My husband and I, came to South Shore Auto Brokers as a friend of ours told us about Richie. This was by far the best experience we ever had when purchasing a vehicle. Richie, is such a nice and honest guy. The price you see is what you pay with no hidden fees, no gimmicks. We didn t feel stressed or overwhelmed, and no hounding like other car salesmen do. It was such an easy experience. We purchased a 2018 Discovery, which was in pristine condition inside and out, low miles and no accidents. He made sure the vehicle was services, detailed and inspected before we came to pick it up. I look forward to doing business with him again soon, as our other vehicles lease is up shortly. What can I say?I am more than impressed with the expeditious sales and overall experience that Richie provided. He has accommodated me in more ways than I can express and has made this used car experience not your textbook scenario. Not only did he deliver he exceeded my expectations with all his additional accommodations. The price was right the service was excellent and at the end of the day I'm extremely pleased with my new Maserati. Thank you "so much" Richie for all you did and no I will recommend you to anybody I know looking for a quality preowned vehicle that requires no hassle with exceptional service!

If I could give a 6-star rating I would. Got my first ever car from here and Richie was so kind, patient, polite and prompt with his responses. I had a few issues on my end with acquiring the vehicle but Richie didn t give up on me and was still determined to help me acquire my vehicle. He s an honest man and a great professional. Amazing service!!!

Richie was the best!! He contacted me the same day I requested information on the car (Mazda cx-7). He was so helpful and patient. He listened to all my concerns and needs. He went above and beyond and made sure I was happy with the car!! He did not pressure me. Gave me time to think about purchasing the car. Overall I had the BEST experience. He serviced my car thoroughly before picking it up! I'm beyond happy! Thank you soo much Richie! Really appreciate all your help!!

Buying a car from Richie was, by far, the most joyful, easy and wonderful car buying experience we have ever had. Richie was kind, prompt, helpful and informative every step of the way, and he is truly a man of his word. He is obviously a person of very high integrity, and we are so thankful to him and to the whole team for assisting us during the car buying experience. We had the car shipped to our home, and Richie double and triple checked to make sure everything looked great before the car was shipped. We have had the car for several days now, and it is in perfect condition. It is exactly as Richie said it would be. The price was right, the service is unbeatable. Any time we are looking to buy a car again in the future, we will be coming back here, 1,000%! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful, genuine experience. Searched many places for this particular vehicle. Many weren't right, but when I came to this place it was spot on from the moment Richard and I spoke. The gentleman provide a vehicle that was exactly how he had explain to me and I couldn't be happier since I'm very picky being a mechanic trying to buy a used vehicle. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. We live in Virginia and found a listing online that we liked, and Richie was so willing to work with us. He was always available to answer any questions and even marked the car as sold even though we couldn t make it out to pick it up for another two weeks. The free shipping is an amazing perk for out of state buyers, but we decided to pick it up in person because our credit union recommended that to minimize risk. Now that we ve bought one car here, we might be buying future cars here too! You can t beat the prices and I have never found a car salesman who is so concerned about the good of his customers. All around amazing experience! Buy a car from Richie, you will not regret it!!

Just purchased a 2012 Range rover from Richie @ South Shore Auto Brokers. Couldn't be happier . Richie was honest ,very upfront and straightforward throughout the process. The car has 49,000 but looks like its brand new. It runs great . In fact all the vehicles at his dealership look beautiful. He mostly had Land Rovers which I liked . He is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful ( when I went to pick up and drive home I forgot my plates. He let me borrow his dealer plate so that was very nice) He also gave me a set of range rover mats which included the rear cargo area as well . These were made by Range Rover very heavyduty ....The process was very easy and comfortable. Something you might not think possible when buying a used car. Richie is up front and doesn't try to do the big hard sell. He doesn't because his vehicles really do the talking. Like I said they really all are in beautiful shape.And last but not least Richie had his rescue dog Achilles in the showroom both times I was there. Im an animal person and when I saw him I knew Richie was a good guy... Just a little thing to most people but Richie kept Achilles collar off when he was in the showroom . Showing to me he was concerned about Achilles comfort in a very sensitive way...Thats it .... Have a good feeling about my purchase and am looking forward to many happy years with my (new) 2012 rover.

I was a buyer from California looking at a car that Richie, owner and sole employee, of South Shore had listed on the internet. Richie replied to my email about the car and even lists his cell phone on the website that he answers (call or text) day and night. He was very responsive in answering my questions and obtaining additional information. When I wanted a pre-purchase inspection by a local mechanic, he drove the car over and dropped it off for the mechanic to have for a day. I have been buying and selling cars for 50 years and Richie was honest and quick. I ended up buying the car and Richie worked with me on the transportation pick up and delivered the car at night to where the Carrier wanted to pick it up. I wish he was in Northern California so I could buy more cars from him in the future, I am just not sure how many cars that are 3,000 miles away that I want to buy. I would use him again in a New York minute.

I have bought 17 cars total and let me tell you Richie is the best in the biz. No games no bs no gimmicks no hidden fees he is the diamond in the rough in LI. He helped me get a car for the fairest price & fairest trade in value I was able to find no hassles no time wasted. Excellent dealership. I was skeptical of pre-owned car dealerships after reading many customers horror stories. Then I stumbled across South Shore Auto Brokers & Sales, and after reading many of the nearly 100% 5-star Google reviews I thought I d give them a try and I m glad I did. This is the best place to buy a pre-owned vehicle on Long Island. No gimmicks, no nonsense, and no hidden fees. Unlike other dealerships, the price shown on their web site is the same whether paying cash or financing. Richie is very friendly, pleasant, easy to talk to and always available, and I did not feel pressured into making a hasty decision. When my plans for a ride to the dealership for pick-up fell through I asked about having my vehicle delivered and they delivered it at no extra charge, and it was nearly a 40 mile trip. They went over the whole vehicle before delivery and it was mechanically sound and cosmetically immaculate upon arrival. They took care of all the paperwork, registration, plates, NYS inspection, etc. If I m ever again in the market for a pre-owned vehicle I would not hesitate to use South Shore Auto Brokers & Sales again. A big Thanks to Richie and his staff.

I totaled my car early November and was on the hunt for a new car for weeks. Living in Indiana the cost of vehicles is high right now. I came across Richie s listing on CarGurus for my 2020 VW Tiguan and knew it was the one. Richie has been nothing but a pleasure to work with, he had my car shipped to me in a timely matter and communicates well with me whenever I need anything. OMG- what a great experience working with Richie at South Shore Autos. Great selection of superb autos- he particularly specializes in Land Rovers- we found the perfect combo of Buckingham Blue with Parchment / Navy interior - one of one in the whole country. And at a very fair price. He also took special care of the vehicle with new tires, oil change, etc. He s a no BS guy. Honesty is hard to find these days and Richie has it in spades. We would highly recommend working with him- if he doesn t have it, he can find it.

Bought a 2012 Chevy from Richie at South Shore about two months and had a wonderful experience. Was my first car buying experience and Richie was very helpful in making sure the process went smoothly and was easy to understand. Walked away with a great car, in good condition and for a fair price - no gimmicks or out-of-the-blue fees you always hear about when getting a used car. Update to my last review: had my car not even 6 months and oil leaks everywhere, belts going bad, sensors no good, costing me $2000 and up in repairs because car is no longer in warranty window. Get your car inspected THOROUGHLY elsewhere before purchasing. Very upset, if car was in working order it would be a great car

I dont usually write reviews. However this dealership deserves one. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Richie the owner was transparent, respectful and very helpful. He held the car of interest while i completed getting private financing.. Based on the relationship we developed I did not need to leave a deposit.The day I picked up the car...no disappointments at all. The car was flawless. I live in Pa and drove 4 hrs. to get this car. I feel good about the purchase and felt I was treated with total respect. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a great car, at a fair price to visit this dealership. Hands down the BEST.

Superior Service/Excellent Price/Treated like FamilyWe have never purchased a vehicle without actually driving it before; which made us a little hesitant. The owner Richie along with his staff, provided us with superior service from start to finish. They offer over seventy photographs of the vehicle and are very knowledgeable. The experience was stellar and he assured us he would "take care of everything"; including insurance, plates, insurance, DMV...all aspects. The paperwork was hassle free. He is a man of integrity and delivers exactly what he promises. The entire experience far exceeded our expectations and the vehicle which was pre-owned was in mint condition inside and out! We were so amazingly impressed by the ease with which we bought a car from South Shore Auto Brokers. Amazingly polite, considerate - the car was driven by their mechanic to our mechanic. that just amazed us!!!!!! who does that???? who agrees to do that let alone offers to do so???? everything was handled with courtesy, consideration, politeness, thoughtfulness. i highly highly recommend using their services!!!! Richie is not your normal businessman, he's your unusual gentleman who happens to be a businessman. Super super impressed!!!!

My husband and I were shopping around for a used, first car for our son. Went to many car dealerships and was turned off by what the cars were actually going to cost if you did not finance. Reached out to a Facebook moms group and found great reviews on Rich and his company. We found a couple of cars in our price range and were happy to be able to work with Rich, no cheesy sales talk, no pressure to buy. We paid the price as listed with more bells and upgrades made without added costs. When we picked up the car, it was immaculate and all the upgrades done as discussed. Check out his website, many luxury cars but also a mix of various pricing options! Highly recommend Rich and will shop again if we need another vehicle!

Bought 2 used Hyundai Elantra GSL in 2 days. Everything from the salesman (Nick) and owner (Richie), the cars, the sales process was smooth and easy. Beautiful cars thoroughly cleaned and inspected, any and all cosmetic/mechanical issues addressed immediately. Honest and direct. No sales gimmick pitches. I just brought a 2016 Mercedes E350 today from Richard and there wasn t any hiding fees or no hassle or, no gimmicks. The customer service was very nice and professional. My car was very clean from the inside to the outside . His cars sells themselves I would definitely come back, I came all the way from Pennsylvania and it was worth the experience. #LoveMyBenz !
