastic Wheel for about 10 years. I won't take my car any other place for an inspection knowing the quality and high level of service these guys bring. No funny business here, honest and straight. Thanks guys!
