I own a business locally and I have to say, these are the worst people ever. They will keep you on hold, pick up the phone, and hang up on you right away. Absolute worst experience ever. The managers always ask me why I don t place big orders anymore and this is the reason why. Not to mention, seems as if everyone that works there is extremely depressed with life and just take it out on their customers. I m definitely rooting for this locations downfall and can t wait for that to happen. Management needs to focus more on improving customer service rather than gaining customers.

Terrible service! Go in there for power steering fluid. Guy took a call, had me standing there for 10 minutes while he's on phone. Other times been in there they have no manners. No hello can I help you, no humor. Will never go back there. Asked if someone can help me put in fluid. They said we d ont do stuff like that. At least auto zone helps you for whatever you need. I wonder how they treat their wives!!!

Love this place good prices everything I get from these stores are right on and there all over the place I don't know if you realize it but they have exspandid and know there all over long island there prices can't be beat and they deliver to shops a sure bet your satisfaction is guaranteed.
