My tire was losing air quickly ... I googled "tire shop" at 530 pm and they were the only ones open. After a quick scan of the reviews, I took my chances and hoped for the best .. ok off to the tire shop we go. I am always waiting to be "ripped off" b/c I am a female. I asked if they do patches, he said YES, cool. The mechanic removed my tire, and showed the manager. Who showed me, I'm surprised it didn't blow out, huge rip! The quoted me $160 and I agreed. The cost was reasonable, they were fast and they are appreciated.

Needed tire patched , quoted $15.No problem, did it while i waited.Got home washed rim and noticed anywhere tire machine and bead breaker touched rim, left scratched and gauges that wont polish out.I guess you get what you pay for !!

Unprofessional. Says they close at 7 I came there at 6:05 and they were closing early and turned me away! Don t go here, they don t wanna work and have careless attitudes. Mavis can t be trusted either thanks to their new management. I had to go all the way to Sayville just to find a good tire shop. Get it together!!?

The other day I had tan hit something that blew out two of my tires. I wasn t able to get it there it was across the street. The owners son was able to send someone across the street take my tires off go put the new tires on and put them back on. I literally go here for every need I have when it comes to tires. These people are amazing!! Thank you so much for your great customer service!!!

Got towed here today and I was in n out in about 30-45mins give or take. I appreciate the guys getting me out o as soon as possible.

Terrible experience!!!!slow leak on tire asked to fix told me tire was no good it still has half the life left had car inspected 2 days b4 I went there .the tall he she person is rude and disrespectful..they should shut this place down not nice people work there I believe they are all criminals...I will not stop until there gone!!!!!stay away

I had an emergency and my tire was going flat. I went to this shop and asked him if he can fix my tire, he said it was no good anymore.. NOT FIXABLE. I asked him if he had any used tires, he said no. I then asked NICELY if he could put on MY donut so that i could get home.. and he told me for him to put on the donut it would be 15$. I told him no.. i didn't have 15$ to pay him. He put back on the bad tire and I had to drive my car with a flat tire to my home. It's sad that we have people like this, having business in this town and they don't even want to help people to put on a THEIR donut. I am a broke college student going to classes and doing an x-ray program for free 8 hrs a day 5 days a week with no pay.. just struggling to get by, and he wants to charge me 15$ to get home safely.

I wish I can give -5 stars to this shop. The young tall guy with long hair is a pig. Very unprofessional. They charged me double the price for the new tire than the current market price. I wasn t aware of that tire price. Omg, such a horrible place

First tire replacement, left a bolt hitting the valve causing it to leak, which i didnt notice. Next time I went back a different tire, Broke my tire sensor, denied it. Never again!

Came by 5 to 5 not thinking they would still be able to fix my flat. To my happiness tire on and patched in around 10 minutes only 20 bucks and on my way. Excellent for tire repair.

Great experience. Fast service. Good prices. Went there without a reservation, put the car on jacks and changed the tires right away. Highly recommended. Support local shops

I have lived here for a while and been to this place in the past. I know they close at 7pm. Ended up getting a nail in my tire and was losing air fast and I happened to be close to this place. The time was 6:15pm and as soon as I pulled up the guy said they are done for the day and the compressor is off. I told them it s an emergency and I have my 1 year old in the car as well and he said sorry we are done . What kind of business does this especially being it is well before their closing time. Completely unprofessional and not to mention rude. I usually support small businesses but I would never recommend this place.

Got tired installed here, I respectfully ask the gentleman working to be crfl and not overtighten my lug nuts holding the tires on. Rolled his eyes and went about changing the tires . 2 maybe 3 weeks later my brakes went bad and could not remove the lugs, any of them. I have very expensive aluminum rims and they are now garbage due to " overtightening of the lugs. Had to use heat to remove the lugs which marred the finish , why ask ???

Spot is open until 7 pm I showed up at 6:40 with 1 flat that I had in the trunk and was refused service would ve taken 10 mins do not use this place

I got fooled twice. I recommend going any place else. The only good thing is they are open early. The owners son with the long hair walks around with no direction. He just stopped his employee who was helping me to to have a pow wow on the side of the building. And now he can t find why my tire was completely flat about an hour ago.

Tire guys outside were great! Very nice, great customer service. But the older guy, on the other hand, inside, over charged me just to CHECK a tire for a leak! Just because I'm a woman doesn't mean I don't know how much it should cost to check? Smh. Never going to spend my money there again.

The guy/girl whatever you want to call it, the thing with the long hair is one lazy kid. Came in because i had a big giant nail logged in the edge of my tire. Right when he saw it right away nah i cant fix that bro . what do you mean you can t fix it? it s at the edge if it was in the middle i can take it out but that i can t fix bro . no you can fix it you re just lazy. and then he tries to take advantage of me and tried selling me a new tire when this one was fixable

So my brakes were crying, scratching and completely done in the rear. The front brakes had about a week left. I went to a shop that quoted me $1060!!!! Of course I m a female but it didn t sit well with me. Then I remembered passing a shop on Montauk near Mastic Rd so I called them up and came over. He ordered the brakes and commenced to changing them for less than a third of the price. But this is ME we are talking about so it couldn t be that easy. Three stuck caliper bolts later I m done (apparently this happens when you don t change your brakes and rotors when you re supposed to) no up charge no nothing. Now he could ve just said hey, your calipers are bad and made me replace it BUT he didn t they took their time with me!! Honest, hard working, respectful #SupportSmallBusiness

Great place and open on sundays. I had a flat that needed to be repaired so I was traveling on a donut ( sucks that car manufactures no longer give spare tires) and I went looking every were to get the tire replace. Every other tire repair centers were close AIA was the only place open and they were quick and courteous. They patch. Balance and remounted my tire for me. Recommended them highly

Great service and great tires. I'm not a huge fan of going to the big name stores when there's "mom and pop shops" around so when I find one that's good I let everyone know.... And this place is good.. did a great job and got us in and out at a great price. 5 stars from us we will be coming back.

This might be a long read but this is my experience.. Needed new tires , almost every place they were back ordered, special order, or had 1 or 2 tires..205 60 16 seems to be a popular size..have had bad experiences with used tires so only new will do.. passed by this shop many times, so I stopped in.. not only did they have 4 brand new tires, but they do oil and brake service..talked to owner while I waited.. very friendly and goes above and beyond for customers.. his prices are great..if your looking for a small friendly shop that cares about customers, sick of the rude staff at bigger shops, stop by and support a locally owned shop with awesome staff

STAY AWAY!! This was a horrible experience 1. No one offer help when I went to office.. 2. Tall young guy is unprofessional and disrespectful, addressing a mid age man as "Bro".. 3. I never heard of a tire shop not wanting to be responsible for a tire repair.. 19 inch standard size tire?!?!?!.. As a small business owner I try use other small business when I shop...As it turns out I need a new tire... Costco was my only other option on a Sunday...$435.58 later.. I have a new tire... I am certain that would have been a nice sale for AIA.. This happen on a Sunday.. Guess they were to busy doing $15 plugs to make a sales..Hard Fail AIA.

TIRE LITERALLY FELL OFF STAY AWAY!! I usually rotate my own tires but I was passing this place so figured id just get it done, the next day while driving my front tire came off and rolled away. This place is an absolute joke if they can't do something as simple as put the tire on right! I'm just happy I was going slow on a side street.

Best Customer Service I have ever experienced! I have a Fiat and the car did not come with a spare tire. Last time I got a flat tire, I got the car towed to the Brown's where I bought the car. It took them three days to change my tire and cost over $300. I got a flat today on my way to work, stopped at AIA Tire Center and they had me back on the road in 20 minutes with a brand new tire for only $110. I wasn't even late for work! The employees at this shop certainly know how to work. Thank you!!

Great spot. The guys who work there are real tire pros. They always quickly and accurately diagnose my tire problems. Their prices are fair too. Would recommend.

Don t come to this place. Unless you are looking for a fight with the spoiled kid (dirt bag - see picture with the baby bottle in mouth)claiming to be the owner. I wouldn't fight him to avoid getting some kind of disease. If you enjoy getting curse and yell out. This is place for you. I feel bad for the people working there...the look in their eyes.
