I had a really great experience here with Kyle Alusia. The whole process was very seamless and transparent and I'm very happy with the results.Kyle answered all my questions on the services offered and products used, so I knew exactly what to expect coming in. He set up my appointment for a complete detailing package over the phone and I brought the car in a week later. Dropping off the keys was easy and painless, and Kyle even let me add on Headlight PPF on the spot. He also offered to touchup any scratches or chips in the paint(with my own paint pen), which I really appreciated. A few hours later I came back to a sparkling clean vehicle. For 2 years I had only washed the car about once a month and never used any waxes or sealants, so the paint had become pretty dull as time went on even after washes. This service has brought back the shine and I have never had my car's paint feel so slick either. The PPF on the headlights was invisible and the interior was well vacuumed. Overall a fantastic job and experience.I searched through many reviews for a high end detailer before deciding on Xclusive Autoworks and I can say they deserve their all of their ratings. I recently had my 2024 Mini Cooper S PPF wrapped and I couldn't be happier with the results!Charlie, the guy in charge of the magic, did an outstanding job with the full Stek Dynomatte PPF wrap. The finish is flawless, and my Mini now looks sleek and protected. Charlie's attention to detail really shines through.The entire experience at Xclusive Autoworks was excellent. Charlie and Will took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave some great advice.Shoutout to Will for making sure everything ran smoothly.The customer service at Xclusive Autoworks is top-notch, and they really care about making customers happy.The facility itself is impressive clean, high-tech, and you can sense the love for cars everywhere.Will, Kyle, Scott, and Charlie know their stuff, and my Mini Cooper S is living proof of their expertise. I'll definitely be back for future like ceramic coatings and such services.Their location is definitely further away from where I live in Brooklyn but the drive is definitely worth it.During the pick up process they immediately scheduled a check up within a week to make sure the film settles in. They definitely back up their work.There's some film lifting in my front fascia and my front headlights occurring right now since the check up on 12/15 but it kind of expected due to the colder temp and the amount of rain we've been having this December in NYC it's just a lot harder on the film curing process. However, the car is still protected which is my primary concern! Planning on visiting the team again on the warmer months to address these concern and take advantage of the warranty, the peace of mind that I know they will take care of this is worth the price!Remember when you're looking for PPF installer, you're not buying the wrap but the installer's installation quality and customer satisfaction!

Amazing staff and amazing skills. Did ceramic coating & ceramic window tints and came out perfect. Took care of my car like a real professional who treasure their quality of services. Will, Kyle & the rest of the team were extremely great to work and communicate with. When I purchased my 23 Tesla Model Y Performance, on day of delivery, I drove it directly from Tesla to Xclusive for full body PPF, ceramic coating wheels and ceramic tint. Beyond happy with the work and the way the team stands behind their work. Not my first time with Xclusive and won t be the last. Highly recommend.

I didn t know much about ceramic coating and paint protection film so I did my research online and called a bunch of shops. I wound up going with Xclusive because of the high reviews and because of Kyle. He took the time to explain the process, what it entails and what is covered. I felt the most comfortable with going with this shop and I m glad I did. The vehicle looks immaculate! I did the cquartz finest along with paint protection on my bumper. The car looks like reflective glass! Wonderful job

Place was great. The guys were great and helped out. Got my 4Runner ceramic coated and PPF. Have brought my truck back a few times to get washed. Had full detail, paint correction and ceramic coating done on my Charger Hellcat Widebody.Came out amazing and honestly it looks better than the day it came from the dealer.Rained the 1st day after picking it up and what the ceramic coating can do is pretty jaw dropping. The rain beaded up, dried quickly and it was impossible to tell the car even got wet.Bunch of great guys, easy and fun to deal with and they do a great job at a really fair price for what you get.Very happy with how everything looks but to be honest pretty blown away with how much the ceramic coating does. I've had it on a previous car and obviously what these guys use is a much higher quality.Thanks guys, couldn't recommend them more if your looking for the best around.EDIT.3rd car done with Xclusive. Brought my brand new GR Corolla to Xclusive Autoworks for PPF install, ceramic coating, and window tint. The Xclusive crew did a fantastic job and the car came out great! Everything was done on time and with high level of craftsmanship. Minor imperfections were addressed promptly during the scheduled 1 week checkup. The Xclusive customer service is excellent. Someone is always available to answer your call or respond via txt. Just great experience overall. I highly recommend Xclusive Autoworks to anyone.

My experience here was a pleasant one. I had Tint world in Medford pretty much practically destroy my 2022 Dodge Durango with the job they did installing ppf. So I couldn t do redo the whole truck but I was extremely dissatisfied with the front and rear bumpers and that s when Xclusive saved the day. From the 1st email to scheduling with Will to having Kyle and his crew beautify my truck again to the easy billing process.Everyone was nice , they even let my truck stay inside their shop a few days. My front and rear bumpers looked amazing! You could tell the workmanship between tint worlds!! I would highly recommend this shop that treats their customers like royalty.Service: Paint protection

Wasn t particularly impressed with detailing. I ve had better work done, for cheaper and less time. Took an extra 90 Minutes longer than they said it was gonna take, and it cost me 50% more than I ve ever paid anywhere else. But when I finally got to look over the whole car, there was still leaves and dirt in the door seals. Dust & Grime in the seat supports. And they completely forget about The Frunk, and underneath the Hood. Which was still filthy, had to clean that myself.

If you love your car ..this is the only place to go because they take care of your car like their own ..brother..Will , Kyle & Charlie are very kind & professional ..i got Stek PPF , ceramic coating , carbon fiber Stek ppf on roof , stripes on hood from here ..and you guys can see the quality of work in the pictures ..BEST PLACE IN NEW YORK

Will and his team are top notch installers and did an excellent job of doing paint protection film on the front of my brand new Porsche Panamera I would not trust anyone else with my Porsche. Friendly atmosphere as you would expect from a family own business They go over and beyond to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied with their car. Second vehicle I've brought for major work (3rd time overall) and I again I'm blown away by the results.Kyle is a really good guy super helpful and knowledgeable, Will is as nice and helpful a person you'll ever come across, also knows his craft backwards and forwards.Picked up a 2012 Jeep SRT about a month ago and the color just wasn't doing it for me.Gave Xclusive a call, they gave me a link to check out the colors and wrap brands they recommend (think that's really important that they won't sell you crap, as some other brands they didn't like were more expensive).Called back an hour later and set an appointment date.I was aware the truck was notoriously time consuming to do so I was prepared and Charlie (sorry never met you, but you did amazing work) killed it.Even though it was already in really solid condition the wrap really modernized the look and added a great pop to the truck without being gaudy or having that overdone wrap look.Check it out and definitely hit them up for anything you need they do outstanding work and are just a bunch of really good guys who know their stuff and will do a great job at a fair price.Services: Full body wash, Paint protection, Window tinting

Will, Scotty, and the crew do an outstanding job educating the customer on all aspects of the process and aftercare. While it is a rather expensive investment, my three month old RAM 1500 looks better than it did the day it left the dealership lot. I couldn t be happier with the outcome.

Cant say enough good.... My 2020 black suv looks amazing with its fresh ceramic window tint, tail light tint and debadging. After researching for a pro shop and reading thier excellent reviews, i had to stop in and get an estimate. I was greeted by Kyle and Will who explained everything clearly and quoted me a very fair price. Very pleased with the fast local service, outcome and level of talent to do such a clean job!

The amount of 5 star reviews should speak for themselves. However, I will add that Will and the team at Xclusive far exceeded my expectations. Prior to applying Cquartz Pro, the team was able to remove scratches and swirls that I had previously thought were permanent (especially on the piano black B pillars). The paint has never been so smooth, nor held so much gloss and depth, and looks better than when it rolled off the factory line.

Xclusive Autoworks Inc. did a wonderful job of applying PPF to the entire front end of my new HTC Corvette . They were very accommodating and didn t push me on any of their other services. I would highly recommend them . Wil, Kyle , Charlie and Scott were all great !

The team at Xclusive Autoworks completed a beautiful entire wrap on my new Tesla S. This will be my second car taken to the team. Like my first one, was timely and professional done. Attention to detail. Due to the Tesla having sensors for FSD/AP, team was able to correct the small issue quickly and since functioning well. Keeping the car clean is a lot easier and not stress about damaging the paint. Price was on point for the amount of work that goes into a wrap like this. Great job and thank you! My Cadillac Escalade needed a paint correction and I took my vehicle to Xclusive Autoworks where I spoke to Kyle. Kyle look over my truck and gave me a few options. I went with the ceramic paint correction and when I got my truck back it looked better then when it came from the dealership. They did such an amazing job. My truck look like glass and the shine is unbelievable and even after a couple of days worth of rain it still looks great. The thing I liked about Xclusive is that they don t try to up sell you. I have been to other detailers and they always try to sell you the most expensive packages. Not here. Kyle listen to what I needed and gave me options from the least expensive to the most. They are a very professional and do excellent work. I would highly recommend them for any detailing you need. They also were exact on when I would get my car and it was delivery exactly when they told me it would be. This is the second time I used them and now this is the place I will always bring my car to get detailed or paint correction. Thank you guys.Service: Paint repair

Kyle was upfront about his and Will's experience with Porsche cars/paint, specifically late model black paint. Kyle was very professional, and through conversation gave me the confidence he has the expertise/experience with Porsche cars. They accomplished the goals accurately given my concerns about the road rash and paint condition on the hood and front bumper cover for my ''13 911. We spoke candidly about options and protection (ceramic coatings) for the winter months. The outcome was spot-on - cleaning up of the paint and how it would look with the ceramic coating. They use top quality products. We then discussed potential areas for improvement as a next step. Given this is my initial engagement with Xclusive, I'm a happy customer and give a strong recommendation.Mar 30, 2022 Update - Did a 2 stage paint correction, 2 coats of CQ Professional. I just picked up my car from Xclusive a few days ago. I got PPF on the front end with 3 coats of Finest Reserve over the PPF. On the rest of the car I got 1 coat of DQuartz and 2 coats of Finest. The car looks amazing! I am extremely happy with the work that the guys at Xclusive did for me. They are meticulous and really pay attention to the details. More importantly, they are just really good to work with honest, straightforward and friendly. I will be definitely be going back to them to work on other cars in my family. I highly recommend them!

Before choosing a detailer, I spent a substantial amount of time--about four to six weeks--researching various shops in the tri-state area and meeting with their teams in person. I ultimately trusted my cars with Xclusive. They are responsive, careful, and detail-oriented. They will work with your custom requests to help accomplish your goals for your car. Their work is spectacular. If you're looking for a detailer who can clean and protect your car both inside and out, this is where you should go.
