They always take great care of my car, no matter how much or little work I need, and they're right around the corner! Kris is always keeping clients in the loop on the work being done and is always very helpful & friendly.

I got a flat tire and they were wonderful! Trustworthy, nice and I was in and out very quickly! Would highly recommend this place for all your tire needs!

The staff at STS were extremely helpful. The service was exemplary. Brett answered all of my questions and gave amazing customer service. I will visit the store again for my tire needs and recommend to more People. thank you guys so much for taking care of the things that I needed

Do NOT GO HERE. went in for an oil change- two days later my car starts knocking and wobbling. THEY DID NOT TIGHTEN MY BACK TIRE BOLTS. Ridiculous. Go here if you want to get scammed and overcharged.

Came in for 4 tires. No tpms issues or lights. I was quoted for 4 tires and agreed to the price. Kris, who was behind the counter, was friendly and helpful. I get the bill, and was charged an extra $40 for tpms sensors seals. I am in the automotive business, so I am aware of parts and the service end of the business. When I get my car, the first thing I check is the tpms sensors. They weren't even touched. I quickly brought it to Kris' attention and asked for a refund, which she agreed to. Also, each rim had scratches near the lugs which Kris stated "couldn't have been caused by the tire machine because it grabs the rim from the outer edge." She is absolutely correct. The tire mounting machine does grab the rim from the underside outer edge. But what caused the scratches is the tire balancer which has a hub that mounts over the center and is coated to protect the finish. Not in this case. It's an old truck, so I let that go. If I had a newer vehicle, it would have been a different story. Anyway, after receiving my refund, I headed home. About a mile down the road, the TPMS light comes on. Again, being in the business, I know it wasn't because of the sensor not functioning. The sensor had to go through a relearn which is easy enough to do, but for someone who didn't know, it may have been a different story. My 2 cents....

4/07/2024 my friend went here for an oil change. as they were doing her tire rotation they seemed to have forgotten to TIGHTEN THE BOLTS ON HER TIRES. extremely unprofessional, she was 1 day away from her tires falling off. Moral of the story do not go here for an oil change.

I am absolutely floored at how wonderfully I was just treated at STS Tire. I discovered at work today that I had a nail in my tire, and a slow leak. Firstly -they stay open late, which is helpful to me in my long commute home. Q is the man who helped me. He was incredibly helpful - I drove up without a reservation, and they took my car right away. When the tire was repaired, Q did not charge me one penny, and they would not even take a tip. What an amazing surprise! I am very grateful to Q and the staff at STS. I will be coming here from now on!

Today my visit was a breeze. Kris greeted me as soon as came in. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was not long at all. Q introduced himself and helped me as well, with any questions I may have needed! Highly recommend them!Thank you to Kris, Q and rest of the staff. You guys are the best!

Only reason I'm giving it two stars is because of a mechanic named Que.The First of October on a Friday morning I brought my car there because the "check transmission" light came on. It was still drivable. I was told I needed a transmission and that a new one would be cheaper. Next day I get a call saying they couldn't get a new one that it needed to be rebuilt. So about 7 days later I picked up my truck and on the way home I stopped at a store the car wouldn't go in reverse. I put it in Neutral and let it roll back put it in drive luckily my house was on the corner. Turned the car offat my house to get a phone number for STS. I went back outside to adjust the car because someone said they would come look at it but the car couldn't start. No one ended up coming to look at my vehicle so I had it towed. I'm not a mechanic but I explained the transmission wasn't put in right. I was told it was the starter and paid additional money. A few days later went to go pick up my car and it cut off in front of my home . Had it towed to them again and was told a Piece broke off he put something there to fix it. I asked if it was okay to take home and as they backed it out it wouldn't move. Que was working on my car and whatever he did I was mobil finally on the 25th of October but I've been still having the same issues today i drove to the mall and the car won't go in reverse. I am now having my car towed somewhere else and will call my credit card company to reverse the 3000+ id have to pay someone to fix the issues. Staff was nice but being nice doesn't fix cars. I think for hardcore work I've should have gone some place else. For tires and oil they are okay

Brought in my 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander with tires I bought at Mavis in Lindenhurst. My car was shaking horribly. Brett Joe and John immediately found out what was wrong. Mavis had balanced my wheels incorrectly and had way too many weights for my tires. Sorry that the mavis in Lindenhurst just lost a customer with 2 vehicles. How can a tire shop mess up putting on tires? Again Brett Joe and John thank you so much and YOU now have my business and my car is smooth as butter.

I recently went into the shop for an oil change. However, I left with more information about what my car needed. Q took the time to explain everything that would be needed. The time he took was appreciated. It is nice when you can go into an establishment and receive great service. I believe that Q is a great addition to this location. I will definitely return.

My tail light was out and I called sts tires and spoke with Brett for assistance . He was super helpful from the phone call down to when I arrived at the shop . I was in and out and it was such an easy process thanks to Brett .

Brett and Joe are impressive! This STS and it s customers are fortunate to have guys willing to put in this effort on a Sunday. Professional and fast service at a fair price. Brett ran out to pick up the battery from their local warehouse and said the job would be done in 20 minutes. He arrived back at 3:03 and I was paying before 3:15! I didn t realize 20 minutes included his drive and pick up!!!! Thank you.
